I sooooooooo confused

Everything in this app is really good (excluding the adds) from the wallpaper designs to the icons especially my favourite bunny in the garden 🪴 🐰. But the only thing I am confused about is how u make the icons sync to the app cause it never does or maybe it is just me so any help will be appreciated the sooner the better . Read before downloading

First this game started really well. I could watch adds for non premium but then it messed up my whole wall paper because you can’t undo it. It still asked for passwords and permissions and if you delete it nothing changes! Download if you are desperate—-this is so overrated 😒

Calendar not sync

Why does the calender stop syncing? It works for about a week then stops. I’ve updated & refresh & restart my phone, however the calendar does not update or sync. I even removed widget uninstall & then reinstall but still does not work. I’ve tried all steps no luck. Please update & fix auto sync calendar with the Lock Screen widget. Thanks

My thoughts on Photowidget are pretty good. I ❤️❤️❤️❤️all the nice themes widgets and icons! There is something quite weird though. Whenever I open a app/icon that I have downloaded on Photowidget, it takes me to either the shortcuts app or the weather app for some reason. After the recent update my icons from the App folder have all disappeared and was wondering if this is due to the recent update of bugs and will return by the next update or if I have to manually put them back ☹️

Totally recommend this

This is such an aesthetically pleasing app. You can make your home screen and Lock Screen so cute and add shortcut widgets and cool animated widgets. You can change the app icons and it can suggest a theme that is right for you. It doesn’t tempt you with buying premium but there is premium to buy some stuff but there is so much aesthetic stuff out there it all depends on your style!

But definitely recommend this!!

At first it was a bit confusing in how to install the widgets and icons but they do work and some are really cute.

My only other complaint is that when you install the icons you have double the apps (two of everyone) other than that this app is really good some things you have to pay for but most you just have to watch an add.

I love this app so much it has so many features and unlike most widget apps there are some good widgets and icons to use that are free and in terms of the premium widgets most of them seem like they're actually worth the money! It would be good if there could be more free widgets and icons added tho. But my only real problem is that it won't let me sign in with my email or phone number exct, only apple and I don't have an apple acc sooo I can't create an acc, and it won't let me access albums which is the only reason I wanted to make an account in the first place, so it would be great if you could pls add more methods to create an account or pls fix the problem of accessing albums, apart from that your app is amazing!

this app is truly amazing and my iPad doesn’t look so boring! Although, I know this is a me problem but I will still say it, the wallpaper is obviously for phones but it wouldn’t fit on my iPad. I had to use a similar photo from Google but all I’m saying is could you maybe add an ipad version please? I would be extremely grateful and happy 😊. Overall, this app is fantastic and has many wallpapers and icons to choose from.

So cute but…

This app is really cute and I love the widgets and icons BUT it takes for ever to hide the apps and it takes up A LOT of time idek why I can’t be simpler and more easy to use. The icons are pretty cute but PREMIUM oh god no. All of the pretty and cute stuff are LITERALLY PREMIUM and fyi you have to pay for it. It’s a long process to download the apps and arrange them and change the wallpaper add widgets it takes at least a week to finish setting up EVERYTHING . I think it’s a really great idea but PLEASEE for gods sake. Don’t make everything premium just please. Apart from that an amazing app and I do recommend ONLY IF YOU HAVE TIME. 🫶

Hey! I love your app but did have to delite it, I am very sorry!! It was causing my phone to glitch and even though my phone is second hand, and the iPhone 10, ever since I delited it, my phone has worked a lot better.

For example;

I would be on my phone and just doing something and it would suddenly open your app! And I couldn’t get off, I would swipe up to get rid of the app but it would come straight back!!! Or my phone would do things on its own!!

Other than that, thank you and if and when I get a new phone, I’ll download your app and try again!!!

Amazing!

