Annoying grrr
I was really enjoying this game it was good for my anxiety , I even spent money which I never do with these games but I’ve been trying to load the game for weeks now and it doesn’t load , I’ve sent reports and gone through app support and nothing no advice no nothing so I’ve left this review in hopes some one can fix it and I can amend my review as it’s a great little game when it plays

Glitchy
Loved playing this game but since the new updates the game is so glitchy it’s nearly unplayable. You click on rewards that you don’t get, it keeps freezing and a couple of levels are impossible to complete because they don’t give you the right items to complete it.

Love this game. Have been playing it for over a year. As games go it’s a simple concept and highly addictive but recently it’s got really glitchy. Screen freezes and all progress keeps being lost. Very frustrating.
Zero possibility to contact support too.
Would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the glitches.
(Worse since the recent “bug fix” update)

Wipeout!!
Totally frozen and has been for nearly 24 hours. (Yes I did switch my phone off and restart to see if that helped. No it didn’t)
So disappointed with it. Probably lost the rubies I paid for AGAIN!!!

Love the game but it’s stopped working 😞
Been playing this game a while now and I absolutely love it but unfortunately it’s stopped working and it’s all up to date so don’t know what’s going on.

Brilliant until it updates
I love this game, I play daily BUT it seems every update causes the game to crash constantly for 12 hours or so which is very frustrating as you can end up losing rewards. My only other niggle is that the special events are just a test of your patience, tap tap tap for an hour or so, merge all the energy ball thingies then clear some spaces, tap tap tap on the thorns then tap tap tap for another hour on the flowers for more energy… for 3 days…to get some minor rewards and an ornament. I rarely bother with the events now once I reach the repetitive bit.

Lands are hopeless
I can’t open the fifth and final land. I had the same trouble with the fourth land and stopped playing for a few weeks until there was an update.
It would be great if they let you know what level you had to get to in order to open the lands

Fabulous Game
I love playing this game there’s a few issues and I’ve contacted support that many times and still the issues have not been resolved the game has a tendency to crash during events and also you don’t get the awards from watching videos during the events
I have a huge pile of ore that won’t allow me to collect no matter how much storage I have, I have contacted support many times however when they reply the writing is so small I can’t see it not even with a magnifying glass I’m hard of seeing and I’ve asked many times for the writing to be bigger and still I can’t see it this is very discriminatory and unfair I have spent money on this game as I really enjoy playing it but due to these problems I’ve only given a 3 star rating I wish they would sort out these issues and if they did I would definitely give a 5 star rating

Such a fun and adorable game! I really love the game design and artistic style
I’ve been playing it nonstop since I saw someone played it in the metro. Really fascinating and adorable virtual creatures in the game. Credit to the artists who created those cute little ones.
This game is very children friendly as well. Story plots and plump animals interest my younger siblings as well

I love this game. But the new app upgrade as wiped everything. I had over 1150 ores and 1325 coins and I’ve lost it all. It wiped out most of what I played.

Fantastic busy game
Was very unsure at first as the game is just so busy. But I absolutely love it. I don’t play everyday, that’s because of the time it takes me to sort through everything. The main attraction is you don’t have to spend any real money, you get plenty of everything just by doing challenges and upgrading, which again is really nice and not over the top stupid hard to do. A lot of games require gems if some description. Here you get them at perfect times, just may have to wait a little bit. So if like me with no funds for games, this is perfect. The characters too are wonderful. Only thing I was miffed at was trying to get to merge five floating flowers, which never came, luckily an update fixed that. Overall if you love merge games, definitely get this.

Too intrusive
Read the privacy terms and decide if you really want your personal info including that from your social media accounts given over. Also notice that the weasel wording of the terms goes on about this data being provide to affiliates, third parties and those acquiring. Now in my world the term acquiring means something being purchased and why would I want any other company/individual to be able to buy my data, indeed why would I want to provide it. Sorry it’s too intrusive a data gatherer for me. I’m out but it’s your choice.

I loved this game until I’ve got so far and the level I’m needing to beat stops working. I can complete the tasks on the level but cannot destroy one of the three statues in order to create the the third carving of young Embla! So frustrating

I love this game but am currently stuck on a level as the game won’t let me destroy the last demon to complete the level (riprap hill-6). Tried contact through the game and it says connect to internet to send but I have internet and have also tried on mobile data.

5/5 Would recommend
This is such a great game, the levels are challenging but not too hard that you get stuck for ages. It’s great seeing some updates as you play. The graphics overall are great, characters are cute. It’s rly nice you can leave a level, return to your home and then go back to the level without loosing any lives! One of the best merging games imo.

Game constantly crashing
Game literally crashes every time I try to open the store or go between my homeland and the playing levels... Even when I do more than 5 merges on my homeland it crashes or if I purchase anything it crashes. I tried to purchase both the little islands at the bottom of the screen and both times it crashed and said the purchases could be redeemed for free. Yet when I click options it only says about sounds/music and whether I want merges to happen when near each other or only when I place one of top of another matching item. Very angry and disappointed. Says it’s compatible with my iPad but clearly not...

This is my second run through since my old phone broke I just wanted to start fresh and I still love it. Don’t have to pay to play but I did a couple times just because I spend so much time on it. I don’t usually review games but I guess this one deserves it. Simple play but challenging at times

Not working.
I bought some magic powder and the game is on flickering but cannot do anything on it. It’s crashing, it’s very disappointing as I was enjoying the game and I have used money to buy things and cannot play. I still have not received the magic dust so feel that I have been ripped off and the tech support doesn’t work :(
