This app is good but expect frequent disappointment, sometimes when you do a transaction it takes less than ten minutes to go through but most of the times you will have to contact support team to see into your transaction before it goes through, 70% of my financial transactions are always pending, it will delay until I contact their support team to help me resolve it. So if you want to send money for emergency, don’t use LemFi because there’s 70% possibility that the transaction will remain pending till after a day or days even.

Rubbish all! Conveniently allowed me to transfer over the supposed daily naira limit to their app! Only to tell me that there in a N3 million daily limit so I could not make the whole transfer to my uk app in one day! Fraud
This app has been working great for me until I made a wrong transaction. When the recipients name and number does not match the transaction still goes through as long as the number is a registered mobile money number and there are no good efforts for a refund or yo reverse that money back. I called their customer service and their rep called Josh called me careless however other apps verify the recipient’s details first even before the transfer is made and until I get my refund I will continue to tell my friends to stop using their app

How could you do this Lemfi!
I had travelled overseas and have been using lemfi ever since, it was until I then was approached by criminals who had forced me to send a transaction
Otherwise they would have tried to harm me. I had sent the transaction which still said in progress and I tried to report the transaction more than 10 times and I tried my best to call the help center over 20 times, On my app it looked like the transaction was in progress for around 5 hours so I felt like lemfi were trying to reverse the transaction but I woke up the next morning with the transaction which says successful. They claim they answer the phone for 24 hours but didn’t answer not once and now I lost my money which could have simply been avoided if they had got back to me.

Best Fund Transfer to Africa
I tried a couple of fund transfer apps, won't call names, but the exchange rate given by LemFi is by far better than all of them, and the customer support is world-class. I don't fear when a transaction is delayed or not funded, just contact customer care and it is all sorted.

Will let you deposit then keep your money
My account was verified and I deposited money, when I went to transact it said my account was blocked from doing transactions. I’ve contact them multiple times over the past few days and all I ever get told is it’s being escalated but with no progress. I will raise a chargeback via my bank to try and recover my money. I’d suggest you go elsewhere and use a reputable provider to send your money or you may end up out of pocket like me.

Late Transfer!
I tried to send money since 30th December. They delayed the transfer for 4 days. I had to call them to return my money back and they said they cannot send back the money as it is on progress. This felt luke nightmare. I kep on call the customer service they said theres nothing they can do as i have to wait until their systems work.
I felt like i have been scammed! Luckly they return my money back after so many calls!
Definetly would tecommend to anymore!
They need to let there Lemfi users know that their system has gone down. Amd not let people send money whereby it goes on progress for days!
They didnt even think of the reason why people send money home to their loved ones as as we have so many emergencies occuring that need a quick help.

Probably The Best Money Transfer App Ever!
This app is the epitome of efficiency and professionalism. I am a fussy person and always look for faults and mistakes in others but this app has definitely disappointed me. I have not been able to find anything wrong with this app. The transfers are lightening quick and the customer service people, on the odd occasion I have had to contact them, are super helpful and friendly.
I highly recommend them. Oh did I miss the part about it being commission free transfers?

Quite Disappointing (Please Read)
I made a whole video on YT recommending it because at the time, they had the best rate compared to for other money transfer apps. After few weeks of use, I’ve had back to back more than 24-hour delayed transactions. One was sent but the amount received wasn’t even accurate. I phoned the customer service and had no answer after a 30-minute long wait. Until whatever problem it is they’re fixing, I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND IT.

Don’t trust them.
What kind of service is this. I have to use Tap tap send to send another money to my wife, who has been waiting for over 12 hours to receive this money. I will never use this so call LemFi again. After this transaction has gone through. I will delete my account from your service. Over 13 hour and money is still pending. If this was emergency, my wife would have to wait over 13 hours and still pending for your so call fast service. This is how you lose customers. Absolutely ridiculous service. Service is the worst I have ever seen. 14 hours and money is still pending.

Rubbish app and ridiculous service
Since its name was changed from lemonade to LemFi it has become the worst money transfer app ever. At first your money can take ages to be in the recipient account, then failed transaction for nearly a week. Their Customer care is also rubbish. They won’t reply emails until you call them. My email was not replied until I called them 48h later.
I have to download the app on my wife’s account before I could move the money on the wallet back to my UK account because they money could not be sent internationally.
I have now deleted the app and won’t recommend anyone to download it until radical changes are made about the services they provide.