This app is fantastic, it has such a variety of you want something aesthetic they definitely have that, if you want something beige or colourful they will have that to! There is nothing Photowidget doesn’t have lol. As much as Photowidget is one of the best widget apps there is a ‘go premium’ that cost money but luckily if you don’t get the premium there is other cute widgets, icons or background that are cute and not premium. But if you do get the ‘go premium’ it is worth it

I love every single one, you can play free (well not play but yk) just by pressing the X in the corner when u first open the app. Would like some more free ones but can i just say theres panda ones for free, and rainbow, neon, christmas, lavender, beach, more modern ones and so much more fit for all people (different genders, styles ext) i highly reccomend this app to all and with widget smith aswell it takes less then 20min if u dont have loads of folders to make! (Also i have very little apps lol) but it will take 30min max to do this! Again highly reccomend to all :)

Nice but

I love this app! It’s got so many cute designs and I love em all!! But there’s a problem….

Soo I have these restrictions on my phone and it makes me unable to download the icons or widgets unless I ask for permission to be able to download these things. It takes like forever to be able to get permission and personally I feel as tho u should be able to download icons and stuff without needing to go onto the internet like shouldn’t u be able to do this on the app??? Also I know it’s how u guys get ur money but like ALL the cutest themes are that pro widget thing or whatever. PLZ make less of them money! One last thing, you can’t see the themes when ur offline like I know you won’t be able to download them when ur offline because it runs on the internet:( but like u should be able to at least be able to have a look at the wallpapers and things to pass time or whatever.

Sos it’s so long and it sound like I’m complaining but it’s just a few thing I’d like fixing plz

IM ANGRY because I used to absolutely love this app and love all the FREE themes that are now PREMIUM 😡 first of all about a year maybe 8-9 months ago loads of things were free and cute and so cool . Me and my friends used to love matching our phone themes with the GOOD free stuff that now cost money ! I’m sorry but most people don’t want widgets of random cats or dogs etc when you can make widgets of your own with your own pets ! Now it seems all the free things r pics of random animals or boring things 😭 I BEG OF YOU please please please make the old things free again ! I love thé app but am unhappy with it now . First of all this app is FREE you don’t have to payyyyyy! Some of them you do but most of them you don’t! My Home Screen was boring at first but now it’s like a dream!! pls come check it out I don’t want anyone to miss this! I’ve tried other apps but hey all need to pay but when I found this it said all you need to do is to watch adds and then you can download the widgets and wallpapers and icons! I know some people are not happy with this app because you have to hide all the real apps but it’s soooooo worth it! Seriously!

This is the best app everrrrr it has great icons to customize your apps even the ones that you don't have to pay for! The widgets or beautiful and aesthetic to use to create a wonderful lockscreen the process isn't hard either I'm very glad they give you a video on how to install the icons and the widgets my phone has never looked better! I have had this app for around 2 years ish, before then, i used widgetsmith. To be honest, widgetsmith was quite hard to use and had to pay for most things. This app is literally AMAZING! You can do lots of things, customise widgets and even get fun wallpapers! Most of it is free aswell! This app is- i can not describe how good it is! Thank you developers for making this app! 💓

i have used this app in the past, but i really like it. if you know what to do, it becomes really customised and pretty! i am just using an uploaded one for now bc im lazy TT but it really good!! i would recommend maybe for fully custom icons you can link it to all your apps that you have downloaded though, its a bit annoying to find games and stuff in you app library instead of on your homescreen. great job though!! ٩(^‿^)۶

An amazing app great for changing the whole style of your phone . It is very accessible, simple and easy to use . You can change your wallpaper the icons of your apps and widgets. There is a wide variety of styles you can choose and the app gives you simple instructions to install . Also there is a really cute gun game . I would definitely recommend and use it a lot

WORST APP EVER (HATE IT)

You may be thinking why did you give the app 5 stars if you hate it? Well it’s because i dont want you to suffer like i did. It’s terrible because PhotoWidget makes you set a theme and then match all your apps to it with no help on how to do it. I personally have 108 apps and it took me around 2 hours to set it up. Let alone my Home Screen and Lock Screen still looks terrible even after 2 hours spent wasted on the app. Seriously dont waste you time on this app because its literally TRASH. Hope you use my review and dont waste time on this trash app as it takes FOREVER. (IM STILL TRYING TO FIX MY SCREEN NOW). I literally wish that this app NEVER came into my life.

