Incredibly difficult

The scan part is almost a torture.

Impossible to use!

Trying to hold the glasses at the correct point in between the computer screen and the phone, keeping them aligned, and hold them steady for long enough is a complete impossibility.
On one occasion I got to the second scan, but when analysing the data the app crashed and I had to start again. I never got that far again.
I tried putting the glasses in a clamp, so I only had to phone steady but that didn’t help.
The app told me to move closer, then to move back, then to move closer again. Then it shut up but never completed the scan.
Ok, so it’s a free app, but don’t waste your time, energy and patience. It’s notable that none of the 5 star reviews have any comments so I can’t believe they are genuine.
Incidentally I found 2 different apps, and I tried them both. They seemed to have identical instructions and identical faults so I’m leaving the same review on both.
