Love haven!

Me and my sons come here every year it beats any other holiday park if you ask me! It’s a fraction of the price of other holiday parks in the UK and has the same amount of entertainment and facilities- Got everything you need in order to entertain the children and have a nice breakaway.. the smallest criticism is the timeslots for the swimming. I think they should be 2 hours long or longer, not one hour that’s not enough time to have a good play and swim. Other than that, we will continue to be coming every year.

Love it at Marton mere they have all for disabled people , we will be going every year , the only thing what was wrong that the hob didn’t work .. we had a fabulous time service was fantastic, night life was brilliant , went to see the circus , done all the activities, love it there catering for all … and the weather is hot .

Dirty caravan

Pots and pans dirty, broken cupboard door, broken bin, not much cutlery, one tea spoon, smells of sewers. Won’t be back. Charged £19 for an allocated parking space when there already is one next to caravan!!

Awful App

I have downloaded the add to book actives. Once I opened the app it recommended I downloaded the app to begin booking activities, then sent me back to the App Store so I could download the same app again.

Difficult to navigate

Currently trying to book activities for our visit in two weeks. Keep being directed to a page to download the app… which I’m already on. No option to add the owners card info which gives a discount (unless this can be added when you purchase an activity… which as of yet I have been unable to do!).

App is buggy

The app has so many contradictions like book a pool slot and it asks you to login when you’re already logged in, the same goes when booking a play pass whilst in a private stay. The app asks you to book apply pass in the Private day and then says it can’t be done. The app needs to be looked over by a proper software engineer.

User experience is getting worse

The latest version is all sorts of useless. Clicking on activities suggests to download the app I’m already using. Entertainment info always requires login, no concept of long living session. If you use the wrong action on the food order screen the whole order disappears and you can start from the beginning. Also had cases when the crash of the food order prevented me from using the owner discount code in person… We need more integrated screens and less embedded browser interactions.

Disappointed

Disappointed this time round with the caravan!!!!!!!where do I begin. On arrival second bedroom beds not got any bedding on. In the kitchen no handle on the fridge door, no oven gloves, the oven door has NO seal at the top of the door where all the heat was escaping from which made the oven door very hot and I had to keep my grandchildren away from the kitchen. Bathroom has no shelving to put toiletries on, no toilet roll and the biggest problem could not have a shower as the temperature dial was broken and boiling hot. Nope not coming back here again

Extremely dirty caravan on arrival. Staines left in the toilet, dirt on bed sheets & duvet, dirty floors, used utensils in the sink un-washed.
Had to go to Morrisons to buy cleaning stuff as no one was around and reception was closed on arrival.

I upgraded this caravan for an extra £75 would have been better to let them put me somewhere else as this caravan is an absolute bolthole.checked in no bedroom lights In the main bedroom television in bedroom would not work with remote given. Door rings on doors all loose had to tighten then up myself.radiator leaking in first twin bedroom carpet soaked which has been fixed now but stinks of pond water took 2 days for bedroom lights to be fixed and only one light fixed instead of the two. Carpet are absolutely disgusting need a deep clean stains all over I just can’t understand who gives these caravans the go ahead to be hired out.I actually know the owner of haven in which I will be having a word about this site

The caravan was great, clean modern and with beautiful views, 1 observation the twin beds are quite small but comfortable.
Food and drinks a little pricey but that’s to be expected, but the staff make up for that in all aspects they were 10/10 👌 will definitely come back

Love it

I have been coming to Weymouth Haven for about 30 years now. A lot has changed but is still a lovely price to bring the family. Lots of things to do. Lots of family entertainment everything in one place really. If you wanted to go out of the complex, you can do so and come back later. People are lovely friendly and helpful.

Great holiday venue and caravan (silver 18 Cartmel close)

Caravan was lovely, clean and fresh when we arrived. Thanks to the cleaning team. Couple of minor problems during our stay were dealt with promptly by the facilities staff.
Slight downside it takes a long time for the reception to answer the phone but they are always cheerful and helpful

Bookings functionality lacking

Can’t find a way to book activities without going to venue and then they show up on the app. Call reception function kept me on hold for 40 mins and cut off. Ordering to Mash and Barrel doesn’t work.

Good when it works

Good to be able to order to table without leaving entertainment venue but regularly get "menu isn't available to order from" error despite restaurant being open. Staff at restaurants don't know what the cause of the error is.

