I think I ran out of levels

I’m over level 3,000 and the level button has disappeared, does this mean i’m out? Is it over? 💔💔💔 Needless to say good game, I understand the middle aged women and their candy crush so much more now than I ever have.

If it’s a glitch I hope it gets patched soon, if not and i’m just cracked I hope the devs consider making new levels 🙏

Dramatically underrated

I have played some puzzle games and this one beats most of them in every aspect. Very enjoyable puzzles (some of them really challenging), visual side great and suits the story, music and sounds are a vital part of the experience.

Story? Well, maybe it is not the pinnacle of writing in games, but I was still pleasantly surprised. It gets quite interesting; I strongly advise to farm gems before reading, because it might be difficult to stop. Characters gain quite a lot of depth as the plot progresses. Yes, they are sometimes annoying, make stupid decisions, behave in irrational or downright terrible way, but that makes them human. The character and relationship development is for me the best part of the story.

Game is truly free to play and win. There are some daily rewards that can be obtained after watching the ads, but this is limited and apart from this optional feature, the gameplay is not disturbed in any way. Very much appreciated!

Overall - as the title says. This game should be somewhere on the top of puzzle games’ rankings and I fail to understand why it is not the case.

Ah, this is important! Naomi is cute. The game needs more Naomi and her summer dress!

Good up to a point, but then…

This plot-driven puzzle/visual novel game was quite charming and fun, with well-drawn artwork and genuine choices to be made throughout as you navigate this compelling world of witches, warlocks and exploding gems(!)

Sadly, things take a turn for the worst around level 47, when it becomes increasingly clear that in order to proceed through the puzzle levels pure skill or luck just ain’t enough. You need to spend oodles of hard cash, and all the time and effort you’ve invested in this game up until now has just been a lead-on to that.

Not me, hombre. As soon as the scam was revealed I quickly uninstalled the game, with the £4.49 they wanted for a ‘beginners pack’ of 2000 going destined for Christmas presents instead. Shame, because I’d like to know what’ll happen next… but you ain’t pumping me for quarters at such a difficult cost-of-living crisis. Nice try, though now 😜

Nice game but the characters…

The characters are very hard to like… pretty much all of them.. it’s like a middle school drama..🥴 It made me cringe lots of times and for real, it’s hard to like any of the characters, which is a shame as the storyline has great potential.

Really enjoyed the game itself and the witc—theme.

I finished all book chapters till the very end and must say that the ending seemed lazy (sorry for the writers/creators, overall good job!).

Update broke the game

The game is enticing, if frustrating at times.

The frogs still do not often help towards the objectives (all you need is one last star, and it is the last move, you trigger a frog…and it hops onto a mist block. Level lost.)

The update has not only wiped all the progress from the ongoing event, having us start from the first level, but with only 1 day left, but has also broken the game, that now crashes sometimes mid level, sometimes when opening a level, sometimes during ads or during the story, and results in loss of progress AND loss of hearts. You click to open a level, and the game crashes, but when it reopens, the life was lost, without even getting a chance at the level.

Please fix it.

Ok so I love this game but

This game is amazing I love it so much!!!!! The thing is though I can’t complete level 47 and the only way I can get magicka is to watch adverts and stuff it would be nice if there was an option to skip a level so you can carry on with the story but other than that this game is beautiful and would recommend :)

Love the game

First off- this game is great, no adverts unless you want to earn yourself some extra rewards and it’s not overtly pushing you into buying yourself the packs of coins/free energy etc. second the graphics and the story are super cute and I’ve found myself really invested in it 😅

The only problem I have is that I’ve finished the story so far and I can’t find anything that suggests when the next book might be available- I’m sure a lot of people would love an update on when that might be

I love this game so much I’m just waiting for the next chapter now! The sounds are brilliant and the colours and just over all movement of the game. I wish I could change the main characters clothes and style as I like matching them to me. If we could choose how we have our bedroom aswell that would be AMAZING! i downloaded this game as i looked really cool and the reviews seemed pretty good and as soon as i opened the app, it asked me for my age. Surprisingly Very Good!

I see a lot of games advertised and when you download them not only are they nothing like the adverts, you’re so bombared with adverts while playing it is impossible to play or even enjoy yourself. A true diamond in the rough!

I’m only just out of the prologue but already I know that this game is truly something! With beautiful design, vibrant characters, exceptional animation and seamless integration of gameplay and story telling, this is magnificent!

A lot of mobile games are bogged down with micro transactions, but considering this has no ads and is free?! Amazing! I would happily pay for this app. I’m so excited to see where the story goes!

