Every month we add new classes for you to grow your yoga practice, confidence, authority, authenticity, and soul. Are you ready to take the first step to taking your life to the next level?

All payments will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Your subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

A great Yoga app

Love this app for keeping track of my Yoga practice with Cat Meffan and the soul sanctuary. It’s visually appealing, and so easy to navigate. I love the added touch of being able to journal as I practice. Highly recommended if you love Yoga.

Beautiful addition to the Soul Sanctuary

The app is beautifully laid out and so easy to navigate. I actually find it more user friendly than the website.
There is a great feature to ‘journal’ notes alongside each video (confidentially) which is, if nothing else a great reference to revisit practices at a later date.
Just make sure you don’t make the same mistake I did and have your phone on silent and try to play the videos as the sound won’t play (even with your sound volume up) 🙈
All round a fantastic and user friendly app. Looking forward to spending more time in there!

Wonderful!

This is such a brilliant way to do yoga without all the fuss as it’s so easy to navigate around to find the perfect flow/meditation for the day. Cat and her team have done a wonderful job of bring the website to app from.

Love love love

Am so excited for this app to launch in extension to the Soul Sanctuary website. Love the new journal feature and that I can write a few comments about each flow when I have done them to look back on - can’t wait to try them out more and to take my yoga and Cat with me wherever I am in the world. If you’re looking for an incredible yoga community and membership and beautiful easy app and website this is the one for you.

Best virtual yoga option out there

I have been a SS member for 2 years and before, during and after Covid, I even gave up my in person yoga practice for Cat’s. She offers the best yoga online out there- suitable for all levels, super creative, I never get bored, or lose motivation. Absolutely love it!

The app I’ve been waiting for!

I started using soul sanctuary at the beginning of the pandemic and it is the best investment I have ever made. I flow almost daily with Cat and I adore it! And now I have an app! I am so grateful and excited. It’s wonderful to use and the added features of a calendar, search bar and journal are so exciting!

This wellness app is amazing. It’s perfect for when you want to do any yoga or meditation quickly, you simply can just tap on the app and sign in.
I am a soul sanctuary member and I can honestly say there is a great variety of yoga flows and meditations for people from beginners to experts. It’s really easy to navigate around and videos play great. Love that you can download them and also ‘heart’ your favourites. Love love love this app and the soul sanctuary... Cat Meffan is an amazing and very encouraging teacher ! Really recommend !