Useless app

4 night break Primrose Valley

First impressions where favourable. We were fortunate with the weather. Lovely view of the sea. WiFi was awful. Pet friendly caravan. With no WiFi signal. Wasn’t the best.
The tv was a mere 32”, so small, aerial didn’t work at its best, intermittent, not with a gap for wires at the back, the cover didn’t fit and was just propped up. Bathroom only one of other end of the three bedrooms. Which was basic, clean and nice. The main bedroom was barely enough room to get down the side to get into bed.
There was no mop. Just the handle.
There was a crumbled sealant strip in the corner of the living area. It was small and some of the seats were stained. The mirror in the room was tired and marked at the bottom. The windows were not clean. Around the radiators were dirty. There was no cheese grater in the kitchen area. Which was a basic as it can be! Which was fine. The gas had ran out and took until the next day to replace. So no hot water or heating for the night which got chilly and part of the following morning!.
There was a dint hole I one of the doors. The fan in the bathroom was very dusty. The toilet seat was marked and couldn’t be cleaned!
The radiators were rusty I parts. And the main bedroom one had a yellow stain on one of the corners which also couldn’t be cleaned. For what we paid compared to my daughters was a lot more for a smaller caravan. The white sheets had rips in them.
The wardrobes were just cupboards with a rail and hangers, no doors. Maybe petty issues but when you pay over £500 for 4 nights you expect more! Considering a none pet friendly caravan was only just over £300. We had already paid extra for the dogs anyway. The extra £200 was for what, I have no idea.
The entertainment was shocking. If you could actually find somewhere to seat, as it seemed whatever what time you went down there was no seats.The magician was awful and didn’t stay! Another night wasn’t much better walked out before it finished, it was so bad.
The places to eat were minimal. Wetherspoons was the better out of the ones there. It not a vast choice. No steak, steak pie the usual pub foods. The children’s menu was very limited considering, the parks are supposed to be geared up for children. After all if the children are happy the parents are happy too.
The outside area’s where plagues by seagull’s, which was such a shame considering how nice the weather was.!
Considering the caravan we was I was a pet friendly one the dog area was not sufficient enough and there was no other clearly defined dog walking areas or anywhere to be able to adequately exercise your dogs.
This has to be in all the years of going to Haven sites although not always using the statics, has have no end of issues with them.
Having to pay so much for the fair ground on top of the holiday is a con.
There was only one choice of entertainment area, The Lakehouse shut at 8pm.
Only one bin besides the one under the sink. I would have expected a bin in as there is a dressing table in the main small double bedroom, especially for when you remove your makeup and cleanse your face!
You could hear people talking from the other caravans, across from the one we stayed in.
And children running up & down the caravans. So not very sound proof.
I took pictures but there appears nowhere to put them with this review.
Can’t say I would be revisiting!

Good when you’re there terrible otherwise!

The app is great when you’re there, map activates, opening times and guides are clear. But when there’s no holiday booked the app turns into an infantile nightmare. No clear favourites additions (or ability to navigate or edit) no clear help sections, no account management and the virtual tours are broken on the mobile platform.

Stayed at haven in Skegness booked dog friendly caravan. We like to think we are responsible dog owners we always take blankets and towels for dog. Entering caravan first impression was ok looked at sofa needs a good clean stains all over it. Went into bedrooms found double bed made up glad we took own pillows as stains on pillow cases. Next bed room quilt covers had brown stains and duvets were even worse so I did go to reception to complain and they were so quick bringing slightly cleaner ones. We made the most of our stay and did enjoy it. I understand it was towards the end of the season and perhaps less staff but having stayed in haven caravans before I would say Skegness needs some work and yes it was a bronze caravan but no caravans available at a higher grade if it hadn’t have been for the bedding and dirty sofa all in all a nice caravan.

My 2024 Marton mere holiday

This holiday camp site is the best I have ever visited. In our party was myself (disability scooter user ) my wife, my daughter ( who is blind )and our granddaughter and grandson. Every single need we had was catered for from children’s entertainment to seniors entertainment.
Half way through our time at Marton mere my wife was taken Ill middle of the night, security were there within minutes and shortly after a ambulance. So when I say ALL our needs were catered for they truly were.

