Fairly good but needs more work.

The app does nothing more than the website portal that you can bookmark onto your phone’s screen, however it does save having to do that in the first place.
Things that could be improved on:
- a ‘remember me’ function when signing in on a non-shared device;
- finger print and/or face recognition (I get that any new app will be a work in progress, but even so, such methods are now very widely used by many companies);
- the option for notifications to flash up on your phone the day that meter readings are required;
- a flashlight button would be really handy. How many people’s meters are in dark nooks and corners of their homes?
Get the signing in sorted and it’ll be four stars. Build in a few bells and whistles, and it’ll be five.
