so many errors
I love this game, but there are so many random spelling and grammatical errors and calling things by the wrong name that just bug me. An example of this is it’ll say “fifteen years have past” when it’s “passed.” That may just be a difference in British and American English, I’m not sure. It's picky, I know, but forgive me for getting annoyed when, in a hidden object puzzle, I have to find a “glob” (globe), “thongs” (tongs) and a “cadlestick.” other than that, it's just me being picky about calling violin tuning pegs “knobs,” a bow in a classical context, a “fiddlestick” and calling a recorder a flute. I wish I could include photos of what I’m talking about for this one, but when there is sheet music in the game, it just really breaks immersion in the story when it's just completely incorrect. Like claiming something that appears as a D4 in the music is a D1 and then having a G1 appear lower than the claimed D1 and C2 being the highest note shown on the piano but one of the lowest in the sheet music you use. I know normal people won’t care, but it's distracting as a musician. If you need someone knowledgeable about music to check these things, hmu.

Do not, I repeat do not download this game unless you want to spend hours every day watching ads or spend an extortionate amount of money to get energy to play the games, which I have to say are fabulous. Just a shame you need so much energy to play, even after watching ads for 20% reduction. Energy is an issue.
This is a game you can only really play for 10 mins once a day. You can watch an advert for 20 energy that will give you at the most 30 seconds of game play. Obviously they want you to spend money on energy which I've done twice, but I won't again because it's just a waste, 10 minutes later you need more energy.

I do love this game, and I COULD play it for hours, but I can’t. Because the energy takes so long to replenish(over 24hours if you want to max it out).
There needs to more ways to get energy, or the ad limit removed so you can watch more than once an hour. At most if you have run out of energy and go back on after a few hours you can play for 5-10 minutes before you have to wait hours ago.

Advertising issue
I really enjoyed playing Unsolving Case at first collecting clues and solving mysteries was fun and engaging. But lately, the ads completely ruined the experience. I was watching one to collect a hint, and suddenly it froze and wouldn’t close and I tried many times, this forced me to exit the game. I ended up deleting the app because it’s not enjoyable anymore. Such a shame, it had great potential.

The game itself is really good, but do you really need to use five energy to do one thing?

Brilliant to get your mind working
I love this game. It’s the first game I have played that actually makes me think. But, i have only given it 4 stars. I play in my mobile and it takes forever to get new energy. Hours and it’s the same with the hints. It needs to either re charge quicker or use less energy for each task. It drives me mad when I get in a roll of logic and I run out of energy. By the time it has renewed my thought of logic has gone. Im not too bothered about the hints as I eventually work it out but I cant afford to keep buying energy. Come in creators please give us a little break to save all the frustration. Thank you.

Great Game.. Just needs a few tweaks
i really love these type of games..I’ve nearly finished it. The first part of game-play ran really smoothly, story ran well & wasn’t too easy or difficult…but the second half .. i completely lost direction & had little clue as to what i should be doing next.. so had to keep watching ads for hints or wait 4hrs. sometimes i tried to use an item and it didn’t work, then tried it couple of minutes later & it worked. Also, lost the sound. Apart from all that, i’m still really enjoying the game. it’s a captivating & interesting game.

Great game.. but..
This game is amazing and I am genuinely addicted to it, but playing on the phone makes it difficult to WANT to play because energy runs out so fast recharges so slowly it’s unbelievable, I’ve resorted to spending a lot of money on Big Fish games (where the games are originally from) just to be able to play uninterrupted and knowing I can play for as long as I like with unlimited energy, I appreciate that the devs are probably trying to reduce screen time but playing this is the only down time I get with a 4 month old and I can’t afford to keep buying the stories I like on BFG just for no interruptions 🤷🏻♀️

