It’s a good game, user friendly and good layout. But pictures not very interesting, mostly landscapes with fake colours and pets which I found it quite boring. Also too many ads and get are really loud! They should make an option to opt out ads with a small fee.

Love the jigsaw - hate the long ads
I absolutely love this jigsaw, been playing it for ages, got nearly 10,000 points! However, I really don’t mind the short Ads as they are crucial to keeping the game going. BUT, the long ones, especially the Emsense one about foot problems is really far too long, and I often end up having to turn my iPad off after a while and back on again in order to get rid of it. Then, if it appears just after I’ve completed a puzzle I lose the points. I’ve got to the point where I’m looking for other jigsaw puzzles where I don’t get any, or fewer ads, but they aren’t as good as this one unfortunately. Can there be a time limit on those long ads - 30 seconds is long enough. Thank you.

I was so sad!
My old tablet was hacked. I had to get a new one but couldn’t remember the names of most of my games. At 73, I guess that’s okay but this is one I was REALLY missing. After a month, I JUST found it again. I love the mystery puzzles the most. Sadly I have to start all over again but what pleasure I’ll have doing so many beautiful puzzles again! The whole game is just filled with AI slop - a very small amount of the images are actually real. And that’s not to mention the abysmal amount of adverts thrown at you. Incredibly disappointed.

It’s a good app spoilt by the adds.
I totally understand we have to suffer adds so that the developer can make money but with this game you can’t get out of them. The add comes on and then sits there indefinitely - no “x” appearing after a certain time so you can’t close it - so you’re stuck.
Restarting the game doesn’t help as it opens at the same never ending add.
I persevered for a while but it’s unplayable so I’ll be deleting it.

Pop Up Ads
So I pay for this on yearly subscription and until most recent update there have been no ads, (which is why I subscribed). Suddenly I’m now getting pop up ads, this isn’t reasonable when paying £62.00 a year. I loved this game and been playing for years, but when you’re paying for an ad free game you expect it to be ad free. Will not be renewing the subscription and once expired will be deleting the game.

Annoying ad keeps freezing
Just the last few days an ad sorting bird species on branches keeps popping up. Called Seaside seascapes I think.
It has made the use of this jigsaw puzzle game intolerable. I keep reporting the ad but it either freezes or takes multiple attempts and long minutes to close. Please please remove it from your ads.

This used to be a great app. Now the haptics sound different, a lot more jarring. And the audio ads while you are playing the game are insufferable. I don’t mind them before each game, I get it you need to make money. But every minute while you are playing the game and trying to relax is just greedy. Love this game.
I really enjoy this game. Yes it’s a jigsaw puzzle game but, it’s been well thought out, eg where you are given space either side of the main puzzle to sort pieces out if you already have a lot on the main puzzle, especially if you go to the top layers with many pieces. I like the way the pieces ‘snap’ into place if they are placed correctly and those weird shaped pieces are fun.
Game Suggestions:- how about adding the ability to turn puzzle pieces around and earn even more points for that?
The only thing I dislike immensely are the Ads. Yes, they only happen between each puzzle or logging off/on, but for me that’s too much. Especially when they advertise ‘killing’ games🤬 A pet hate of mine.
I realise Ads pay for the game…but is it not possible to have the option to pay to get rid of them?

This game imo is very good quality and I thoroughly enjoy it, however I’ve started to notice images that to me seem ai generated, and upon using an ai detector, it agreed. Ai is both harmful to the environment and theft, as it feeds on images by artists without their consent. I understand that for daily images you likely want a quick way to get them but this isnt a very ethical way to do it. That is my only critique though, I very much enjoy it.

Constant ads promoting this app shows wonderful puzzles featuring people in period costumes taking tea etc. when you download they’re not there? So fedup with developers not giving what they advertise. I have found some jigsaws that actually deliver what they promise and am playing all there apps. I will be deleting this one

Can’t stand the in game adverts..spoilt this app
They’ve recently started playing a 40 second advert that plays whilst you are doing the jigsaw… I don’t mind having to watch an app each time you start a new jigsaw but I don’t like that they now have annoying ads that pop up frequently while you are within the jigsaw… was a great app, but it’s just annoying now… the developer has spoilt what was a good app… Im deleting it now
UPDATE: Now not only do you have the 40 seconds corner ads popping up all the time when these aren’t playing you have to listen to the sound of running water in the background. Spoilt the app by pure greed… too intrusive now, can’t stand playing this anymore

Great app but
I love this app, it has great pictures and a huge variety, however over the last couple of days the amount of adverts coming up is insane, I understand I have the free version so expect some and don’t mind the ones in between new puzzles but the ones that randomly pop up when the puzzle is open and with sound is really off putting, I do puzzles to relax and these make us all jump it is not an enjoyable experience any more. Sadly I do not have the budget to pay for ad free.

Thinking of deleting this my favorite app so upset I’ve literally done hundreds of puzzles which improved my mental health and was very therapeutic . The annoying and invasive add which pops up and speaks all the time as spoiled this lovely app. I could cope with the visual adds but the little box which pops up makes me want to throw my phone at the wall tryouts by to cope with it but it looks like I’m going to be deleting . You deserved five plus stars but not know.

I have no problem with adds at the start or end of a new puzzle. Or even the silent ones at the bottom of the screen. But the new audible pop up in the top right hand corner ruin my experience. Spoils my concentration, my zen. I find it very irritating as they take several clicks to mute and stop any music you have playing on your device. Also play with the volume so when you mute it you have to restart your sounds and readjust volume. Previously this app would have 5 star rating. Now sadly I am probably deleting. 😢

Love these puzzles
Both my dad and I love using this app. He paid to avoid the ads while I just ride them out it’s not that big a deal to me. I love that saved puzzles can be played offline as well which was great during a recent flight! I was enjoying the new update with the ability to load all the edges out on to the screen in one go but that seems to have disappeared and reverted back? Will it return ?

