Using pre-constructed phrases, the Speech Aid app allows users to plan their conversations if needed and create a more personalised experience. The Speech Aid app is for both children and adults who are unable or reluctant to speak to live more independently with a digital voice, whatever their disability or impairment. Using a non-speech alternative such as this, children and adults who stutter, slur or choose not to speak can gain confidence, better control their speech and write out complete thoughts using their own words.

I can't believe I have just had a phone call thanks to this app!!
I couldn’t recommend this app more - it has been an absolute game changer for me and those around me. I am so glad my speech and language therapist recommended it to me. The app is extremely easy to use and has the ability to verbalise (very clearly!) anything which I would like to communicate. It has lots of great features - a clear interface, option to save phrases, choice of custom categories to organise my phrases and voice options which I’ve really enjoyed using! I have also been able to enjoy a FaceTime call thanks to Speech Aid!

Very easy to use and isn’t loaded with unnecessary features.
Signed up for the free trial before the paid subscription - definitely a good idea for this kind of app.

Life changing app for me!!!
Great app! Recommended by my speech and language therapist. The app allows me to type what I would like to say and it speaks out what I have previously been unable to communicate. I now use this everyday to help communicate with family and friends. I can save sentences and words as phrases which is helpful and convenient. Highly recommend!!! Thank you speech aid!!
