GPS Not working

The diagnostics in the app don't work, the GPS position is displayed as unknown. Cache clearing doesn't work, and the app freezes when you try to do it. I get dozens of messages a day saying my position is unknown, and I'm losing jobs. This is getting boring, maybe it's time to fix it.

App work occasionally, when it does is very good but recently developed a bug where notifications for jobs come in but then jobs do not show on dashboard.

Rubbish app

The app is absolute garbage — it freezes constantly and barely works. The support is just as bad, if not worse, making it impossible to tell which one is the bigger disappointment. Overall, a terrible experience.

To all lifestyle couriers

I just wanted to give some feedback about Gophr from my experience working with them over the last few years. I deliver for a few of the big companies, but honestly Gophr has been the best out of all of them.

Their support team is great to deal with and the rates are solid too. Any issues I’ve had were small things or just the usual occasional miscommunication, but nothing major. Overall they’ve always treated me well and been reliable, which is something I really appreciate in this job.

The only thing I’d like to see is more work in the Dorset area, as that’s where I’m based. Hopefully as they continue to grow, we’ll see more jobs coming through here too.

All in all, I’d definitely recommend Gophr. They’ve been a really good company to work with.

The perfect courier app

I’ve been providing a courier service to Gophr for a couple of years now, and after going through almost all other delivery platforms this is by far the best.

The app knows exactly how long it should take you to complete a job, if there is an available job and the app “thinks” you can do it, will be sent to you. Even though there have been times when I’ve seen the postcode of a job that’s been sent to me and laughed. All you have to do is trust the app and accept, easy.

There is no need to look at the fee or the distance, because you don’t know how many other jobs you will get. Either on the way to pick up the first one, or after you have collected.

Also, it’s really nice having direct communication with frequent customers, and forming a trusting relationship. As soon as I walk through the door to pick up they know straight away that their items will be delivered on-time.

Of course, no system is perfect, and personally I don’t like messaging when there is an issue. Rather call or send a voice message. But even on the very rare occasion there is an issue it’s always sorted super quick.

I have account with Gophr and I have been doing excellent job also I have never delay any job , yesterday I have accepted a job then after half hour my car broken down and I wasn’t sure if I can fix it to make the pick up on time then I contacted driver support to ask to be assigned from the job when they assigned me from the job straight away they have desactivated my account without explain the reason why and there’s no way to contact them or chat with them , its not fair to behave like this to someone work for you

Used to be good but the support team are average unless it’s stefan who is actually useless and does not care about courier concerns .

Loads of drivers using bots two plus devices they just don’t care so the older couriers are getting shifted keep

Flooding the market and there not even any work

Especially need literally 2 supermarkets and once in a blue moon screwfix Z I won’t bother the app needs a major overall fastest fingers get the job is a joke

Bad service

Unresponsive Application Process I have submitted all required documents. I have applied for a Gopher driver account 2-3 times around 5-6 month before and have not received any email or communication regarding my application status. This lack of response is quite frustrating and leaves me feeling uncertain about the process. I expected better communication from the team, especially during the application phase. I hope they can improve their responsiveness in the future.

Zego hourly insurance issue

When taking a job be sure to watch that the gophr app takes you ‘off shift’ with Zego hourly insurance as it doesn’t always. Consequences are a large Zego bill which cod far outweigh what you’ve been paid. Zego will not switch off the shift either, only Gophr can do that, and Zego are very awkward about paying back any overcharges - infact they won’t!

DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN.!

I’ve been a same day Courier for over 30 years Working for various companies in the city and I can honestly say that Gophr is by far the best place to earn good money. You only need 3 things

1. know your way around London

2. willing to put the hours in

3. make sure you book jobs the night before for the next day.

I don’t really agree with the negative reviews on here, but that’s just my opinion.

Very very very bad management

So I’ve been working with Gophr for nearly a year since last week I’ve got told my account being revoked while I’m on the top list for delivering on time kpi of 77% despite most of the orders I used to deliver were on the city, paying congestion charge every single day

My account got revoked for absolutely no reason, they said I were late and the job they referring were actually late for 40 min due to customer putting wrong information I had to really struggle to find those parcels inside a big hotel

Then they have the guts to close my app while 95% of my jobs were on time that day

This company took the lever of ignorance to the next level

I’m going to proceed legal case against this company for abusing me for absolutely no reason

For every single bit they did I have a full backup evidence hence they don’t even respond to my appeal emails every single day

When they see you making good money

The support team normally gets jealous and they provokes you to say something bad or be late even for 10 minutes they’ll go and report you to the fleet team which fleet team will then proceed to close your account in the matter if a flinch without even considering and taking a time to investigate

I don’t recommend anyone applying for this company my close friend has lost his account aswell 2 month ago for absolutely no reason

Too problematic… how do you register without running mad?

I use an apple iphone.

Trying to register as a new driver via the app seems to be trying to fit an elephant through a needle hole, the app keeps giving different kinds of problem. You get an error message when you try to login to continue your application, it advises you to recover your login but it still gives you an error message. If you try to sign up again it tells you that your email is already registered then takes you to a different login page under that which actually allows you to login with the same credentials that was flagged invalid at first.

Then trying to fill in the details and you make a mistake, correcting the mistake is then a problem. I try to upload a photo and it says photo not valid and for the past 3 days it has refused to properly load the page back.

I think there still needs a lot of improvement to be done.

When I first started the jobs used to ping into the board and even were sent to you direct as the jobs were evenly spread out . Now you have to keep refreshing the app for the jobs not good when your driving especially when mobile use is not allowed .

remember when firs using the old app, it was very clean and intuitive. been told for years that the new app will fix all the bugs of the old one, but sadly had to realise that none of the bugs were fixed and completely new ones emerged, not even bugs anymore, but structural faliures. it is a complete setback compared to the old one, not sure what was the point of it.
