Good Stuff
I really like the EQ feature in this app. My old ears can’t pick out the high end as well these days. Being able to boost the frequency in areas that I lack has been a revelation for me. Listening to all my favourite tracks again with renewed clarity.

Would love to give a zero!
Really poor app connection, even if the earphone is connected to Bluetooth, it still won’t connect. You’d need to forget the divide and reconnecting from scratch. What a nuisance.

Why does pairing need an app?
Answer - it doesn’t unless the manufacturer wants to ensnare you in a ‘community’ and harvest your personal data.
Gender and date of birth? For a pair of headphones? Really?
Should NOT be allowed.

Cannot pair
I use TOZO A1s and they just do not pair at all with the app. This is such a big shame because these earbuds are quite good

They’ve made an app that doesn’t support various models of their earbuds.
Really irritating as one bud has gone more quiet than the other and I was hoping to adjust it in the app.

Why support some of the devices in the range and not others. For example it he app supports NC9 pro but not NC9.

The app currently only supports the following TOZO devices:T6S、T10S、NC2 Pro、NC7 Pro、NC9 Pro、NC9 Pro Max.The rest of models are not compatible. It’s still been a year and it’s not compatible with your own products. Disappointing!!!