Maybe the worst interface for Managing Beneficiaries/Recipients
Don’t get me wrong this app isn’t the worst out there, but what I don’t understand is why the important beneficiaries feature was removed? I had intended sending funds to one account but managed to send to a wrong account just because there was no feature to delete old transactions or beneficiaries. Worse still once I realised the mistake the support team completely misunderstood my request to cancel the transaction and now I’ve lost 100£

Lemonade is a scam
I sent £35 to my lemonade of over 8 months old account and I can confirm I used it regularly but to my surprise lemonade denied me access to my account after I made the £35 transfer to lemonade finance account. I haven’t seen where a vendor will block or denied a customer access to his account for no giving reason other than I should referred to their sections 3 of lemonade terms and conditions. This is a pure scam and I’m happy it happens when I transferred a very little amount.

Disappointing
I want to say that since the name was changed from Lemonde to the current name, I have found it difficult to go into my account as the app would not open not until I have to delete and install it again and then it will be okay for some days and then go back without opening. This is annoying and disappointing as to not being able to use it when I need it 😠

Was recommended this by a friend and wow what a game changer. The fact that there are no fees and the funds are transferred instantly means this is now my go to when sending money back home. The process for transferring money into the account is a bit annoying as it kicks you back to the web browser but this is a slight annoyance but for what you are getting something you can live with. I am highly disappointed with myself for using this app. At 9 am yesterday I transferred the sum of £1449 from my GBP account to my naira account. Its been almost 24 hours and I haven’t received my money.
I have emailed lemonade, tried calling during working hours, they refused to respond to my call. I have also sent a message on all their social media platforms. And then I sent an email of which they responded to asking me to send wait for 24 hours. What kind of sorcery is this.
If I don't get my money by ten, I am involving the police. Rubbish

Best Customer Service by a mile
I was having issues with logging into my lemonade App. I kept sending mails to to Lemonade, though I was getting replies and instructions on how to get my app working again, these instructions didn’t help. I later got a call from their customer service rep, telling me they had rectified it. She stayed on the phone and told me what to do, I followed her instructions and my app started working again.

Delayed in funding
I'm not so happy with how lemonade ream gas been treating my issues. I will call and no one will pick to speak to me. Sent couple of mails but no agent reaches on me on the 1-3hours they have always promised to reached me. I will not recommend this app to anyone. Poor services rendered and not competence. I’ve used lemonade for a few transfers to and from Nigeria and have found the service to be dependable and good value for money.
On one occasion when I thought the service was taking a bit longer than usual. I raised an issue through the online portal and also called to get this resolved. Both methods where effective in getting hold of someone and getting the issue resolved.
Getting my Nigerian account details for transfers from Nigeria was also fairly easy and straightforward.

This is just the second time transferring money with them, but totally disappointed. I made a transfer since 8:30 am in the morning to Nigeria, this is 8pm in the evening, still no Hope of depositing my money.
I received a message that there was an issue, but why do you have to collect customer’s money when you have issues??
Why can’t you suspend transactions, fix your issues before collecting people’s money.
I would definitely not recommend using them at all.

The credit or payment system is worth checking before using to see if it suits yours needs.

Still Huge Delays in Funding
I tried finding my account last night thinking it would take a couple of minutes like the first time. But it’s been almost 12 hours now and it’s still pending. I really needed to send the money as soon as possible but now I’m stuck waiting for the money to reflect on my wallet. And this is AFTER their supposed update. Cringe and utterly disappointing app for something with such potential

DELAYED wallet funding
As much as I would have given a 5 star for this, It’s not worth it! How do you send funds to your wallet and it takes over 9 hours for it to reflect in your account? It’s so annoying!!! This is the second time this is happening and all I get is it will reflect! What happens to me using my money in emergency situation? Do I have to wait all these hours? I am deleting my account from Lemonade. It’s not worth the stress at all. So much headache for just a transaction! The same problem those I referred are also complaining about! This is so aggravating

Seamless and instant transfers
This is one of the best apps I’ve used to send money from the UK. I receive my money in minutes, also no transaction fees and the app’s interface is easy to use. Customer service is also responsive. You should def try it out!