The developers should be very, very proud of themselves; they’ve created something truly unique and captivating!

Very confusing -

The Age limit on AppStore for this game says 12+ however when I accidentally put in 15 or 16 it says that is under age and I therefore can’t play the game… a little confused, I hope the information on AppStore will be updated to be a little more accurate. Ok but major bug

It’s an ok game, doesn’t majorly push you towards purchases which is nice. Only problem is that when the “Frog Finale” event is on, Prof Wilson appears on screens, covering the game and can’t be dismissed. It essentially locks you out of the game while the event is on, which seems to be every weekend.

Beautiful game

This game is stunning and mesmerising. The vibe is so calming yet fun. The overall game design is so beautiful, all of the characters are gorgeous and so are the settings and the background of the match game. I especially love the little crystal frogs! The story is also very enjoyable and mysterious without being too dark. The story features of casting spells, fitting pieces together and digging things up are very fun and make an immersive experience. I also really love how the romance is optional!! I would rather get on with the plot line so having the choice of not doing anything romantic is great! It’s very easy to quickly build up a large collection of gems from playing the match game so you can binge the story in one go. You also get a lot of free gifts and often receive unlimited lives! I’m really enjoying the game and story and have not had to pay anything of my own money (unlike other choose your own adventure games *cough cough*) which is incredible! Ads are optional if you want to get an extra boost or collectible. Absolutely recommend the game to anyone interested in mystery stories and/or witchcraft! My only gripe is that the game is difficult to close on iPhone because you have to swipe up from the bottom of the screen which conflicts with the game design - it takes me 10-30 seconds to close the game because of this. Other than that, highly recommend the game and am having a very enjoyable time with it :)

Amazing Game

I really like “choose your own adventure” games but hate being pestered to purchase to allow you to pick certain options. This is perfect! The story is super engaging, the artwork is beautiful and the levels are a good difficulty so that you can advance but it’s still a challenge.

I’m unsure how much affect the choices have on the story arc but I love the inclusivity of characters as well as the magical element. One of the best free mobile games I’ve ever played - the ads are not pushed into your face and so you can fully immerse in the world. You can tell that a lot of love and attention has gone into this game which is rare in the current mobile game market I feel.

Would wholeheartedly recommend!

Great game - just one issue

I love this game. The story, graphics and music are great. I’m on level 220. I just wish there were extra ways to earn gems. I often get stuck on levels and it’s frustrating because I really want to continue the story.

Love this game. It is different. However I am on Book III, Chapter 11 and is is so frustrating. I get a gift of 10, 15, 30 or 45 minutes free only to find out I have to wait four days for new levels. I also lose the extended time to play. No fair boo hoo.

Perfect 🤩

Ok so I’ve played loads of match 3 games in the past but they’ve all been a bit… meh 😒. However, LO AND BEHOLD THIS GAME IS AMAZING!!!!! Everything from the diversity in the characters to the multiple choice answers are AMAZING!!! And one of the best bits THERE ARE LITERALLY ZERO ADS. It just makes me happy at how much work has been put into this game and the amazing result that’s come out. The puzzles themselves aren’t super easy but not super hard either- though there are challenging ones from time to time- but that’s what I love about it!!! Honestly you guys deserve every star I’ve given you, keep up the good work XxxxXxx

Glitch in the game

Level 403:

Need to collect stars, however when there’s no moves left and shuffling is done no stars re-appear. Therefore game has a glitch that needs fixing. I lost several lives due to it and it makes it harder to pass this level.

Also, everything is super expensive. Hard to get through levels without boosters. Which means I have to spend money that I don’t have. Find this really inconvenient.

Rewards after each level should be slightly higher, so you can actually enjoy game more.

Otherwise, game has beautiful art work and story line is interesting.

Can’t connect since the update

I have been playing the game every day inc today and I updated all my apps and since the update I can’t get back onto the game it’s saying there’s a problem with my internet connection but there isn’t a problem as every other app is working just fine inc google chrome, fb etc

Love this game but need new levels!

I have been playing this game for about 6 months, over the last 3 weeks I keep getting the message ‘new levels coming soon’, please get the levels sorted out or I will have to consign the game to the bin, which will be a great shame because I love the game! I would have given it 5 stars but for this.

STALLED

This game is truly amazing, I absolutely love it. The only problem is, I’m on level 1,089 and I can’t progress because it keeps telling me MORE LEVELS WILL BE COMING SOON. Is there a glitch in the system or something else.

Other than that it really is a fantastic game and the storyline gets better as progress. The graphics are really cool and the background music is brilliant. Let’s hope there are a lot more levels to come.

