EcoPro not working in app
Signed up for EcoPro, told to add printer to my account through the app. EcoPro link in app throws back an internal error so unable to use EcoPro benefits!!!!
No easy way to provide app feedback and bugs apart from via a review. Not a great experience so far….

Preferred the old model
Our old brother stopped printing to a high enough quality so we bought a new one which means a new app. Which means less flexibility in printing for some reason. Can’t make images small enough and can’t load multiple images to print on one page thus reducing waste.
Seems a step back rather than forward.

Can’t connect, can’t print
My previous Brother connected directly via our home wifi network, this new printer requires the app, which cant find the printer, has to be installed on each device using the printer (the whole family) and even then is variable.

My old printer had given up. This is a superb upgrade very pleased with purchase. Easy to set up.

Your service engineer came to sort out why my printer would not work.
What a great guy he got it up and running in a few minutes, both on my Ipone/ IPad, what a great job it dose.
I am glad I have stayed with Brother,

A top model printer
I have just replaced my new HP printer with this one - chalk and cheese! Brother is certainly a very welcome addition.

Password
It constantly loses the network and then I have to retype the password all over again which is a pain.