Brilliant!! Really fantastic games
There are many reviews on here where people say that the energy runs out super fast and "takes a week to refill" these are literally absolute lies & the last 1 I read was only written a couple of weeks ago so it's not that the Devs have changed it. I really hard people who tell outright lies about a game to put others off playing and to damage the games rep. I started with tonnes of energy then got another 300 free and overnight it's recharged back to 200 again! I've been playing ALL AFTERNOON and I honestly haven't spent a penny on energy. I spent £1.59 on unlocking all their other adventure stories, as I found the game so enjoyable and have been absolutely hooked. They have really great stories, challenging puzzles but not to the extent you want to fling ur device out the window 😂 I really don't understand why people are complaining about energy, when u can play FREE fora good number of hours a day and if u want to carry on and top up, ur talking about 99 pence for a couple of hundred, which lasts hours 🤷🏻♀️ it's like some people expect everything to be free and that game devs just to do this for fun and it's not how they make their living.
Tldr: this is very easy to play as f2p and no u do not even need to wait 24hrs 4 ur energy to refil! Ignore the people moaning, it's a brilliant game, give it a go ☺️💖

Took my money
Great game, loved it and got hooked to it but when I ran out of energy today I bought the welcome package so I played for a bit longer. When I got to a certain part it did a loading screen then kicked me out of the game. I went back in to find it had taken me to my last save which was apparently ages away from where I had left off. On top of that the rewards for my welcome package were no longer there even when I had loads of energy left. I tried continuing until I ran out again and decided to pay for the welcome package a SECOND TIME. After that I had over 500 energy so I thought I could speed run through it to the place I got up to because it had restarted me AGAIN. But then it showed up that I had ran out of energy when I CLEARLY had 500>. I tried going to the restore purchases but it said I had non to redeem. Please fix this. Update not even a minute later- I went back in and tried doing it again but it restarted me to the VERY BEGINNING. There was this panel that said developer and new, delete, and select or something on it, I got over 50% of the way through and I’m really angry it reset the WHOLE STORY to the very beginning.

It’s okay
This is a great game, the graphics are amazing and it really gets your brain thinking. However, I have one issue, although this is the only fault I have it’s a big problem. The energy takes way too long to reload. You get ones single energy bolt in 5 minutes and simple actions in the game takes up a lot of energy. I can only play for about 20 minutes throughout the day until I have to wait till the next day once the energy has recharged and still, I have very little that does not last long. You can buy energy but I can not constantly keep buying it everyday (it’s quite expensive too) and seems that only people who can spend around £5 - £10 a day on a game can play the game throughout the day when wanted without worrying about the energy level. I think that the amount of energy you gain every 5 minutes should increase by quite a fair bit to make the game more suitable and able to play for longer. OR the actions in the game should take up less energy.

Great game, energy is annoying though
I love the game, I really do, it’s really well done, graphics are amazing, the puzzles are actually good and it has almost every kind of puzzle, there’s so many stories. overall it’s an amazing game, but tasks take too much energy and energy takes forever to fill up, and the vip pricing is really expensive for (from what I understand) one week.) Could be wrong!
please find a way to solve this issue, because between each session I can only do a couple of tasks and have to stop mid way through.

Great game but…
This game is probably one of the best games I’ve played but unfortunately I had to score it really low because of the energy feature on here. The energy takes well over 4 mins per 1 energy and it doesn’t restore completely within 12 hours you probably only get to about 90 energy or so. I think this is ridiculous and makes the game unplayable. You end up having to wait ages between plays and you can only play for around 20 mins or less sometimes. I completely understand giving the developers money for their hard work and development of the game which I would be happy to pay and have paid a bit for the game already as I enjoyed it so much but even that you end up paying per day which can result in you paying well over £70. If there was a one off fee which would give you full access I would happily pay that but even with PlayStation games or Switch games you pay the initial amount and get your money’s worth. The functionality, the energy feature and the content payment structure of this game really needs to be reviewed. For this reason I have to score this lowly and will not continue playing this game as it’s taking far too long to get anywhere on this, I hope in the future developers look at this and I may find my way back to the game but for now, I have to stop playing it.

Great game but need to sort out the energy situation
It’s a fantastic game have played a few levels now and they have been great my issue with it tho is that your energy is gone so quick but don’t regenerate as quickly as you loose it unless you want to pay and altho I don’t mind supporting apps that ask you to pay it becomes too expensive to keep topping up so you eventually have to wait for it to fill up witch as I have already said takes far too long and for some people will make them lose interest in the game quicker because you can play for 20 minutes straight but then waiting for hours to get enough energy to play agin.