Slightly disappointed

So Basically I had this app about 6 months ago and mostly everything was free, and now most of the wallpapers & widgets you have to have premium. sometimes when I download the widgets I have to download it more than twice for it to work. Like now most of the free wallpapers are football or really basic wallpapers & widgets. I am giving this 3 stars because this is also the only app I can count on to have at least a wallpaper and a widget in my home screen because most apps u need to pay to have a wallpaper and a widget soo… I’ll continue using this but if you could make a bit more stuff free that would be highly appreciated 😊thanks

I love this app so much it helps me but one of the main things that I don’t like about it is that when you click on it it doesn’t take you to the app it takes you to untitled and into the app which does get me a bit annoyed so yeah i’m one of the other things I don’t really like about the app is on how you cannot search the name of one of them of the colour and then it might not take you to that one and then you get really annoyed

This is such a great app I would recommend this to many people. It has so many options and celebrities holiday so you can have a collection of the different holidays.

There is one thing tho most of the good widgets and icons you have to pay for as a tween my parents won’t let me spend money so i am stuck with the ones provided.

It would be useful to have a search bar because the only thing you can search for is the colour i think this would be useful to many people to find what they want quicker.

such an underrated app

photowidget is honestly so underrated. I see other apps that offer a similar service, but they have completely over the price options just for the most simple widgets. This gives you tons of styles to choose from and tons of wallpapers, widgets and even a huge selection of icons. They’re so easy to find and all you have to do is filter them to see which options fit you best. if u wanna change up ur style, it’s super easy and quick as well. overall love the app worth downloading 100% :)

omg im in love with this app and as a 13yrs old it is so fun when i have nothing to do i just scroll through all the designs. one this i would love and suggest is that to make more tv show themes, like the harry potter ones, a few idea are- Marvel, Stranger things, brooklyn 99, ginny & george, etc but all in all this app is so easy to use and it’s free if you don’t wanna pay all you do is watch an ad x

Good app, was better before

I love this app so so much I check it like everyone couple of days for new themes, but I'm kind of disappointed that there are now "premium themes", it kinda ruins the app honestly because who wants to pay for a phone theme, the fact that the themes are free made this app really stand out to me from the others but now it's kinda just gonna be the same as the rest :/

Photo widget

First of all- THANK YOU I hated my wallpaper and app colours for so long!! Until I finally learnt (after a few hours 😭) how to edit my screen!!! And my the people who didn’t get it (I sound like a Karen for this but) your new coloured apps work just but put the original apps into the multi one and put it on a empty page so you cant see it I don’t know how to get rid of the old ones (I sound so dumb 😭) but overall I love this and recommend!!!

The Best Home Screen designer app ever

I am extremely surprised how good this is, normally I don’t rate games/apps I gen though if they’re good, but this is actually my first review ever I am actually shocked, it’s free, ads every save, but that doesn’t matter, fabulous app you don’t even have to pay! You are the best person in the world for making this free because I am currently desigining it, but I had the time to stop and leave a great positive review just because this app is fab! This app is very good!

So I got this app a few weeks ago and I am really pleased of how what I wanted turned out! It’s so easy to figure out how to use, and everything is personalised! But it’s really annoying sometimes because I have an album of photos and I use the same album for two widgets, but the widgets are the same on both sometimes and it’s extremely annoying! I hope your company can find a way to fix this, but in the mean time I shall have to make two albums and use them instead.

