Feels like using an app built by a failing computer science high school student

Terrible app
Used by BA to supposedly give vouchers. Wouldn’t open without a one time password yet said it had already been requested and I had been timed out when no such Otp has been requested or received. BA must stop using this terrible app

Utterly useless
I was given a link to this app by British Airways to “compensate” me with £6 for a 3 hour delay at Gatwick due to their crew not turning up. Clicking on their download link for this useless app it then opens and asks me to click to download it again from the BA SMS I was sent, even though I have already downloaded it. FIX your app please

Not designed for multiple vouchers
We were a large group that were given several vouchers each. Unfortunately this app won’t let you top up a single Swiipr card…. Instead I had to add over 20 individual cards to my wallet and then proceed to split the bill at the restaurant and make 20 transactions! It’s a joke!