Amazing Game!
I adore this game, it’s become part of my nightly routine, the stories are so captivating, I’ve only played 2 so far and am on the third one in the series but I’m sure the next series I play will be amazing too, I love that there are series as well so you can do a few that are intertwined! I made a review probably about a week or two ago saying that I wish it would tell you if there are previous episodes in the series and I just came back to say that they do! Once you’ve completed one it will take you to the next one in the series, the one I’m playing now is the origin story :) the only thing I think would make it better is if there were more / easier ways to earn energy or gems, but in 24 hours your energy bar is almost completely full, I just never want to stop playing 😂

Beautiful Game. A few frustrations :(
I love this game. It’s so beautifully designed. Unfortunately though, I don’t want to play anymore. It’s just getting too much that I run out of energy and then have to wait ages for the energy to refill to play again for a short amount of time.
I understand apps need to make money for more improvements and to pay the people making it, and I would be happy to play with ads to renew energy quicker, or pay a one off fee to purchase the game. But because i can only watch one ad every hour to get 20 energy, which gives me an extra couple of minutes to play. It’s just not worth playing anymore.
I did really enjoy the game, it was so pretty and had great stories and really makes you think.

Unsolved hidden mystery
Is it just me but have you noticed that we don’t get gems after we complete a quest? We are expected to watch extremely lengthy adverts where sometimes we don’t get the reward unless we watch 2, 3 or sometime 4 adverts until we get either 2 hints or 22 energy. 🥳
And I object to some games you promote like women treated badly and the new Mafia Good Women. I don’t think our children should ever play those games. Can we as players delete these adverts so they don’t appear anymore?
You show us games advertised by celebrities, waste of time, please read the comments on their reviews where players have taken the time to let us know that their games are rubbish and suggested that we never download them.

Hints are useless, money grabbing developers
I can’t stand confusing, money grabbing games like this. Just ask for a simple one off fee to play, rather than offering confusing deals. You do get a few free hints etc, but hints are wasted if you don’t happen to be in the relevant area when you use a hint. You use up a hint just to tell you to go back or forward to an area. Then there’s the “energy”. There seems to be no indication of how much energy you have, so one moment you’re playing, the next you can’t do anything unless you pay or wait for a few hours.
I also seriously object to any developers than don’t add a simple “reject all” to cookie choices. No, I don’t want you to sell my data. There are better games to pay for, so I’m out.

Good game but long wait
The game is interesting, it’s got mystery, action, investigation, tons of “leves, a storyline. All great points to a game, however, you’ve also got energy, which you spend with every action performed. I find it laughable how the energy is set up. It’s used up rather quickly, you can maybe perform 3/5 actions all together before you are unable to continue playing and immediately suggested to buy energy with all the “great” offers available to you. I also don’t understand how energy is used up, as even when I have hundreds of energy points, these seem to be used in big and different amounts with each action - some actions will use up more than 10 points and others, 5 or 7, I haven’t been able to understand the different amounts either. - it feels obvious that the game is set up in such a way as to force players to inevitably buy energy points, which will be drained in no time as well!

Very addictive.
A very involving and immersive game. It’s great that you can play in small chunks and that you don’t have to start again if you get into bother. It is frustrating however, that the developer has not made some of the text more accessible. As someone who wears glasses, I found that some sections are completely unreadable as you can’t zoom in on tiny text in the evidence and diary pages nor can you zoom in to some of the closeup areas or dialogue at the top and bottom of the screen. Perhaps this game is probably intended for those using tablets rather than a phone. Otherwise a very intriguing.

Good game, bad playability
The game itself is very good, the puzzles are challenging and the stories are well written. However, the usage of energy is very poor, when starting a hidden object game with 20 energy it took 2 energy just to start the game then I somehow lost the rest of my energy by pressing 4 correct items meaning I have to wait just to finish the mini game. Multiple times now I’ve had this issue where just trying to move around the map takes up energy points making game progression very slow. I refuse to buy energy with how quickly it’s used and sadly the constant lack of energy to finish a mini game or move to a different area etc has made the game boring.