Disgusting showers, touring shower block

I cannot believe that no one hasn’t reacted to the coldness of the showers. I was the only person in the gents showers tonight.i waited approximately 5 minutes for the shower to get even warm. I went into the family room to try the bath taps. This was cold also and I cannot believe that anyone particularly a child could be put into a cold bath . Does no one report these things? Why do the cleaning staff not report it? Does no one check? Although I consider that my booking fee included showers I will now use my motorhome shower, using costly electricity.

Lost phone

We had lovely holiday on wales sight . Caravan fab , lots to do . I lost my I phone on beach , fortunately a man called Chris and his daughter found it and was on way to reception when my daughter phone it . Chris then met my hubby to give my phone , my hubby didn’t get surname or contact for you , so we are hoping you read this . Thank you so much , my phone has years happy memories in pics . Bar closures

The only thing I found at Church Farm ,Pagham was the bar closes way to early 10 pm ! they only just get rid of the kids activities at 9pm , I appreciate it was early May ,but for goodness sake bring back an adult only bar ,your owners have theirs , why can’t adults without kids have one , years ago at haven there was always a bar open until at least 11 pm (I know I spent 20 years working for the company, Ladbroke, Warner , haven ,then bourne leisure) it worked ,the kids also had their own clubhouse where their parents could drink ,please think about it because the pub down the road was doing a roaring trade with Haven escapees.

Haven Hopton

Just into our holiday when we were told that a tree surgeon was coming to prune the very large tree next to our caravan. We left our pitch for the day and came back to find the space next to the caravan covered with the whole tree which had been totally felled.
The following day a company arrived just after 9 o’clock to clear the debris.
We informed the management regarding health and safety-noise, site management etc.
I am currently writing this. We are effectively trapped inside the caravan which has been vibrating with the noise and we are unable to open windows.
The management has still not appeared even though they have been informed .

Useful but nightmare after update

Always good for keeping track of holiday essentials and things you have planned. Major downside is after an app update it wipes out your info and loses my account details. The forgot password never works. I’ve now clicked on it 8 times over the space of 4 hours and not had 1 email and no they haven’t gone to junk.

Booked for my parents

My parents are older and struggle with apps and technology,
Used Haven as it’s a good company and has a good reputation,
Personally I found the app easy to use,
All the details have been passed to my parents in which I have wrote down,
Only constructive feedback would be is to consider later life clients who still like things in black and white paper form.
No jargon, just what the amount is and what’s on etc
Think they would have struggled with the online stuff,
All in all it’s been a good booking experience.

Holiday

I first went to Cleethorpes Haven Holiday Park before Covid hit and Myself and My kids loved it and this will be My 3rd in a row going back there the staff are absolutely amazing the caravans are really clean and the facilities are brilliant the kids enjoy doing the activities and using the pool the entertainment is amazing too we have made this our annual family holiday I have a child that has Autism and ADHD and other issues and he struggles so much but here he feels safe and enjoys being here which is a bonus

Disappointing to say the least

I’m sorry to say but I found my first weekend break in a Haven caravan extremely underwhelming. Ants everywhere, a very very VERY strong bleach smell in the caravan that lingered the whole stay.
The shower room was old and had mouldy edges . No shower mat.
Kitchen- nothing to wipe up with.
When linen included I did think (to my error) hand towels would be. No.. it was the barest - minimal - basic of basic you could provide on every level.
Outside there were cigarette butts littered all around the doorway and under the van. I would expect those to be cleared away.
I found the whole place smelly, dishevelled and not clean.
The weather made no difference as we were staying to be near my family who live locally.
It is not a place I would care to recommend.

I have been in Hafan Y Mor over the weekend with my family.
Positive things :
location and nature
Lot of excellent activities to do with your little kids , I loved Zip line
Multiple shows that fit all age groups
Negatives:
My caravan was not cleaned as to high standards as I expected especially the living room
I found a used male wale shaving machine inside my bedroom cupboard ( shelf below the mirror). I notified the reception and the owner and his wife came and took it.
Also almost of the living and kitchen area does not have blackouts or a good curtains to dam the light especially if you would like to sleep on the sofa .
There was a blockage to the kitchen drain on first day and called emergency number around 7 pm , came around 9 pm snd said the van has punctured tyre and it contains the needed kits ??
He promised he will notify them to come to fix as early as possible next day.
Next day went by myself to reception snd asked about the matter around 10 am , the lady said she will put a request to fix and will be fixed within 1-2 hours ??? That means no communication from yesterday team
Technician came around 11:30 and took from him one hour to fix the blockage. He told that the tube below the caravan is full of food ( mostly from the previous family).

