Dont use this app
I have used this service to send money and no receipt of amount after 16 hours. They use false advertisement which says transfer within minutes. I tried contacting customer service and now they say it would take several days! I asked for a refund and no response. Scam!

Very bad service
I must say very bad customer service, they don’t respond . Take too long to verify account. Restrict my account without any reason. Asking about proofs again and again. Very bad and poor service. Not satisfied

Unsatisfactory Payment Delay and Customer Support Experience
I regret to say that I am experiencing a prolonged delay in a payment transaction that has remained unresolved for the past five days. Furthermore, my interactions with the customer support team have been less than satisfactory.
The delayed payment has caused me significant inconvenience, and I am concerned about the lack of response and assistance from the customer support department. I expected a higher level of service and urgency in resolving payment-related issues.
I hope the matter can be addressed promptly and efficiently to ensure a more positive experience in the future.

I like this app
Its just about the only app that will let me send money to my girlfriend in Russia. It takes a very small commission but overall its great and i hope it stays around.

Very much not useful
I tried sending money to India. Even after 2 days, my family did not receive the money. I have been trying to contact customer care, which is available only from 9-6 from Monday to Friday and also, takes hours to respond. Definitely do not recommend this app.
Please don’t tell waste your time and money.

Doesn’t work
Just after registration my wallet was blocked, the support doesn’t reply by email, a support tab in the app doesn’t work at all, the application is kicking me off when I try to do something. Very disappointing experience.

The worst customer service
My account was placed under review for no reason. They asked for my ID despite the fact that I had provided it TWICE. They also asked for a card statement - WHY?? The support button in the app doesn’t work. Chat simply doesn’t load. The phone number they provide doesn’t work too - I’ve been dialling for a few hours. Written response takes 2 days. Absolute nightmare.

Great service, easy to use app.
I've been using Profee for a month and found it to be an excellent service. Transfers arrive within minutes and when I've needed to contact customers services, I've received prompt and helpful replies. Very useful to be able to pay with ApplePay. No hesitation to recommend.

No support
I tried to verify my account, but it doesn’t seem to work with British passport. Customer support don’t respond to my messages at all. And without verification, the limits are very small and make the app useless.