I want to love it, but…
First I’ll say that the story in this game is fab, the puzzles are fun, the art is great. However. It takes SO MUCH ENERGY to do anything. Like I just tried to open a box which needed 2 butterfly keys - 5 energy EACH! And in each hidden scene EACH thing you find is another 5 energy. I would rather pay £10 or heck even more for this game and be able to play the whole scene without having to wait 4 hours for energy. And you can only watch one ad every 4 hours to get a measly 20 energy which is gone in another 3 seconds. But it’s so frustrating because you can’t get into the game without being forced to stop. So yes. The game itself is phenomenal and deserves 5 stars. The money grubbing dynamic of the energy usage is not and deserves <1 star. :(

The game is good apart from waiting time for energy to build up so only play for short time and then have to play on other games that don’t need to have energy or give it in rewards so you play there games more love doing puzzles and collecting items but is frustrating halfway through one energy runs out so have to leave game and come back next day as on benefits money is tight they advertise a lot to get people to play and spoil it with energy lose to get people to buy if you want to keep playing thanks for reading mr Stevens

Amazing games, great puzzles, good stories
Unfortunately, energy drains REALLY fast and is replenished REALLY slowly. I watch a lot of ads but each only gives 20 energy, which is two or three actions. The game is almost unplayable without spending a huge amount of money on energy, unless 20 minutes of game play every 24 hours is enough for you. It isn’t for me. I have bought a few energy boosts because the developers deserve to get paid, but like most freemium games, this one is a rip off. Why would I keep trickling money endlessly into a game when I can find good games I can buy outright for a reasonable price, or I could buy a PC or console game? I’ll probably uninstall when I’ve finished the current adventure, (only the second I’ve played), because it’s already more frustrating than fun. Such a shame that yet another great game has been ruined by a greedy freemium payment model. Without the energy problem I would give the game 5 stars without hesitation.

Surprisingly good
I went into this game worried that it would be just another ad farming game. I was pleasantly surprised to see that after playing for a while the ads are completely optional for you! You can watch them to receive hints but so far it hasn’t been intrusive or forced. In terms of the game I think the storyline and interactivity is fantastic, the efforts of videos and voices within the game really takes it up an extra level. Can see myself enjoying this for a long time to come, my favourite version of this genre of game so far!

energy is the biggest factor to this. i also purchased 900 energy but it went down ridiculously fast. i also watch the ad to reduce the energy usage by 20% and even with that the energy went down from 900 to 800 even after only tapping a couple of things. buying extra energy is a total scam, you’re better just waiting it out which is still not the best as it takes forever to load back up. i understand the creators have to make money somehow but it is unfair. other than this, the game genuinely is really good and i enjoy playing it. there are lots of different adventures to choose from which also have spinoffs. there are a variety of different categories and genres. i wish i could give it a 5 star but the energy really is not good at all.

Soooooooo good
This is literally the best Mystery/adventure/puzzle/hidden object game I’ve played. The graphics are so good, it’s not just simple and easy because that would be boring. You have to do complex (but fun) things to put things together. You’ve really got to use your brain and the environmental/background sounds are so relaxing it makes me fall asleep. I also love that you have a diary that you can keep track of everything and you have collectibles and objectives/evidence you can keep looking back on to really track your progress. I love that. Bravo Unsolved 👍🏼👏🏼 Very well made and thought out, I shall be playing many more of these, my mum actually got me into these as she’s been playing these games for quite a while now. 👍🏼

Good game
Fun and interesting storyline and the puzzles aren’t repetitive. But as others have mentioned the energy refill does take a bit too long. It takes 4.5 minutes for one energy and you need 5 energy for each action like picking up an object. So it’s not a problem if you’re playing it once a day but can be frustrating if you’re waiting for it to refill throughout the day. Also, I appreciate that the hints are free and recharge but they’re not very useful. If you want to use a hint to find out what to do next but are in the wrong location, one hint is used telling you which direction to go but doesn’t actually lead you all the way to the place. So if I’m far from the place I could use up all three hints just going from place to place. Also, for the search game I had one last object to find and three hints, but the first two hints pointed to the wrong locations and the third hint showed the correct place. It’s a great game and very well made but it does feel like it’s designed so that it’s inconvenient to play for those who don’t pay.

