A real shame. This app definitely has potential - but it’s not currently ready for primetime. It keeps logging the user out, & when you try to sign back in it tries to set up a new account.

Alerts and notifications invade our lives and can be distracting and overwhelming.
Gluroo uses a new method of coordinated smart notifications which makes sure the right set of people get alerted at the right times. Every alert is actionable. For example, if the person with diabetes (PWD) has low blood sugar, Gluroo will alert them first and give them a chance to address the low.
If they don’t address it within a few minutes, the alert will roll over to the rest of the GluCrew. This lets the PWD develop responsibility and confidence while always having someone else ready to back them up - and reducing alarm fatigue in the process!

Very helpful
3 weeks on and my TIR has gone from 68 to 82%. Been great being able to chart everything and see it clearly.

Excellent
It is one of the best app I have used so far for T1D monitoring and communication. Onboard glucose and insulin widget is quite helpful.
However I have deducted one star as its navigation is not friendly for small phone. I am using SE3. It is very difficult to add food notes.

Works ok and looks like it will be good when finished.
It feels somewhat over complicated to me right now, and the UI needs to be less cluttered and more logical. It currently try’s to do too much on one screen and navigating the app isn’t intuitive, However I think as it develops this will get better. Connection and updates to my Apple Watch are inconsistent. Some days it pics a number and just displays that all day. However if you tap the number it will show the correct reading from the Libre link. But when you go back to the watch face, the chosen number for the day is again displayed. I would recommend giving this a go as your mileage may vary to my experience. But I am looking forward to updates that clarify the UI and improvements to the watch integration.

Game changer
For the simple fact that it provides a free widget to see your CGM on your iphone and apple watch lock screen (which Abbott Freestyle have failed to develop themselves), this app deserves a medal. Thank you :)

Total game changer
With reading on your lock screen directly from the Libre system it helps to track what’s happening. I’ve also used Nightguard to share it to an iPad which the whole family can view to see what’s happening and give support. Really useful app all round and would highly recommend.

Excellent Diabetes App
I absolutely love this app! Not only does it look great, but it’s also incredibly user-friendly and gives me quick access to all the information I need to manage my Type 1 Diabetes effectively. The integration with Apple Watch and LibreLink is by far the best I’ve experienced—and I’ve tried quite a few apps over the years. I’ve been using it for nearly six months now, and it just keeps getting better. The more I use it, the more efficient my diabetes management becomes. I’ve also noticed several meaningful updates since I first started using it, which shows the developers are actively improving and expanding its features. Highly recommended!

This app is the best thing I’ve ever seen. I initially downloaded it so I could see blood sugars on my Apple Watch, but actually using it has changed so much. So easy to enter ratios, meal and insulin. Love to dosing charts. Takes away so much guess work. If something like this was about when I was diagnosed 18 years ago would have been a lot easier to get things under control

This app is a game changer for freestyle LibreLink 2+ running on iOS it allows you to see your blood glucose levels on the lock screen and on apple iwatch without having to open Libre app all the time

Real diabetes management improvements
This app has been the key to my success getting the appropriate bolus split and extension for meals.
It allows me to log events quickly, add notes and then search for them.
No more guessing or trying to remember that combo bolus I need for pizza! 😀

So helpful
This might sound dramatic but I really do feel that having the Gluroo widget on my Lock Screen is helping with my quality of life!! So good to be able to see things quickly especially when I am busy. I know the devs are aware of the occasional issues with it not refreshing and it’s great to see that they are actively trying to address this with Apple. Thank you so much for this innovative app!

Not working with Apple Watch 10
Tried this app for apple watch as wanted to see my data there.
However it worked for me few days only after that gluroo stopped updating contact and sending notifications. Help center was only sending same information from the blog

All data in one screen!
Great app that I downloaded to be able to send data to my Apple Watch via Nightscout. Initially it felt like too much data on one screen, very quickly I got used to it and found very convenient (rather than changing 5 tabs to see TIR, daily graph, average etc.) I appreciate the two TIR (TIR showing 3.9-10 & TITR showing 3.9-7.8) in the last 24hrs. This gives you a better control of your insulin regimen, as you may be 80% TIR but constantly around 9-10mmol/l as it happened to me for a while. There is always a delay for my apple watch (data travels from libre to librelink to Gluroo to Nighscout) so best not to make swift decisions on that data & check your CGM directly. Gluroo is great to reflect back to your day and week, rather than being an instant decision making tool.

Brilliant.
I only really use the app for the widget to see my blood sugar without opening the Libre app, but it is brilliant.
Allows me to see my blood sugar on my car display via the calendar writing function.
Seems ridiculous that the Libre app doesn’t have these functions built in. This company should take over Abbott

Excellent App for families dealing with Diabetes T1
This is just a brilliant app to help deal with Diabetes T1.
The app has so many useful features that are missing from the manufacturers applications. The widgets are a godsend. However this isn’t the only important feature, I really love being able to have a place to log the insulin, sensor, transmitter, pumps or port sites and then having reminds or replacement dates, this is just so help when you already have so much to remember and deal with.
I haven’t started using the alerts yet, but already know the call function will be great compared to the notification alerts that can easily be missed for other apps.
I have also followed the guides to get widgets setup on the apple watch which is another brilliant feature and the app support team have been brilliant in offering advice to get me setup when I was having issues connecting some of the data to the App.

Such a great app. I love having my readings on my Apple Watch as well as being able to log lots of information into the app. I’ve recently had a few issues with the app sending data to my watch but the support team worked with me to resolve the problem. Very useful app
I have just started using a Libre 2 CGM which has helped me control my diabetes, the only issue is there is no Apple Watch app, but thanks to Gluroo app I can now view my glucose levels on my watch, there has been a couple of issues with data freezing but a quick email to the Gluroo support team had me up and running in a matter of hours. Very impressed with the app and the customer support would highly recommend this app

Superb app
This is a first rate app. I really appreciate how it feeds in data directly from my Libre and enables me to track and log my carbs and insulin. The Nightscout compatible feed is a game changer and facilitates display of my levels directly from my sensor to my Garmin watch. The app displays carbs on board and insulin on board which is incredibly useful. It also predicts future levels which, although not always completely accurate, has enabled me to keep my BG consistently in target. The development team are very responsive, friendly and helpful. This app moved to my first page of apps almost instantly!

Changed my life
Honestly there isn’t much more to say about this app it is literally life changing, simplifying and allowing me to make decisions quickly and easily based on how my sugars are at any time, where they are heading and giving me the tools to calculate what I need and when.
The developers deserve a medal.