The caravan was so nice and very well equipped
We used the Starlight entertainment area which was ok but felt the kid’s entertainment could have been better
The only problem I have is not been able to book for next year and get two caravans together without having to pay extra to do so

I was unhappy with the way we were treated when we reported a problem with ants I had my grandson with us who couldn’t play on the carpet as there was ants everywhere and was told to either go and buy some ant powder or have a refund and go home by the way this was at half 9 on the night and then the next day when I went to see someone on reception was told someone will be round to treat them and no one bothered to turn up

Great staff

We recently visited haven holiday park at Filey primrose valley .
We have a great meal in the lakeside restaurant it was great value for money .
We were served by a wonderful lady called Vicky , she was really lovely ,she couldn’t do enough for us . It was a joy we had a lovely experience .
My son and granddaughter went on the Aerial adventure .The two guys who were on that day , were brilliant ,really encouraging and full of fun , my granddaughters experience particularly as she was a little nervous was made enjoyable for her .

Disappointing site

We have stayed on a few Haven sites but won’t be visiting this one again. Very poor value for money.
I paid over £170 for a 3 night grass pitch, which was, in fairness a decent size.
The toilets were awful, some out of order, locks not working on one. Hand dryers not fit for purpose, we just had to listen to its high pitched noise every time it was being used. Taps running as they didn’t knock off. Showers just ok.
Went to the Elsan point this morning to empty to find it over flowing and unusable.
In comparison to the Parkdean we stayed at a fortnight ago which was £70, the toilets were immaculate and there was free use of an automatic elsan sanitiser.
We ate out at the restaurant on the first night which was ok but the Saturday night was an absolute shambles.
We waited an hour and a half for our food but at least we got some as the table next to us had to give up after that wait and Haven supplied them with fish & chips from the van.
Very poor value for money!!

Good in principle, flawed in practise

The app was great in the run-up to our holiday. It told us everything we needed to know and was a useful portal to customise parts of the holiday, e.g. choosing your caravan, choosing a check-in time, etc.
Once on holiday, it went downhill. Haven force you to use the app for everything. There’s no physical welcome pack or information, no contact phone numbers provided, nothing. This is a big problem as there’s no mobile data or WiFi signal at many parks (only at reception), so the app can’t load. You can’t access important info, you can’t order food, you can’t even fill out their cleanliness survey. The only fix is to walk to reception, which renders the app pointless… especially for food deliveries!

The app is great but doesn’t work at the moment. My rating will be back to 5 stars as soon as it’s fixed. It’s not ideal for family’s that are currently on holiday and can’t manage their bookings.

Holiday booking in June 9

I booked a long awaited holiday for June. I took out the insurance which I don’t normally do. Unfortunately, my husband was diagnosed with a life threatening heart condition and his surgery was scheduled for 24 May 23. I called Haven and cancelled our booking and received a full refund. I cannot rate Haven enough. The understanding person that I spoke to was amazing. So professional. 10/10 is my rating. You should be proud of yourselves. You put my mind at rest and that is why I have booked again for 29 September now my husband is well enough to be able to travel after major surgery and bring in life support for 4 weeks. We have had an horrendous journey since May. So hats off to you all. Well done. Regards Deb Jelley.

Staff Recognition

We were so thankful to Elena (hope the spelling ok) 😂 She was lovely as we arrived slightly early yet she let us pop our bags in out of the rain.
She was very helpful and polite as was her supervisor who came to ensure our caravan was in good order ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ which it was 👍😊

Family stay at Calagran

We arrived on Friday afternoon in a silver caravan. It was lovely but the fridge/freezer was not working properly. We reported it an 2 engineers came out during the day and evening. Our food was going off in the fridge so we were not happy. Carlos the manager dealt with us was excellent. He listened and fully understood our concerns. He upgraded us into a lodge which was absolutely amazing and we loved it all. Thank you Carlos you were great. Thank you to the reception staff for being so helpful. We will be returning very soon :)

