Turn your group workout into a fun game tailored to your biometrics. Connect your Bluetooth heart rate monitors to your iPhone or iPad. Display your iPhone or iPad on a TV or projector for everyone to see (optional). Maximize your workout, earn points, compete, and have fun.
1. GET IN THE ZONE:
- Your workout intensity is measured by your heart rate zone
- Monitor your heart rate zone to take the guesswork out of training
- Stay in safe and effective heart rate zones and improve results
2. EARN POINTS:
Players earn points for working out in each heart rate zone, competing in team competitions, and participating in time challenges.
- Earn points for every workout you participate in!
- The more you workout the more points you earn
3. LEVEL UP:
Players level up by unlocking masks with the points they each each season. Players compete with each other to unlock the highest mask (black) by the end of the season for the ultimate bragging rights.
4. IMPROVE RESULTS & SAFETY:
- Monitor your heart rate to take the guesswork out of training
- Stay in safe and effective heart rate zones