Too expensive to maintain
Best game I’ve ever downloaded, it’s different, it’s something I’d love to play on ds or switch too, the one thing that lets it doen and I know will the the reason I uninstall the game eventually is the price of energy and how slow it regenerates. I’m playing for about 20 mins then my energy I’ve just paid for runs out again, there needs to be a better structure for this as it really lets the game down. However the idea of the game, the storylines, the difficulty, it’s all perfect it’s just such a shame because I’ve made a purchase now and I won’t make anymore, I never buy things in games but for this one I’m currently on maternity leave and I really got lost in it today whilst the baby napped, it just needs faster energy regeneration it would be good to have a full bay in 2 hours.

Brilliant until the money baiting kicks in
Such a shame. I was loving this but now I am hooked the developers have cleverly and totally irresponsibly set up these annoying ‘to keep playing put some more money in’ pop ups. It’s unbearable. Why would you do this to people? A lot of those playing these sorts of games are those needing to think away from their chaos, tired parents, exhausted workers, even people without jobs. Why would you make it impossible for them to keep playing without having to spend money?!! I love this game. But the more those pop ups come the less likely I will recommend this. Show some respect to people please. I’d prefer adverts or paying for the game as a whole thing to this rubbish! It’s irresponsible- like gambling apps

PLEASE!!! Add monthly subscriptions
I love this game so much! However it would be awesome if you guys could add a monthly subscription, where each day you log in you get eg. 300 energy, 100 gems and 2 hints. Something like that. I would happily pay monthly. I do the same with choices. I join their VIP monthly and you can get diamonds each day and unlimited chapters.
I love the puzzles, I do get stuck on them but I’m glad to have the help and hints or skip when needed!
Great and immersive. Super super intriguing stories and I’m SOOOOOO happy that there is voice acting. If it’s just letters on a screen it just feels so lonely and kinda boring. But having cut scenes and actual voice acting is a HUGE plus for me. Thanks guys!

Amazing but too slow…
The stories and puzzles are very immersive, it feels like a book you just can’t put down…! But you have to, because the energy bar gets used up way to fast, stopping you from playing for longer than 15-20 minutes per day, and regenerates waaay too slow. So if you wanted to play for a couple of hours on the weekend you just can’t, unless you decide to start paying around £20 every day which is just not worth it. I would still recommend the game, but if the makers wished to attract more customers they should fix the energy bar regeneration or at least give more free energy when watching ads…

Great game
Enjoying the game, mix of puzzles and graphics. The story line is interesting and keeping me engaged. I just wish that the energy lasted longer. It seems to take forever to allow me to play for five or ten minutes then I’m out of energy and have to wait hours again for another short time playing. I realise that this is to make you pay to purchase energy to continue and I would gladly watch more advertisements to continue. The 20 energy you can get once an hour from watching ads isn’t enough to do much, it seems quite arbitrary how much energy is needed for different things. I will finish the first chapter, eventually, it’s just going to take time, oh and, remembering to come back to the game.

Love it!
This game is honestly so much fun! The stories are endless, always edging you on to learn more and find out the truth, the puzzles are incredible and takes you awhile to genuinely figure it out which i like. The only problem is the energy bar. The energy bar fades way too quickly and regenerates too slowly. You can play for about 20 minutes before having to wait 12 hours for it to be full again. I would rather pay £2 a story with limitless energy than spend £10 on energy which would just get used up immediately. As for somebody with ADHD i can get easily distracted and forget about things, if in waiting 12 hours just for my energy to replenish i would have probably forgotten about it and left the game completely. If you want to attract more players then fix the energy system!!

Lovely Game
I don’t usually do reviews but this is such an enchanting game, and a really refreshing change from all those mindless burger-flipping games out there. Some people aren’t happy you need energy to play but this is a good thing for me — otherwise I’d be on it all day. You can watch ads every hour to get more energy and free tips, then just wait until it gets to a decent level before playing again. Of course there are in-app purchases but you absolutely don’t have to spend money. I figure watching the ads is my way of contributing to the developers who have put a huge amount of effort into developing interesting challenges and storylines. Love it.

