Transaction Speed
This is gotten increasingly slow. When I first started using the app, the transfer would be instant now I have to wait for hours, unacceptable.

They will continue to allow small transactions and will wait for you to make big transactions, where they will either charge heft amount on transaction fees or limit you from withdrawing your funds. Stay away from these scammers !!!!!

I mistakenly send money from my uk account to my Pesa account which is higher than what I intended to exchange … It has been more than 24hrs now waiting for them to refund my money back to my Uk account after series of messages with their customer support (Mariam ) and promises to get it fixed.. for 34hrs my transaction is still under pending and this is the third time having pending transaction and would have to wait for days… Pesa is not reliable and they don’t have a Uk phone number you can call.. just some set of unprofessional people full of disappointment. If you don’t need your money urgently then you can use them if not don’t try them.. my transaction is still under pending 😥

I used this app and funded my wallet with my hard earned money because i wanted to send money to Nigeria, these people sent my money to their Uk partners called WSL Global limited, up until now I have not seen the money in the app despite money successfully transferred to their account, they do not have contact number to ring, pls run away….

Needs a little tweak
Great app that performs transactions as fast as possible. The only downside is the minimum debit limit of £10 which is not ideal. Having a limit like that restricts everyday payment option usage for small transactions cos it looks like a prison. That needs to be looked at and reduced to £1

Bad customer service
They blocked my account without notifying me. I couldn’t carry out transactions while I was in Nigeria.
They told me they investigating my account and it will take 10 to 14 working days to resolve, I’ve been waiting since 10th of may 2023 up till date (2 may 2023) still blocked for no reason.
I asked for my account to be closed and give me back my funds in my account, all I get back is I should keep waiting patiently
I liked the app at first but their customer service is shocking would rather “lemonade” than this once.