Calming and pretty

I really enjoy the matching part of the game and decorating the bedroom, the theme and art is very well done! The story writing is not amazing but that is still sometimes nice just to follow along. Sadly in the last update the room no longer is your home screen - decorating the room was my main driver to play and unlocking the new item sets is my only reason now to continue playing. Now I never remember to look at the room and the new screen feels pretty pointless, as does not introduce any new functionality. The room made the game personal and cosy, but the new screen is informal and flashy with no benefits and hides the room away.

Really enjoying the game so far! Nice to see a match 3 game with an actual storyline, and wonderful graphics.

I’ve made it to level 989, so unfortunately I’m at a standstill until more levels are released. There’s a very good balance of difficulty.

I don’t play games of any type usually… however I am suffering with chronic pain, because of spinal injury issues.. I don’t

Sleep but .. I started playing this game.

The graphics are good.. the story is what keeps me playing… I think am in about £300 so far and I’ve only been playing for a couple of months… I usually very good with not wasting money on anything.

However when the kids and husband are at work and school or I have been awake for 2/3 days … I have been this game to help get me through the day..to just distract me from the pain for even a second .. I am now on level 989 and it’s saying I cannot play anymore games to get gems because it’s saying “New levels are coming soon”

So won’t allow me to even build some gems up while waiting for the new chapters of the story to come out… could someone please let me know how long it may take please?

Am looking forward to keep playing and to see where this story with its twists and turns takes me… thank you for helping me through the days and nights x

I love the story but you really don’t get much of it for the gems especially later on when you need 3 gems for one chapter. Why o why not make it so you can just buy the gems to read the story. Not a massive fan of having to play the puzzles to read further to be honest. I’d much rather pay for just the gems than for boosters and coins to play more of the puzzles I’d rather not play in the first place.

It Is Greatly Amazing

I love it, great graphic design, nice storyline that hooks you in, the characters are seemingly real and are well structured. Here is a suggestion to make the players show their style and maybe help the plot : clothing change with three categories. Formal: plaid skirts and jumpers, knitted jumpers, long sleeved golf neck tops, buttoned up to the top shirts, ties, pleated trousers, dark, muted colours, school like clothing basically sort of Dark Academia. Casual: like what the main character mostly always wears. Witchy: so cloaks, dark nature tones, that type of thing. Also hair customisation, a few hairstyles instead of always to the side, to suit the different categories maybe? Other than that, I very much so recommend it is great.

The amount of effort gone into this game is just phenomenal! Story is great, genuinely fun and interesting!

Nice update with the pace change, seems more even with the amount of progression per game now

I’m on book 1, chapter 15 and the only issue i’m having is the stressful ghosts! Hehe

So much potential!

Some really good things here but a couple changes needed to get 5 stars.

I love the storyline, characters (diversity!! Very cool) and dialogue. Bailey is so much fun and can be so snarky. This is the best part of the app.

I like the idea of playing games to progress in the story (it’s part of what makes it so addicting. Good move Switchcraft). Graphics and user experience really stand out despite some small hiccups (like the frogs and having to tap in and out of the book all the time to keep playing)

What is frustrating is how little of the story you get between each level. Maybe one conversation... making me play a level just to make coffee or 15 seconds of dialogue is too much. Like some others mentioned, 900 then 1200 then 2000 coins to get 5 extra moves seems excessive. Also what are the wall art, knickknacks etc for? They don’t seem like that much of a value add for the player.

You should make it available in the US! Think it would be popular plus I wouldn’t have to keep switching app stores :)

No ADS. No pay to win. Just incredible gameplay!!

I have played almost every match 3 game in the App Store. THIS game is better than all of them. There are no ads!! At all. Not when you finish the level, not after 10 levels. NO ADS. That in itself is incredible.

There is no “energy” in this game so you can play as long as you like until your lives run out. And there’s lots of ways to get unlimited lives!

The story aspect of this game is INCREDIBLE. First you have a full screen experience and the characters are real have their own personalities. There is amazing audio and sound effects throughout the game which totally enhance the experience.

The mystery aspect is so good. Lots of suspects and it’s so engaging. You get to interact with the cutscenes either by making symbols or making choices about the game which change your experience based on what you pick.

I could not believe that this game was free. I was expecting to have to pay after Chapter 1. That is not the case.

It is ALL free! I have no idea how the developers are making money from this but I am sooo grateful that finally there is a fun game in the AppStore that is not pay to win and doesn’t have any ads!

I highly recommend this game to everyone that likes match 3 and mysteries and choose your own adventures.