Great game BUT…
This is a good game, very good at testing your memory and using analytical skills but I couldn’t give it 5 stars because the energy refill is soooo slow. Unless you are prepared to spend a lot of money, unlike other games you have very few options other than to wait for energy to replenish, which takes days to fill up, so you are left with having to wait an hour to watch an add to only gain 30 energy bolts, which will allow you to complete only a small amount of the puzzle, so by the time you have to wait another hour to watch an advert for a small amount of energy, you have forgotten all the previous information of where you will need to return to to gain pieces of evidence etc to continue the game. So it becomes very frustrating, which is a shame as it could be excellent if there was more energy given for watching adverts or the energy refilled at a quicker pace, so hence the three stars and not 5.

I really enjoy the game but…
Love the game have played 5 of the main adventures and 4 of the bonus quests. Only issue is that energy takes far to long to regenerate so you can play for 20mins and then you need to wait over 24 hours for it to top back up again. I have brought some of the in game purchases as I really enjoy the game and don’t mind paying a bit so the developers make money they should be paid for there art however I have spent around £10 now and will not likely pay anymore as if I was to pay more I could just buy a full came for my switch or Xbox and not worry about energy. It is sad because I do really like the game and just wish I could play more but not paying £20 a week just to pay a mobile game. I could get a tripleA rated game for £60 and play it endlessly. I really think this game needs to sort its payment and energy structure out better tbh I would pay like maybe £2 for each adventure if didn’t need to worry about energy but paying £5 for enough gems to get 300 energy which lasts 20 minutes just isn’t feasible. It is a real shame and does let the game down. I am not saying it should be free I believe artist and developers need to get paid just think it needs to be a bit more realistic.

Crashed after update
I’ve been playing this for a months. I even paid to be able to play all games when I ran out of keys as there is such a good selection, however after the latest update the game won’t download when I try to play it. I tried and tried and then tried uninstalling and reinstalling but this only resulted in me losing all my progress and set me back as a new user. Totally disappointed in this as I was half way through a really good game. My other gripe is the energy that allows you to play games. If I have paid to be able to play then I would expect to get more then fifteen minutes game time per day. This is a very frustrating feature. Overall disappointing

I would love to be able to give this game 5*
But energy really is a block… there are no energy rewards for completing puzzles or as a reward for achievements and it really does run out too fast…. Even to pay for its just really not worth the cost.. a real shame as this game is extremely beautiful and well made! I enjoy solving puzzles and the storylines are so very in-depth… I see a lot of reviews from as long as 12 months ago stating energy as an issue and assume that no way forward has been implemented to ensure the game is not held up behind energy regeneration…. It really ruins awesome games like this and I would be far more invested and willing to pay to unlock more levels if the energy didn’t exist or was replenished through achievement rewards or even watching more videos, 20 energy per video with an hour wait between, this holds this game back from its true potential.. I would gladly give 5* if improvement in this area is made.

Absolutely incredible game.
I’ve been playing for a while now, I have probably completed 20-30 adventures. I sit and play every night before bed and I have to say it’s my favourite game!! From the animation, to the captivating storylines, the puzzles, the interactivity, its all amazing. I have spent a lot of time and certainly a lot of money on this game purely because I keep wanting to play it and need energy! The offers for gems to buy energy and hints etc are fair too, as are the prices for the passes to get extra gems daily. Also updates every so often with a TON of new adventures, as well as series and bonus adventures. I seriously love this game and hope the creators never stop making new adventures, as I struggle to find games I enjoy and stick with, but ill be playing this forever lol. Excellent de-stresser and helps wonders with my brain function, I had a baby earl January and baby brain fog is no joke y’all. Get this game if you want something to get sucked into for a few hours a day and escape!

