Description

Tarsia is one of the best educational resources that keep pupils and adults engaged and excited about a lesson.
This app allows you to customize the size of the puzzles and the geometric shape, depending on the number of keywords you want to use.
You can email the puzzles to a fellow educator, print, them or you can save it in your bank of resources for later use.
Tarsia puzzles can be used as a matching activity, where the triangles are printed on paper or cardboard, cut out, and mixed up. Then they need to be given to the learners, who will try to create the initial shape by placing the keywords together.

Too simplistic

This is a poor shadow of the real Hermitech Tarsia programme. You are restricted to four shapes, no dominoes, follow-me cards, or matching rectangles. It only works with phrases with one or two words, no provision to go to two lines, no style or size editing. It does not allow the insertion of images, and the output is only the solution, with no provision to generate random cards. Not worth the money.

I love it

I used Tarsia puzzles in my classroom and the loved it! Definitely worth adding to my teaching collection .
