Do Not Use. Do not Open. Stay Away

At first I was so happy to use this account it was easy it had tiny bugs and issues but it was alright.

Then the real issues started I was on holiday when out of the blue they cancelled my card without telling when it why and still had the audacity to charge me. Mind you I never ordered a replacement or asked for a new card or complained and they just charged me and cancelled it no notification

Then I had a Unauthorized transaction in June. The company agreed to contact Suitsme and verified the transaction was Unauthorized and It is now September and I still have not received my funds. They are short with you on the phone they don’t have a good customer service team not to mention. I decided to contact Mastercard and take matters into my own hands and when I contacted Mastercard they told me no escalation was submitted and the CS agent personally advised me to close my account with Suitsme.

Thirdly my 16 digit card number does not work I cannot order or pay for anything online. I cannot cash out money I tried and was charged twice for it. But no money left my account their response time is horrible. Stay away from this account and this bank.

A Frustrating Experience with SuitsMe Banking

have had an extremely disappointing experience with SuitsMe banking service. Their customer service is shockingly terrible - it feels like they simply don't care about resolving any issues you might have.

The pending payments system is an absolute nightmare to manage. It's as if they've designed it to make your life as difficult as possible. Not to mention, the app doesn't even have the courtesy to notify you when you're about to go into overdraft, leaving you in a constant state of financial uncertainty.

To make matters worse, their Mastercard significantly affects the overall service quality. It's as if they've overlooked the importance of this aspect in providing a seamless banking experience.

The app's interface is clunky, outdated, and frankly, a chore to use. It's baffling that in this day and age, a banking service could have such a user-unfriendly interface.

All in all, my time with SuitsMe has been nothing short of frustrating. I'm truly disappointed in the level of service provided, both in terms of the app itself and the staffing behind it. I would strongly advise anyone considering SuitsMe to look elsewhere for their banking needs.

Not worth it

Absolutely trash, don’t go for it if you can open high street banks, they charge you £1.25 for every transaction you send and even those you receive.

It also doesn’t have Apple Pay, you have to carry this card with you everywhere and for some weird reason the card isn’t recognised by some vendors.

I never know a bank charge for transfer money.

Also why it takes so long to receive the money into another bank account is beyond me.my girlfriend is waiting for my money to be in her bank account so she can buy a ticket to come home she has missed one train and ten mins still no money in her account. After I get paid I shall close this account. Never get hold of anyone. Say one thing and then that's wrong. Very disappointed after it got good reviews on internet site.

Nightmare

So I opened the account. Not moaning about the fees or anything like that. But trying to move money out of the account is an absolute nightmare. It keeps saying invalid credentials. Then asks me for my password. Then I try and reset my password but there’s nowhere that you can click to say forgotten password. I put bank details in which I know are correct but the app will not let me move MY money

Being a victim of fraud

Don’t bother using this bank if you want to be charged for everything you pay out for and transferring money. If you’re a victim of fraud or been scammed you won’t get no help from this bank or your money back. I’ve been scammed and reported it to suits me and took them months and me sending numerous emails to them asking what is happening and when will I get my money paid back to me. It’s taken 5 months for them telling me there’s been no updates and telling me they can’t help me or get my money back. I’m left without a huge amount of money that was scammed from me and suits me has just brushed my situation under the carpet. I reported it to the police and gave evidence to suits me and just completely ignored my situation.

They send customers emails about reporting fraud, that’s a complete joke and they won’t help you or do anything about this but good enough to charge you for this account and you have your money taken away for their greed and shut down your complaint when you put in a complaint and when you asked them for help they won’t give it!! So anyone wanting to bank with these people make sure you have extra money for this bank to take off you and not to help you when you want help!!!

Do not trust this online bank. I got an email from Suits Me that said top up your account with £50 or more from 10 July to 17 July and we will give you £10 as a reward. I charged my account £1000 on 11 July and after 2 weeks I didn't receive the £10. I had a chat with customer service and they said our reward system is an automatic payment system if you did not receive the money that means you didn't entitle to get the reward and that is out of our hands to do something for you. After they charged me £7 for the deposits and withdrawals, I withdrew my money and requested to close my account. What a crazy service. Just stay away from this company.

I can’t log in

I created an account with you and the process was quick and easy. However since getting my temporary password and username, it keeps saying connectivity issue when I try to log in.

I’ve just been talking to customer services about using my card to make a larger than normal transaction to buy a car, they said it would be fine and the call took less than 3 minutes from beginning to end, so no complaints there. Last resort bank (don’t use)

Firstly the mobile app is terrible feels very buggy, secondly it charges for EVERYTHING - money going in, money going out, anything. Which makes it difficult for paying for stuff or transferring money as you are t sure how much it will take and puts you in more annoying financial issues. Can’t find a way to see long card number on the mobile app

Overall unless you F’d yourself doing something stupid with banks and can’t get anything else - don’t ever use this bank

I opened this bank account recently to receive my salary and use for everyday spending. So far it has been really reliable. I haven’t had any problems I have been able to transfer , withdraw , and use my card at shops . Definitely recommend if you cannot open a high street bank .

The most unserious bank I have ever dealt with

Took me a month to open my account, then after I made an error and entered my date of birth wrong I cannot complete my online banking set up because I don’t know what I put as my date of birth. I contacted them to tell them the problem and they said someone will get back to me to resolve the issue, it has now bee 2 months and no one has been contacting me and Every time I send an email the people take like 3 days to reply to emails, they are so frustrating and don’t care about their customers.

I asked for a callback from customer service and because it was Friday I was told the call would be Monday morning. Sure enough, 9am Monday morning they called. They charge you a fee to top up your account and a monthly fee for keeping it open!

I refuse to pay fees to put money into my account etc! NOT happening and you've just lost a customer!

In these times where cost of living is through the roof NO bank or credit/ debit card provider should be charging fees of any kind! This IS outrageous And unethical and should NOT be allowed!

I would have signed up had you not been charging any fees.

The only benefit I can see that you are providing is the 15% cashback offer which you have on at the moment which I admit is excellent but that was the only reason I was going to sign up till I discovered you don't offer a free account very disappointing!

This app will try its best to steal your money via tons of transaction fees. Even deposit cash for the first time will cost you £25 for no reason.

Deduction without any reason

When i was sending someone money to them from suits me first of all I entered all the information correctly and still there’s was no way to send the message appear incorrect information. And they deduct £1 for every single incorrect information. And after long time they email me that deposit £100 we will refund you all your money with in 7 days if I deposit then they are gonna deduct from my money not a good bank.