Enjoyable but almost unplayable.
Really enjoy the app, how the games are played and the different stories. HOWEVER, the time it takes for the energy bar (which you need to play the game) is RIDICULOUS. You wait 2-3 hours just to get like 40 energy - 40 energy allows you to play the game for maybe 2 minutes if you’re lucky. This has been a problem mentioned in reviews from as far back as 2 years ago so I don’t think it’s ever going to improved.
Also, you get given 5 adventures/stories for free and then you have to make an in-game purchase in order to unlock more stories.
It’s a shame because I find the app so enjoyable but you can barely use it for more than 15 minutes every 24 hours.

Love this game
This is such aEntertaining game even though if the levels are quite hard they’re really fun to do and especially when you get the feeling after your solve the puzzle they have been working on for a quiet long time I have been on this app for more than two hours and I never have been so entertain and I never have been so entertained especially I love when they show little clips and all that dramatic music it really sets the mood that’s why I give this a five Star review there should be more games like this because they are so detailed and it feels like you’re watching the whole movie

Love this game but I keeps kicking me off
I’ve had this game for a bit now and I love all the puzzles and detail that was put into the game. I was able to complete my first story and it was absolutely amazing I would wait till I was at max energy then continue to play, It was something I looked forward to at the end of the day. I started my second story now and I’m a bit over 40% though the story but came across when ever I finished this one puzzle it just kicks me off but would still take away the energy I had used before I was kicked off but still restarting the puzzle not letting me move forward. I hope I can fix this as it’s a wonderful game and would love to continue playing. I recommend if you like puzzles, small details and a good story you should definitely give this game a go.

Love this game but
I absolutely love this game but did the new I phone update and the game no longer loads I can hear it but the screen is black and I miss my daily fix I really wish they would fix it as I went onto app help and it takes you to a foreign language website which is impossible to navigate if you don’t know what language it’s in to translate it so no help there hopefully this review is seen and I can get some help by anybody after all apple can’t stop themselves from changing things in updates I’ve had to change so much back.

Still bugged 🐛
I’m 61% into modern tales, at the wishing well where you have to find all the objects.. I have everything but the frog that only appears when you lower the bucket on the wishing well by pressing the + by the rope, I was unable to click this before the update, did the update TWICE but it still won’t lower the bucket and no option to skip, so I cannot move on. I will not be restarting game as the amount of energy needed to get back to 61% will either take at least a week if I wait for energy, or cost me around £50 for your buggy mistake! If you can’t fix the bug for those of us already stuck in the hidden object scene, either give us the option to just restart that mini game, or put a simple skip button on the side?

Uses energy far too quick
This is a great game, BUT it uses energy far too quick. You get a few minutes gameplay then wait to the next day for it to build up enough energy for you to play for a few minutes the next day. It’s really off putting. There is no way to earn more energy other than watching an ad once an hour which gets you approx 30 seconds more if you are lucky. Appreciate you want people to buy more energy to keep playing, but quite frankly you can’t get immersed in the game long enough to care. Build in ways to earn energy, make actions consume less or something to make a person want to play for longer, just something!!!

Key payments
Absolutely love this game. Stories are very interesting and enjoy the wide variety of genres included. Very upset at the fact you have to pay in order to unlock keys. Had played around 1” stories and was told to make a purchase to unlock more stories. This has utterly annoyed me and therefore cannot play anymore, I am sure there are ways to unlock the stories without having to pay. Please update the game so that there aren’t any unnecessary payments needed in order to play. Other than that it’s an amazing game and the length of energy refill doesn’t bother me as it’s fun to play so happy to wait :).

Great game but flawed
Have really enjoyed playing this game - good amount of challenge and good storylines so far. Nice variety of puzzles - some easy, some difficult. Lots of choices of stories to play. Sometimes I'd like to be able to zoom in as things are small on the phone!
Two main flaws
1. The energy system - everything costs a lot of energy to complete even with the ad watch to make it take less. It only refills 1 bar every 4 mins so a full day to refill. The developer has been sending the same stock response for over a year so doubt this will ever get fixed. Minus one star
2. I have now run out of keys and can't get more without buying something - only none of the packs have prices on them and I've seen in reviews they are fairly pricy for even something basic. Again same stock response from developers prove they won't do anything. Minus one star.
Shame it's now a game I can't play any more as I was a big fan. Hopefully the developers will sort the issues out for this to be a 5* game.