Could of been a lot better

Staff was very young and was not trained well enough was struggling with any kind of knowledge.
Was told there was as a problem in the kitchen and was waiting for it to be fixed will be done in 20 minutes we was told. Waited 3 hours for my breakfast after being over charged. My whole family’s food was over cooked or burnt.
It turned out they had no chef and was waiting for a new one to turn up.
No out door swimming pool the 3 days I was there. Toilet needed to be cleaned more often or properly when they do. No soap in dispensers

Perran Sands

I have been on many haven holidays over the years and have been extremely happy with the welcome and cleanliness of the chalets and caravans however the accommodation at Perran sands was extremely dirty, the sofa was filthy with a layer of dust at the back, the bed linen had stains the skirting boards were dirty and at the corners of the floors were dirty. We had to buy a double blow up mattress to sleep on because the mattresses on the beds had seen better days so was very disappointed, I don’t think I would go back there. Additionally the walk to the beach is 5 minutes but you need to be super fit to get back up once you get down there so with a child who has breathing difficulties it was not a good choice, it would help to give buggy rides up and down the path to the beach it would be a real money maker and give all an opportunity to enjoy the associated beach

Cheap , clean and cheerful

We booked a saver dog friendly caravan, we got exactly what we paid for . Accommodation was basic but clean and all worked fine . The staff were all very friendly especially Sam from the lake house who went that extra mile to make my children happy !. Overall has been brill will definitely be booking again .

Holiday

Great time away at Haven. Caravan was clean, modern and had great storage.
Facilities on site was excellent, with a wide range of activities.
Food and shops were good.
Prices for activities/food could be slightly cheaper.
Needs more activities/parks for small babies/toddlers.

Mini break

Accommodation excellent spotlessly clean and spacious,good facilities for children good for under 4 age group only down side is prices shop and bar especially with Berwick town being so close to compare . But overall would definitely recommend haven to friends and family.

Thornwick bay

Having a lovely stay site is beautiful.
Had problems with tv since we got here and this morning not working at all . Not bothered about it during the day but 2 year old likes to watch 1st thing and we watch it when she goes to bed I have reported but as yet nobody has been . Had to wash some pans as dirty from previous guests , bedding had stains on and decking dirty. It’s not spoilt our stay but expected better in a silver caravan and not in peak season

Shabby is not chic

Our caravan was a bronze one for dogs so I wasn’t expecting the Ritz but the settee was marked and stained, the curtains had holes in and they had tried to cram too much into it.
One other point was the Wi-Fi - they do say that it might not work in the some caravans- well they weren’t lying! There was no Wi-Fi and even our mobiles struggled to get 3G. We were at another caravan site last week and they had put Wi-Fi antenna all over the site. I know it’s nice to sometimes get away from using phones so much but we rely it them for basic info now like opening times or maps that it does cause an issue not being able to get on the internet.
I’ve been coming to the site for over 20 years now and the whole place needs to be updated

Seton sands

First time back to seton sands in 6 years, nothing changed much, 4pm check in time is not appropriate for 3 night stay, time you unpack and if you like a game of bingo it’s not ideal as tickets on sale at 5 for 20 minutes,restaurant was not tidy with food left on tables as you wait for a seat,cleanliness of gold star rated caravan was very poor, kids sweets below furniture and in bedroom drawers,dust on most if not all worktops and furniture, don’t think I’ll be back to seton sands but will venture back to haven Berwick where it is far far better standard from check in staff, security,restaurant staff and especially standard of caravan cleanliness

Great Haven App

Used the app for the 3 holidays booked in 2022 and worked very well. Have 2 holidays with Haven for 2023 and the app was again useful for booking activities etc and also like the countdown it has on how many days till the holidays.

Poor Carla gran

On arrival sick in garden , no gas boiler broke , went to cook food , spaghetti Bol still in pans with mould on , ask for new ones they said just clean them what’s the problem! Sick in garden birds cleaned that up gas and boiler, gas waited 3 hours for I fixed the boiler , pans we finally got one at 7 pm at night off the security, missed most off the shows , swimming you have to book , ok so we tried, family off 8 over 4 nights got 1 hour session split up in twos over the last day , when the place is empty, getting a bike was also the same 10 bikes parked up but not allowed one as short staff , when there is more staff them gusts, payed for bed linen only got enough for 6 , fold out bed had nothing, when asked there is a linen shortage across the country, but why say you can have 8 in a caravan when u can only do 6 , my self slept in the bed with no linen woke up attack buy bed mits/ scapes , now got to go doctors for fungal cream , mash and barrel , bar girl viv !! Mimicking me when ordering food when challenged got back chat , went to reception to challenge them on her attitude they said not there problem , my family travel away from the site for a family meal I refused to spend another penny, hole place is a joke staff horrible place is disgusting the worse haven site I been too and me and my family go to one every year the whole place wants shutting down then non off you lot will have jobs !!!!!!! Clearly you don’t like ur job

