I paid for full access on a monthly subscription money taken yet when my daughter tried to go on a game or activity it shows a lock and then prompts to pay again.

This is the third game I throw a complaint on by this company. They are so overpriced the bluey ones £40 the Peppa Pig one is £80.80 come on, I’ve just tested this one yesterday, so I can’t remember the exact price where is somewhere around 60 quid

Down loaded for my 2 year old but having found it was £7 a month quickly deleted again come on lego who’s idea was that price you can get far more from the likes of Disney+ or Amazon prime for the same money, there is no way on earth it’s worth paying that for a few games.

Money scammers!!
We were paying to unlock features at 4.99 a pack. Extortion but it was fine because they introduce things so rarely. Now to unlock everything it’s 4.99 a month to subscribe with no option to buy packs instead and have access forever. No automatic refund for the £15 already spent unlocking everything!! It’s an absolute joke and they’ve done it with the Mickey app as well and undoubtedly will do it on the main duplo app which I’ve spent way more on. I intend to complain and try and get a refund for the £30 spent across the two apps they are forcing subscription on to unlock everything. And is it worth it? Absolutely not. Just another way to fleece parents when their little ones get confused and stressed at locked games. Let’s remember these are for toddlers mainly. Doesn’t need to be this expensive at all!!

Absolute cash grab
Like the plain Duplo app, this one is very light on actual meaningful game play. The additional packs are overpriced and what you actually get is thin on the ground. I downloaded it for my little boy and he just hounds me for the extra content - I'm sure this is what the developers intended.

Expensive and Buggy - AVOID!
Free to download and then loads of expensive in app purchase to play new games and levels.
Once you start paying it gets buggy. You can, of course, contact the developer who initially is very happy to try and help, then it seems to get too difficult, nothing happens and they stop replying when you ask for an update. Poor all round, Lego are better than this and shouldn’t allow such a developer to sully their name.

The one section you get for free is rubbish and my son didn’t even want to play it. It also starts on the paid for ones which your child will of course ask to play. £5 per section is extortionate.

Paid and it didn’t work
I paid to unlock two of the games. However, neither worker and I was met with a blue screen. I turned my phone on and off and tried to update the app. Nothing worked. Extremely disappointed that I have spent almost £10 on games that my child cannot even access!

Daylight robbery
£4.50 for Hulk to throw a rock at a tiny house over and over again has to go down as the biggest rip off I’ve ever seen on the App Store. My avengers-obsessed 2 year old (hulk is his favourite) got bored in two minutes. Enough said.

Hulk game … fight sandman then what????
After my toddler asking over and over and over again for the hulk game I finally gave in and paid ALMOST £5 for this game. He enjoyed the game for around 10/15 mins before telling me it was broken and gave me back my phone … while he was off playing I decided to have a go. I defeated the sand guy but could not work out the purpose of building the houses? After fighting the sand person 5 times he decided enough was enough and didn’t show up again. The littler builders went on strike and stopped delivering more pieces so I couldn’t even finish building the flat houses. The whole concept of this game could be soooooo much better!!!! Feel a bit robbed it’s definitely not worth what I paid.

Very limited playability even for a 4-year old
There is so little to do it was discarded after 5 minutes.
Other duplo and Lego games aimed at toddlers have lots of features, thus has barely any. The hulk expansion was certainly not with paying for, all that hulk can do is jump and throw a rock - there are nothing other interactive features.

I have just purchased the Spidey Friends game for my son, and every time he presses play, it attempts to load - but every time just completely closes the app! So I have paid for something that doesn’t actually work - Not happy!

This game is not worth the money. I paid £4.50 and my 3 year old completed the game in a few hours. The game doesn’t have enough things to do. The game needs updating so with more things to do so it’s worth it. Sort it out developers.

things i find that are wrong
the cat sitting in the tree, sometimes the tree is in the cat so you only see the cats head and cant be rescued when this happens.
if one of spiders team walks towards one random figures walk by he can walk through them.
when the build the spider lego after its completed there is no acknowledgement that its done and there are no alternative to build.
why does spider man get headaches?
the entire game was completed by my 4 year old in 15 minutes now he wont go back as there is nothing new.
story line in captain America is also very weak and game completed in 8 minutes.
after paying £5 its an expensive game that is not worth it.
