MyView brings the secure, responsive and hugely extensive self-service functionality of the Zellis HCM Cloud to your iOS device.
Note: Available functionality will depend on the appropriate access granted by your organisation.
As an employee, you can use this app to;
- Access the Onboarding hub, preparing you to join your organisation
- Search for colleagues, review and navigate the organisation chart
- Check and update your personal and payment details
- View or download a detailed breakdown of your pay, compare your pay over time and access pay-related FAQs.
- Submit expense and mileage claims, easily attaching receipts
- Check your holiday entitlement and request time off
- Clock in and clock out, recording attendances
- Submit and track dozens of other types of forms, including performance reviews, training requests and forms designed by your organisation
- Access your benefits and internal career portals
- Read and download documents shared by your organisation
As a Manager, you can also use this app to;
- Set tasks and track the progress of onboarders
- Authorise and reject requests for time off, expenses and other forms for authorisation
- Complete performance reviews and monitor individuals’ performance and potential
- View insightful reporting widgets relating to your team
- Delegate tasks to colleagues
- Access and upload documents to employee records

Issue

Hi, I have downloaded the app but every time I log in it opens the web portal instead of the app. Therefore I have to put in all details every time I log in, as it won’t open with biometrics, and it doesn’t have all the features the app has. It says my device is not registered. But I have used the link and code issued.
Any advice please?

Really Easy, works perfectly

I’ve just registered and downloaded the app, the code arrived immediately. First time log in and authentication went well first time using my ms365 credentials, and I can now log in and use all features using facial recognition! I’m so impressed as how easy this was.
App looks great and works well, this is a great way to access MyView.

Awful app cannot log in

I used to work for a large multinational that uses this to access P45’s last payslips. I could not log in having followed all the company literature both prior and post to leaving. Having grown tired of the same advice that I already followed. I have contacted inland revenue about companies failure to supply me with P45. Just awful

Easy, efficient & looks good

Does exactly what I need it to do, has a nice looking interface and unlike similar apps I’ve used in the past, is intuitive!!

Terrible Login System

Don’t think i’ve had a worse experience with any app this important.
Randomly logs you out, meaning i have to login, by going to their dreadful series of websites and portals, and getting a code emailed to you. you get the code, paste it in and it says it’s invalid.
the app is slow, payslips are so hard to move on the screen (left to right, zooming etc)
it’s so hard to do anything effectively
the fact it took a whole day to even login to the website, after pain and agony and shouting, page refreshing, failing, crashing, and endless “failed server connection” shows the service is pretty inadequate

Can’t get logged in

Can’t get my registration code. Followed instructions but just keeps asking me to log into my account, which I do, but no code anywhere…

Impossible to login

Can’t even get past the first few screens without issues.
Keeps saying “ Your device must have screen lock enabled.”.
It does have screen lock enabled with a password turned on!