Amazing app

This app is great! I’ve been using it for awhile now and literally love it & all the themes 💜

The instructions on how to add widgets etc are clear and very well thought out 💜

I do have a few ideas to improve the app! - with Icons it does not show notifications - for example I have an icon for messages but it does not show me the little red notification to say I have an unread message. 💜

I also think it would be great if you could add your choice of apps to Icons - for example you don’t have an icon for FaceTime, WhatsApp, EE etc and it would be great to just have a section to customise your own ones for the apps you don’t have 💜

Search option

Hello! I have a few ideas, so I hope you can maybe think about adding these into a possible next update x

- having a search option, so you don’t have to keep scrolling to find something you like

- maybe some live backgrounds because it is quite hard to find some cool live backgrounds, and live backgrounds are getting more popular nowadays

- being able to create widgets/icons/backgrounds and people being able to use them (I thought this may be a good idea so different people can see different varieties of styles)

Anyways, that’s for noting these ideas, and I hope to see these in future. This is an amazing and helpful app and I definitely recommend. It saves a lot of time and effort and the themes are cute. Thanks!

My opinion

The app is very good a must say but well I have trust issues and well I was trying to download the icons it was green Apple it came up with a warning saying unsigned and I’m not sure if I can well trust it.

However I must the app is great I love how quick and fast the apps are and I’m sure all the lazy people like it too as you don’t have to do to much work unlike other apps I’ve tried.

Why won’t it work for my ipad!? 😭💔

So I got this app, read the reviews and thought, yay this will be a great app, I have an 8th generation iPad, is it meant to work for this app? What happened what I looked at how to do it, and it says to click the button that says remove app then click remove to library, the problem is that on my iPad it says delete app instead of remove, and it doesn’t give me an option to delete to library 😓 This really annoyed me because I was really looking forward to doing-up my Home Screen! Please make this app available to my iPad! Obviously I understand that not everyone will experience this kind of trouble, and it seems like a pretty great app so I give you 3 stars 😌

Amazing quality it turns my Home Screen from boring to intriguing and fantastic. Never been happier with an app. No problems whatsoever, and the fact that I can crest my own albums and customise my widgets myself is really cool. So glad I downloaded. This doesn’t work

I’ve been looking forward to getting a home new screen thing and I waited a whole day for it to download . I uploaded a photo and I tried many times to set it up but none of my photos displayed. The tutorial didn’t help. You’ve made it so a 4+ can play this game but a 16 year old can’t do it?

Please fix this my friends had the same issue. My device is only a few months old and the app does not work on the latest version?

I’m extremely disappointed and I’m writing this at 4 in the morning because of how frustrated I am. The app itself is fine but adding more recommendations would make this review a 4 stars but it’s so limited I don’t get any enjoyment out of this.

People say “Wow this app is perfect” but you could add more and I know we are in a pandemic but try fix this please I did exactly what everything said I googled it for a day straight and nothin happened .

It actually is very good

If you don’t mind I have a few possible ideas

- when you click on the Photowidget more shapes should be available for ex there is only 3 a small square, a rectangle and a massive square. A shape like a rectangle going vertically instead a horizontally would be good for longer pictures and a circle could look like an icon

- also be able to swipe up and down on the widget so you can swipe up and have another photo. ( for like the impatient people who like this pic better than others or changing the picture when your parent comes to look at your phone)- a lock option for the pictures would be nice too

- I’m not sure if it’s possible or not but I’d like to be able to put my apps into the widget. It’s just be a bonus because it already is lovely.

Some things I like about the app:

-It’s fast and easy to use for beginners

- even tho there is adds there’re very short

-a variety of pictures and being able to search for ones too

- how cute and adorable the themes are

Iv tried and used every photo widget on the app store and this one was the first one i used and is the one im still using, i even paid for another app only to be disappointed, iv read reviews and fell for the trap, only to be disappointed SO believe me people when i say, this is THE BEST…!!! One of the best widget apps for photos

Compared to other apps, photowidget is amazing, even without paying. Alot of other widget-customization apps made you pay a lot of money just for a trial, and i think the options on this app are a lot better since they let ypu choose your own photos, how often to shuffle photos, and what order they go in. Overall i just love it.

