Hidden Payments
I am totally disagree with Tabby and they did wrong they said you can use 1 month free trail for Tabby+ and after automatically they charge me 50AED i didn’t approve any payment nor they told me we will automatically charge you and by forcefully charge you. Also hidden payments and charges.

Loading, loading, loading, fail
Constant loading state for everything. Then it just fails to charge you for next instalment payment. And support gaslighting you that it is your fault, not theirs. + incredibly dumb VPN block + this rubbish app does not work when you open it abroad. Good idea ruined by stupid people.

Problem not solved for 3 months
I downloaded Tabby to use it, but on the first attempt it requested that I should pay in full.
On the 2nd purchase it refused to accept my purchase and split it!
I contacted the customer care they told me to either change the debt card or wait 3 months and I did both, yet my problem is not solved!
Whenever I ask them for a solution they tell me the process is automated and we have nothing else we can do !!!!!

Pointless
Set up was easy against my credit card. Made one purchase and all went fine. Tried a second purchase and it keeps being denied despite having massive amount of credit capacity on my card. Complete waste of time signing up.

Very Frustrating
I’m a first time user of this app so that I can make a needful purchase via Amazon. And my purchase was declined saying that AED800/ is a higher amount. Then I went to Nesto for purchase of AED90… which was too low to proceed. AED100/ added and again declined saying that amount is too high to be honored. This is utterly pathetic and pointless. Even though tabby is directly connected with the bank card. Never faced any issues with Tamara.

Using tabby means I can spread my payments out till payday comes, which allows me to get presents with my own small salary knowing I can pay when I’m paid; also if I have extra cash I can pay earlier love this option…..big thumbs up!!

Hi everyone,
This app is a trap, I have been trying to receive a refund for 3 months and nothing. They kept 2k from me and keep saying it’s a delay on their gateway. Simply they said they aren’t responsible for the refunds.
Few times they said the money was paid back and when I call the bank no refund was done. They have even provided false reference number for the payment.
Do not trust your money with them!
DO NOT USE IT! It’s a nightmare if you need a refund!

Simply amazing,we can purchase quality items without using a credit card ( with bad interests & very bad for your finance. Avoid credit card as much as you can ❗️), I am able to purchase with installments & NO interest. ✅ And when I can I pay the amount before the due date. It has changed my life. well done Tabby!!!!!

What happened to the rest of the world?
I can’t even use the app as my country isn’t even on the list for shopping destination. The only shopping destinations Available are Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE and Bahrain.
