Her whole life, Elsa has been working as a salesperson while cherishing her dream to design, decorate, and open her very own hotel. She made her dream come true on her 30th birthday, when she finally left her job and bought a house in the suburbs to open a small hotel for families.
Elsa found her dream house in a very bad condition. It looks nothing like the photos! Soon enough Elsa realized that the manor she had purchased will require a lot more renovation that she had initially thought. The mansion was far from free and she was greatly deceived with the deal she was offered, but she took it anyway. Perhaps you can turn it into a beautiful designer building together with our heroine!
But the mansion games are not as simple as just decorating houses and taking care of the garden. There is another hotel in town, the owner of which is determined to eliminate all competition. To make it work, Elsa has to take up interior design and home design, renovate every single room, welcome guests and earn enough money to start her own hotel network. Are you up for the challenge?

I only downloaded this a few days ago and its the first merge game I’ve tried. I didn’t realise how much fun they can be! It’s taking me a while to get thing of it all and I run out of energy quite quickly. And I’m getting confused with all the new icons that are introduced as I progress. I’ll see how it goes, but I’m enjoying it so far.

My friend introduced me to this game and I loved it ever since. Dunno what else to say there, I just love this game, best merge game I’ve ever played. However, I wish you could sell for energy, because it’s a waste when I’m looking for like fast food but I get party stuff, but that ain’t too much of a problem. THE MAIN PROBLEM: Event scoring. It’s unfair, people are cheating and I seriously can’t deal with it anymore. I’m doing well in the bow event, and I’m in 2nd. I go onto the leaderboard to see what I get and I’m so pleased and I merge mor sand get more bows and 2 seconds later I look down to see if I got first and there are some random people who magically have 1,000 to 2,000 within 2 seconds and they weren’t underneath me either. They are either bots, or hacking, or you are giving them so many bows. It’s not fair because I rarely ever get rewards. Fix it. NOW PLEASE. But I do like this game
Edit: there was a glitch but I had 4 gems, then I clicked on the gems I had in the board and I had one for 15 gems and one for 1 and now I only have 19…

When I first started playing this months and months ago, I thought it was fun and new and very addictive. Slowly over this past year, the game has got rid of certain features to make it easier for you to run out of energy/gems so you pay into the game. For example when you used to collect stickers, you used to get rewards such as gems for completing a set - they removed that so you receive nothing now when you complete it.
The pop ups are also getting out of hand. If you have a booster that you can use to get items without spending energy - if you have no energy you cannot use it as you get a pop up each time telling you to purchase energy. Not sure if that is a glitch or a marketing tactic but the pop ups are incredibly frustrating when you just want to play the game.
I do understand, a free game needs to have paid features to keep going, but you need to learn when it’s acceptable and when it’s slowly ruining your game.

I’ve been playing for a few months. It was addictive and I’m someone who does P2W, but have found it to be of very little value for money. The game is way too repetitive. Royal match is better value and much better experience IMO. After the recent update where it’s more expensive I deleted it.

I really liked this game at first but they very quickly bump up the amount of points you need to renovate the rooms alongside purposefully reducing the amount of the items needed being produced by the source items. The card collecting is a joke, literally for every 100 cards you earn you may get 1 ‘new’ one for your collection. Waste of money after the first month just money grabbing there are fairer merge games out there. I will be deleting

Another money grabbing impossible without constant payments game. This type of games should be banned - where are the games where you used to pay once and you could play to the end?? I've paid £2.99 and that is is not going to pay anymore money into someone else's pocket. Also, very slow progress in the game and not that exciting apart. To create one high level thing takes roughly 100 energy points which is all to you got (then you either wait 8 hours or speed up by paying more money in) and that is ridiculous. Uninstalled.

Ive played a lot of merge games, and this game is an improvement on the more well known merge mansion in every way. Its prettier, energy refills faster, the story progresses and not just in a “hmmm how mysterious!” way but like it actually meaningfully moves on. The characters are way more likeable. I really like the collectible cards element. Energy refills pretty quickly so its fun to keep opening the game and the shop prices arent half bad.
You can finish events without spending money if you check in regularly enough, which is possibly the biggest bonus to me. Plus they’re fun! I love the fast food one, but i seem to keep getting the same cards in the reward chests over and over for that one?
My only gripe is that i cant sell the boosters, im forced to keep them. I dont really use them, i tend to just play slow and steady so the pieces build up and take over the board. It would be nice if i could sell them for stars or gems like the rest of the items

I’m really enjoying it, only download it a few days ago. It’s easy to process and the shop prices are reasonable to. No ads either which is a massive bonus, but I wouldn’t be bothered if there was the odd ad as the quality of the game is very good.
My only criticism is it’s not clear how al the boosters work. On the other hand there have been a ton of boosters the most I’ve seen in any merge game which motivates me to spend as I don’t fell as though I am being ripped off.
Well thought out games with timers and notifications that actually work. Great job developers!