They keep listening to feedback and adding features that we ask for and like. Anything we've said doesn't work well isn't really here anymore. Probably one of the most responsive teams I've given feedback to on the app store. Appreciate them not completely filling the app w ads either. It's a lot better than everywhere else.

The time it takes to switch pictures on the 5 min time period

It says photo refresh time 5mins and it seems longer than 5 mins when it changes and I have set it so that it will view the pictures in order and they are not in order whenever they come up.

Don’t get the bad reviews

So I read all the reviews and....not impressed..... downloaded it to actually see what it was like,I am over the moon,the album allows me to put as many pictures in as I want AND it allows me to choose how often the pictures interval,I can have as many albums as I like and as many pictures and as many widgets!!!!! Would highly recommend you don’t listen to some of the bad reviews, give it a try.

No lie it’s a very good widget app it’s just when you put the images to show in order, they don’t show in order, they show in random since I’ve got 3 widgets in my Home Screen and they are supposed to change and be different every time but they are sometimes the same picture. Other than that it’s good!

Works well/Perfect

This app is 100 times better than apples photo widget unlike Apples widget with this you choose which photos you want to show

Much better than other photo widgets you can have albums and choose which album you want to show

Only thing missing would be the ability to crop your pics and the timer would work better if you had the ability to change photo’s every 30 secs or 2 mins

Great App!

Very useful for displaying a photo widget that only shows the photos you want it to, unlike the Apple photo widget for which you have no control what photos it shows.

A couple of things that really need to be implemented in next update to make this app one of the east, is:-

1. To allow you to zoom and pan the picture to exactly how you want it to be displayed and then have a save button. Otherwise the major draw back is that you can get bits of the photo missing and there’s no emphasis on what needs to be displayed within the widget screen. I have the ‘wide’ widget on my screen which I like, but some pics have heads missing as you only see the body. Or you may simply want to display just a certain area of a picture.

Intervals for photos to change is too long.

New app doesn’t work and it’s over complicated. Intervals options should include photos to change every 10, 20, 30 seconds or every minute. This way you don’t just keep staring at one boring photo too long. That would make it 5 star. Please ALSO get rid of the advertisement. Charge a small fee if need be but get rid of adverts please.

Overall i love this app and how it lets you add photos but with the new update with different albums and everything it’s kinda glitchy eg i have 3 albums “babies” “friends” & “fam” the “friends” one glitches because when i choose that specific album it shows pictures for “babies” and i tired it like 10 times but it doesn’t that i even tried to reset it and do it all over again but nothing help?

It would be good if it worked

I downloaded this app because of the new Home Screen “trend” and decided I would give it a go. I downloaded it and uploaded a picture and it was fine but as I was messing about with my apps I accidentally deleted it. I re downloaded the app and set the same picture yet this time it didn’t work. When I added the widget it set as the apps logo not the Picture I wanted it to be. I kept trying but it still didn’t work so I deleted the app all together and downloaded it once again. I set my Picture and again it did not work. I messed around with it for a bit trying to get it to work but finally it worked but on the medium widget which cut of half the picture. I tried the small widget and it just set as the app logo. Please sort out this problem

An app that allows for photo customisation.

The original photo widget from Apple randomises the photos shown, but this app allows you to customise up to ten chosen photos which is much more convenient and preferable. I’m loving this widget/app so far.

Though I have a few suggestions to help further improve the app: it would be nice to be able to have the option to reorder the chosen photos instead of having to delete them and then select the photos all over again.

An option to shuffle the chosen photos so that they appear in a random order would be a nice feature as well.