Love it

The graphics and the story are amazing, the levels of the game is a good combination of challenging ones which needs several try and easy ones.

The only thing I wish I could do is using the extra playtimes at the time when I want it. Sort of save it and activate when I want. Currently it starts immediately when you get it so if you have to do something in the meantime you lose the 10 or 20 minutes of playing.

Also I have reached level 813 and I am wondering when the next levels will be available.

Amazing graphics! Was initially drawn to this for the queer characters. The story is great, beautiful graphics/animations. The matching games are really fun with loads of different game mechanics. My favourite mobile game, would love to see more like this!

Add sync across devices!

I love this game, it’s so addictive and I love the continuing storyline. The graphics are really sophisticated and I love the character interactions. I think it could be improved if there was a way to link devices, maybe through Facebook or Google so if I change phones I won’t lose my progress. I’ve completed all available levels, when will there be new levels added?

Suggestion!

I am OBSESSED with this game. Truly amazing. Excellent game play and story - really gripping.

The frog power up you can select at the start of a level doesn’t work for me (they fly off the screen) but I don’t use these anyway.

My main suggestion is to allow players to replay random levels while we await future updates (like with lemmings). I’m on level 738 and can’t play any more. This is particular frustrating when I unlock bonus play (30mins, 10mins etc) at the end of a chapter which I can’t actually use. : (

Love it, but please sort it.

I love the story and art designs. But please fix the match 3 game when it comes to the frogs. They keep going to the most pointless things and aren’t helpful when you set them off. One of them got rid of a block that didn’t need to be gone when I really needed the frog to go somewhere else that actually would’ve helped me.

Also it should not cost 900 coins for gaining back lives and for 5 extra moves when we have to play so many levels to achieve that many coins - which is hard to do when you can’t get past a certain level for a while.

It also pains me how little gems we earn to read parts of the story.

Needs fixing

This could be a great app as it has a good story line and beautiful visuals, however it keeps constantly crashing. It spoils the game as when you are able to get back on to the app you then have to repeat the level or chapter you previously played which is frustrating. Please look into the technical difficulties as the game has the potential to be amazing.

The game was amazing but I got to some levels where it took me a week to get through... I downloaded the game for the storyline but I wasn’t able to continue the story for days or a week because of the unusually hard levels... But overall great story just wish I could read it...

Unique

I love the storyline and all the characters. The atmosphere with witches, spells and mysteries giving me Winx vibes. The only thing which is bothering me is the fact that on 313lvl all my frogs attacking the spot which was cleared already and ignoring all of the other ones which needs to be done. Not sure if it’s the bug but I will appreciate any answers back.

LOVE IT!

This game had an amazing sound track and amazing graphics! The puzzles aren't too hard or too easy. I randomly stumbled across this app and I'm so glad I did! I'm on chapter 2 at the moment. I haven't had any adds except when I used adds to open the plant to get rewards. The lives are decent around 24 minutes to get in is decent and you get a decent amount of coins from each level with chests every now and again when you complete a chapter or level. I'm not sure how many chapters there are but I hope there are lots!!! Thanks for making this game!!!

Edit: The sound track is amazing and it's so addictive!! The levels are getting harder but it's understandable. I've had this game for 5 days now and I'm already on level 94 chapter 4. It's so good! I hope more chapters are to come this is such a good game you should get it!!

Another edit: I cannot pass level 99 it's just stuck despite actually winning it. I have to use the plant gems to progress now.

Yes. Just yes

This game is a MASTERPIECE! I’ve only just started so can’t speak for how hard the levels get but the story so far is amazing. And I know this is a tad bias but there are male witches, this accurate to real life witchcraft and an all round nice detail. The art style is also GORGEOUS!

The characters are amazing, the game story and world building beautiful! This is just an all round wonderful game that I’m 90% sure I’m going to develop an addiction playing it!

I love this game!

Can’t stop playing this game, it’s perfect for teens and young adults. It’s one of those games where you can’t put your phone down until you’re out of lives, but they’re pretty generous with gifts etc so you don’t have as much of the annoying wait like most other games. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to play a game with a good story, great art and a fab soundtrack.

Great so far!

I just started this game and I am on part 2 of the story, and I love it! The puzzles aren’t too easy, but still not too frustrating to accomplish. There is lots to do and the story is exciting. Nothing bad so far, may update this review :)

Just perfect!

I first saw ads for this game whilst playing others, and after waiting patiently for it to become available I now have it. And absolutely LOVE it! I simply cannot fault it in any way, I liked the look of it very much from the ads and I was right. It’s amazing in every way, please don’t ever change it, it’s perfect the way it is!
