L1 r1ndint work controller keeps looking down
I’m ashamed the controller stopped working for no reason controller is in mint condition only had it few weeks and controller stopped working my l1 r1 don’t register at all and it keeps looking down on all games I play spent a lot of money on the controller disappointed and I know this ain’t rest sorted either as I tried contacting last time and got no response back pathetic was going to refer this controller site to my friends and family don’t think I will unless this can get sorted Whitchurch I highly doubt anyone will do anything to help me out as 2.0 has come out

Overall, it’s very good. It can take a restart of the controller and app; however, it’s new technology and for that I’m impressed. It’ll only get better.

No Support at all!
After sales service is non-existent. Poor customer service and they go AFK after you have purchased your controller. Problems with app on my phone not working and no help at all. The controller is useless and can’t get any support or assistance!

Waste of money
Complete and utter waste of money. Customer support non existent. Mods don’t work. Not even worth a 1 star review.

Mod not working
I like the concept but I feel scammed. I have my controller with the master mod pack. Which I have had to pay an extra 20£ for no recoil just to be told after the purchase that it is incompatible with my mod chip or I haven’t paid for it. I would love for this mod to work as it should be. But the customer support never answer what is a shame as I have spent over £150 on my controller from them, and the main mod does not work