Great game no energy
All the reviews seem to comment on the energy, and I can’t agree more. You can but extra energy but at almost £5 for 350 energy when one hidden object game can take 150 is ludicrous. You can watch 1 ad every 4 hours to get 20 energy, again crazy. This needs sorting if it is going to be worth playing on.
The game itself is awesome, well written, great graphics and seems to keep people engaged. If there was an option to buy unlimited energy or vast amounts more per day (not 35 offered in some packages) it would get 5* but as you can normally only play for 5 mins tops it unfortunately gets a poor rating.
Also some of the games are impossible as the part that you need to click is hidden behind where the menu is so opens the menu rather than selecting the object. When reported to the developers there was far too much information required to make it worth while. They wanted screen shots, make and model, how far I had progressed in game and more screen shots so eventually gave up.
If the energy situation and the glitches are worked out I will happily score a 5*

Thought it was a good game turns out not
I started playing this game and loved it. Thought the stories were brilliant and played a number of them. I really liked the variety and the fact that nothing in the stories was repeated. However I had completed 4 stories and was eager to start another one only to find that I would need to purchase something from the store in order to access any more games. To say I was annoyed is an understatement because I really enjoyed playing them. Yes it’s frustrating to have to wait so long for the energy to refill but I actually still enjoyed playing. Now I can’t even carry on with it because I refuse to be forced to pay for something when you already have in-app purchases for energy etc and you obviously receive money from ads. Seriously need to rethink the strategy of forcing players to buy something in order to continue because guess what? I’m not planning on doing that

Beautiful game but money orientated
I just want to start by saying this is the most beautiful phone game I’ve ever seen and has a really great story line and you can tell a lot of time and effort has gone into this. However, I have to say that the energy runs out FAR too quick. It takes 10 energy for every action and you get 1 action every 4/5 minutes.
It takes far too long to get a decent amount of energy to allow you to be immersed into the game again.
I know this is a way of making money and whilst I appreciate you should be paid for this work it just seems like a cheap trick, people won’t want to pay to play if they feel like they’re being taken out of the game constantly. Something to work on for sure.

Could do much better!!
Overall the game is really nice and it has fantastic stories, but 2 things do really annoy me:
1 it runs out of energy sooner than you would expect it! I wait 23 hours and it only lets me play 15 mins! And i dont even use hints etc.. it almost seems like 300 energy is being used by the second i enter the game!
2 is that it takes 23 hours to reach the 300 maximum energy! And it doesnt let you watch add to play more more than once!
I have so many times decided to pay for the extra energy, but since it runs out of energy in 15 mins, it almost feels like im paying fpr nothing! Specially because its not clear how this energy is being used!

Was really enjoying it, until it wiped my progress
I’d been playing this for a while and made it 70% through Path of Sin:Greed. But then I opened the app and it asked me to choose my starting adventure as though I’d never played before.
I thought that was strange so exited out of it and restarted the app. It didn’t ask me to choose this time and showed my progress, so I breathed a sigh of relief.
Imagine my surprise when I click continue and am met with the opening cutscene.
Immediately, I close the app again and then when I open it it’s showing 0% completion. In a strange twist, it’s showing adventure progress at 70% and current progress as 0%. So my old game hasn’t been wiped, but has been reset by this glitch and it seems there’s no way around it.
I was honestly enjoying it but with energy taking so long to recharge and so much being needed to progress, I’m in two minds as to whether to put more time in when I now know my progress could be wiped at any point without warning.

Do keys refill?
I love the game and I play it every day, I know that the energy does take a long time to refill and that some of the actions do take a lot of the energy away so you don’t always get to play it for long. I usually play the game in the morning when I wake up but find that I have to wait until the next morning to have a decent amount of energy again which is annoying as I’d love to play it throughout the day. I’ve completed quite a lot of the stories but I’m not able to start a new one at the moment as it’s telling me I don’t have any keys left, will these refill after a while or am I out completely now? I hope they will refill as I don’t like to make in app purchases so I’ll be disappointed if I have to delete the game due to not having anymore keys.