I enjoy doing the daily challenges but can no longer complete most tasks in a day as all 4 require at least one top level item. It’s ruined the game for me. If you set daily challenges they must be achievable without having to pay out! I play at least 6 times a day but it can still take 4 days to complete 1 order and when there are 4 at that level, something needs to change!

To preface this, I love this game. I play this game everyday for log in bonuses and fun.
But recently, I’ve noticed little changes to some rewards such as, completing 12 orders in the day and it would used to reward you with 2x energy points which, merged together would have given 90 energy points in total. I’ve noticed that was reduced. Not happy about that.
And the points rewarded for certain events are super low and not worth the effort for higher levelled items needed as it rewards such low points towards your score.
Overall, the game is great, top notch designs and graphics and no ads but other things could be improved greatly, points wise.

Too many different boosts which make it a little confusing, and it takes a while to get through each level but it IS enjoyable & easy to play. I’ve found myself going back to it multiple times a day which Is a good sign of an enjoyable game. It’s just costly if you pay for the energy to reach items and complete each daily challenge.
Devs, could you possibly make it so that people don’t have to spend money immediately to get somewhere? It takes away from the fun

I do really enjoy playing this game, when I’m bored and need a distraction I always play it. However, I only really enjoy the merge board. I don’t care much for the storyline or the decorating since you can’t choose decorations yourself. The merge board keeps me occupied enough though, and there’s plenty of opportunity to gain additional energy which I appreciate a lot! The power ups are always handy and I wish the other games I play had similar. One thing that really annoys me in this game though (it’s minor but prompted this feedback) is the bubbles that appear on the board, they are seriously irritating!! They get in the way so much whilst trying to play, it can get frustrating. I wish they were put somewhere else out of the way! Pleaseee consider doing something about them 🤞

I play a few of these types of merge games, this one is my favourite. There’s just more to do overall and it’s a lot more generous than some of the other games. Easy to play and good fun. Boosters can be a bit confusing, and sometimes it’s annoying to find out if you’ve maxed something or not. But overall worth downloading.
Will say prices and diamond cost things have went up quite a bit in a short time, whether this happens because you play a lot or maybe they’ve just decided to up things. So wouldn’t say this is my most played merge game now as I won’t spend the diamonds costs for energy etc so not able to play as often.

I downloaded this app 30 minutes ago and I’m already obsessed I personally love merging apps and I love decorating so you would expect that I love this app. Yeah, it’s a great app and I totally recommend it but the thing I disliked is that when a bubble came up it would go over an item and it’s really annoying because you can’t merge that item!

I am confused on how to use the boosters as I stupidly do a split thinking it was a way to get the item to the next scale/level. I do also hope more levels are added in the future as I those games where you complete all levels only for the game creators to never add anything extra to their created game.
Overall you done a very good job with this game and it’s great getting both currency fairly instead of just one like other games do.

Merge hotel is the most amazing merge game of all time!it’s fun and easy and really satisfying when you remove the stuff from the room your renovating,if i could give 1000 stars I would!10/10 recomend to anyone who comes across this game or sees my review!

This is a great game and I love the fact there’s no adds . And it is not hard some games like this one i find frustrating but the game is very relaxing and fun !

I downloaded this game because I saw it on an advert and thought hmm this looks okay. I got into the game and was wowed, it’s super easy to play and I love the plot. This game rarely has adverts which is so awesome because I hate when you watching more adverts than playing the actual game. It’s super fun to play if your bored or you want some fun! I love the card feature and this game is so well put together!

In a lot of other edge games you dont know how to make things but in this one you can click an it then see how to make it
I have only been playing a couple hours but I love it it is easy at the start and gradually gets harder

I don’t know why but it makes it so I need a lot of the lightings so I can use advantages because it’s very hard otherwise very fun good recommend to you it gets really expensive with the furniture especially weird because it’s only the first room and it’s 180 so u have to do lots of merging

I’m really enjoying it, only downloaded it a few days ago. It’s easy to progress and shop prices are reasonable too. No ads either which is a massive bonus but I wouldn’t be bothered if there was the odd ad as the quality of the game is very good.
My only criticism is it’s not clear how all the boosters work. On the other hand there are a ton of boosters the most I’ve seen in any merge game which motivates me to spend as I don’t feel like I’m being ripped off.
Well thought out games with timers and notifications that actually work. Great job developers!