Touring pitches

I am totally disappointed with the pitch we were allocated,I asked for a euro super pitch and was allocated a normal sized pitch ,I stay at several Haven sites and all the pitches are what I expect.
I was fed up with all the complaints from other caravanners about the size of the pitches,you had to push the caravan to the rear end of the concrete standing and push the caravan into the trees to get the caravan clear of the road,This will be the last time I visit your site after 5 years of great holidays

Bookings

Has not shown booking, had to call to make payment and then was unable to choose van which meant that the was unable to choose to be near friends I had booked other vans for. When called told couldn’t do this over the phone had to be on the app. have been to haven many many times and this new system is very frustrating before you could link booking , just seem like another way to add cost!

Haven App

Tricky to navigate when you already remain logged in it states your session has timed out so requests log in again. I’d recommend booking kids activities swimming especially and the trampoline thing in advance there’s also a Playden round the corner from Littlesea Haven I use as a back up if kids are bored or it’s raining I have 2 under 5 to keep entertained! I’d also recommend using the local Asda the food isn’t the best at the local pub if your there for the week can get expensive I try do a ‘cinema’ night where we all sleep in the lounge of the caravan the kids love it also don’t forget you need to take your own towels. Bed linen is provided hope this advice helps other families I was so unprepared first time I went

Pointless, does not do what its designed for

This app confuses me. For example when you want to book activities it sends you online to do so, and therefore you have to enter all your details in again before booking. I therefore ask whats the point in the app, i could just do that without the app. Surely it should be designed so you can click on things on the app and then just book them without leaving the app. And when it give us our caravans location for arrival it denies us access to actually see where it is. Its just a useless app designed in such a way thats its just not fit for purpose. They need to go back to the drawing board and fix it so you can actually do on it what your supposed to, otherwise you might as well just delete it and just go online to do things.

Shockingly poor App

I wouldn’t have given it 1 star! Works quite well on my IPad but I can’t use my Ipad outside my home because I don’t have the internet! So I downloaded it on my IPhone as I have Mobile Data. But guess what? The App doesn’t work at all. I am receiving the important information that I need on my iPad but not where I need it on my IPhone!! I am suppose to have that important information when I arrive this coming Monday. Useless!!!

Haven need better than this

Although only a small part of the Haven bad technology experience, I have to withdraw as many stars as possible from the two previously given for this app. An update that continues to tell you that you need an update after you have updated clearly hasn’t been tested. Even when it’s working it seems targeted at providing a pass for arrival at camp at a dictated time, which registration-checking gate staff might not actually need if you make it. After that it will direct you to the Haven website for some entertainment bookings and to a completely different app you need to order drinks. You might even get to be able to use the apps inside the camp venues if you can avoid the bugs in the wi-fi sign-up process for those without instant recall of their mobile number.

Two Apps, neither do what I want

Trying to book activities is the most confusing thing I’ve ever done. I feel like been around a never ending loop between the Apps and the website.
I now have two different Apps, and I still don’t understand where to go for what.
We’re actually at the park now, looking at a flyer of ‘What’s On’ and being told to use the My Haven App to book.
But the App doesn’t let you book - it tells you what’s on but sends you to a website to make an actual booking.
AND it doesn’t include the night time entertainment we were looking for (as listed on the flyer).
Because we didn’t understand the process, we have missed out on making a booking, so are now dressed up with nowhere to go. Very frustrating.
It’s clearly not just as us there are many complaints on Twitter about the activity booking process and while the staff here are being as helpful as they can, they are telling us that they are getting lots of complaints about the App and booking systems in general. It’s absolutely not fair on them.
Come on Haven, and the people planning this App. Get some proper user feedback - I’d be more than happy to be a tester and let you know what’s required. At the moment this is nowhere near good enough and I’m not sure of the point of having an App at all.
