Good and expensive but possible error discovered!

When taking exam number 2, question 32 asks what has the shortest time period in the US? A trademark or a patent. According to Google the answer is a trademark at 10 years. A patent lasts for 20 years yet, in the question patent is the correct answer 😕 Unless I’m crazy of course.

Awsome app, and have been using it to study for cissp. Learnt a lot from just doing the questions and reviewing the ones I got wrong.

Good, but…

I like the app and I have purchased the premium plan, but… The CISSP exam is known for providing full phrases, not just acronyms. However, this app solely uses acronyms in its questions. In addition, it is known that you will not see options such as ABC, BCE, etc on the exam. Additionally, Domain 4 feels overly technical, resembling a CCNA exam, which isn't representative of the CISSP's focus on broader network understanding. The CISSP exam will not make you a Network Engineer. While technical knowledge is important for the CISSP, the exam prioritises the understanding of concepts. In this regard, the app's focus may not be ideal for exam preparation.

Does not relate

This app is great as a start up and is actually better written than the actual exam. The actual exam is very badly written and sometimes does not even make sense. The exams purpose is to catch you out to fail you whereas this app is there to support you from failing.

Good resource but get the feeling there is some bias in the question sets

It’s a good resource with a lot of questions and I’m using this to back up the official instructor lead training I did in January. I don’t know if this relates to the changes to the syllabus in May but there seems to be a particular bias to supplying software development security domain questions over the other domains. Not an issue as this is a weaker area for me but I’d like to see a more balanced question set to confirm a wider understanding.

Brilliant study resource

I loved this app and it played a part in me passing my exam today.

If you like flash cards there are plenty.

If you like questions there are plenty.

More importantly there are good descriptions. The CISSP battle isn’t knowing what is right but knowing why the others are wrong.

Add this to your preparations.

I also had to contact support about an issue and they had phenomenal response times and service.
