Could be much functional. I
Browsing you see just 2 items in a row, top screen doesn’t slide away, allow you to see more. Like button doesn’t respond for a couple of months. Do you ever test the final version before releasing?

Non-functional app; useless
Most of the 5 star reviews are fake (the little difference between these reviews’ titles) but this and the other ones criticizing it are real. It has a bunch of bugs and will take more time to navigate than building your own Harvey Nichols store from scratch.

Won’t add to wallet
I’ve tried emailing HV direct but no one replies. The app will not load onto my iPhone wallet even though there is a specific button to add it. How do I remedy this

Awful upgrade
The October 2023 updated app is even worse than the last upgrade. The sign in is not stable and the loyalty card is not showing, which means I can’t collect points or receive discounts. Please fix urgently

Horrible app horrible company
Bought My partner £260 bottle of perfume, when the delivery came I could tell the box was empty so I open the box in front of delivery man and my door bell cam. Got hold of Harvey Nichols who told me they will investigate it. I explained my partners birthday was next week but to be honest the person I spoke to didn’t care one bit. It’s the first time I used the app and I’m kicking myself for it as I usually go into store and get it but after this terrible experience I won’t be using the app or store again. Stay well clear from this app don’t get bit like it did.

I love Harvey Nichols so much, they are so amazing and offer stuff for everybody and before you say “its all expensive” they have stuff under £100 u just need to look and even their sale items are great, just a 10/10 shop!

Next to useless again
This app replaced a perfectly functional app, and it turns out it’s not really an app at all - it’s just their website. The developers did do a few updates that made it a little better (eg apple wallet for the membership card) but the most recent update doesn’t even want to seem to let the log in function work - even deleting and reinstalling hasn’t fixed it. Adding points is hit and miss - quite why Harvey Nichols haven’t provided the team in their restaurants with the ability to scan a card is anyones guess! Therefore, it’s next to useless, you’re better off going straight through a browser to see what you need. Don’t bother downloading.

1000% better
I’m so glad that the app has been updated, waiting months for a really small reward was never worth the wait. The new cashback system means that I get 4% rewards on everything i buy in store and can redeem it wheneve I want. The free glass of Prosecco In store is always a win as well!!! 🥂

Better benefit and reward system at last
By joining Harvey Nichols new reward program I’m getting now up to 5% cashback after every shopping spree at store or online. Also good thing is that loyalty members got early bird sales online and in store. Over all good benefit system. I’m on level 3 now and I get free drink in bar whooopp and also 15% off fashion what is a really good benefit. 🛍🛍🛍

I really don’t understand how you haven’t fixed the problems with this app. It’s terrible. It signs you out constantly (having to sign into the rewards section each time is a terrible idea, I don’t have time for that at the till). It doesn’t fit the iPhone 12 mini. The last app was wonderful! Please at least have our membership card available easily!!

A poor effort
Full of bugs, links don’t work, have to log in each time, the list goes on…I appreciate a new app will have its teething problems but this one is farcical. A real embarrassing effort from Harvey Nichols, without a doubt detrimental to their image.

I was a black member with over 10,000 points. All of them have disappeared on this new app and I’m starting from level 1! Prefer harrods anyway.

Disappointing
I have to sign into the app every time I open it despite checking the “stay signed in” option. Very annoying
I also can’t redeem any of my benefits on purchases I try and make through the app…….

Not supported for iPhone 13 Pro Max
The app does not fit the screen size correctly for any iPhone with a notch at the top.
There is no way to go back unless the item you’re viewing has ‘Back to the list’ button.
There is no quick way / a shortcut to access your points; instead you have to press the menu button, my account then rewards.
Not to mention how slow the app is, since it’s just the website but accessed through an app.
This app is just the online website but requires less steps to open.

Not as slick as the last
Loving the new rewards points, but it’s hard to find, not prioritised and there are certainly speed bugs. The app also doesn’t resize, seems to big for an iphone 12 pro screen. Hope these bugs get fixed in the next update as I have always loved the HN app and rewards program!