Great app
I really like this app but recently the adverts have become more frustrating especially the TEMU ones which continuously open safari sessions. I have also noticed that recently when placing the jigsaw pieces they are approximately a few centimetres above your finger so it is now becoming hard to complete them. I don’t know whether this occurred after a Jigsawscapes update or maybe since I updated my iPad to ios26.

Best puzzle app IMO
Brilliant app, minimal ads. Only after you finish one, start one or go back to the main menu after a while. I do 400 piece ones so I really don’t see many and they’re skippable anyway. Great pictures. PLEASE ADD A SEARCH FUNCTION! I would love to be able to search for what I’m in the mood for or add a MAKE YOUR OWN option. Please and thank you. Keep up the great work!

Great app, ads are too frequent
I love this app, it’s a great coffee break game and it also helps me de-stress. What gets me stressed though is how frequent the ads are. I’m all for earning money by having ads if tightwads like myself aren’t going to subscribe or purchase no-ads features. But having an ad after EVERY PUZZLE you complete is absolutely frustrating. While I understand this is a review, but can I suggest an update where us free users get an ad every 3 to 4 puzzles we complete? Because having an ad after every puzzle just makes me think you’re desperate for money.

Excellent choice of puzzles - don’t appreciate the introduction of political adverts
I have been playing for ages but now can’t even load a puzzle because can’t get past repeated adverts that don’t close. Have repeated reported them as broken but they still keep appearing and I can’t continue with current journey. Sort it out. Adverts seem to be a major problem. They are either totally inappropriate or broken. I
downloaded this app to my iPhone and I absolutely love it. Hours of enjoyment and concentration. The choice of puzzles is excellent, the ability to buy collections with your crystals is great. Response time is excellent and the ability to zoom in and out when placing the pieces is really helpful. This would have been a five star review but for the fact that I wanted to download it to my laptop to give me a bigger screen to work on than my iPhone. However, as my laptop is windows based the app isn’t available on the Microsoft App Store, it is on the Google Play store but again because my laptop is windows based and not a Chromebook I was unable to download it even on the Google Beta platform so in the end I had to choose and download a different jigsaw app for my laptop and it isn’t anywhere near as good as Jigsawcape. Come on developer, give us a version that will work with Windows so I can delete the inferior app I am having to use.
Whilst I understand the need for adverts and am quite happy with the odd lifestyle and/or gaming advert when necessary to log in or remove watermarks, I DO NOT WANT ADVERTS FOR THE BLOODY LABOUR PARTY THAT I HAVE NOT ASKED FOR. Politics has no place in the app. Downgraded to 2 stars

The entire game is ruined by stupidly long adds with no exit button.
What is going on!! Yet another example of a developer not actually giving a whatsit about the players.
Now between any jigsaw a very long add, with no exit button is literally ruining any enjoyment of the game.
Despite trying multiple times the adds go around in circles. I’ve updated the game to the newest version to try and get rid of any glitches- nothing.
Been playing for over a year and now seriously thinking of deleting it.

Stop with all the ads
Love the game, great puzzles occasionally used to get an ad before or after you’ve finished a puzzle that wasn’t locked. Now almost every unlocked puzzle I’m getting a ad either before or after the puzzle really is spoiling a great app. Furthermore the ad are just terrible done on a shoe string budget.

I understand for the app to be free you have to show ads to monetise the app. Like I previously said it used to be the occasionally ad which was fine now near enough every jigsaw you do either before or after you are getting a ad which is spoiling the experience even though soon as I can I skip the ad. This game is amazing is so fun and relaxing. It has so many levels to do and you can even choose how many pieces you want. One thing I would want to be added is the feature to take a photo and the game turn it into a puzzle. Anyway this game is amazing fun calming and I get stressed a lot and this is my go to game. I really enjoy this game, but the ads are very annoying, I wish they have an option to remove ads by charging a small amount of money. If no ads then worth 5 stars. Also it would be nice if their drawing pictures aren’t so retro, they looks like the pics from grandparent’s house.

Usually great.
I class this as the best jigsaw app out there and have been on it for a couple of years with no issues. However,in the last month or so whilst doing the jigsaws, it becomes more and more laggy and gets to the point I have to reopen the app. This seems to refresh it for a bit but will gradually get back to the point where jigsaws pieces slowly judder into place a second after placing them.
Shame because this never used to happen and kinda spoils the experience.

They lied about no ads
I don’t mind the odd ad in free games, after all, the developers aren’t in it just for giggles. But considering this game is supposed to be ad free, the amount is crazy. I managed to play the first game ok, and haven’t managed any more because of the incessant ads. Normally I shut a game down when they start and u can then play (takes a few seconds) and it’s not too bad. But this app? Every time I press play it’s another ad on a never ending loop.

Was Enjoying BUT….
I have enjoyed the jigsaw game for some considerable time, and have frequently started puzzles and then come back to them at a later date, always finding the puzzle just as I left it.
Suddenly today, every puzzle I have started, but not completed, has gone right back to the beginning.
I am really disappointed, and wonder why it has happened. If I have to complete puzzles at the first sitting, I will be deleting the App.

I used to love this app, but recently the ads are taking up an exhorbitant amount of time and are difficult to remove, not to mention the waste of my battery! I expect to have ads on free apps, but these are just too long. Otherwise an excellent puzzle app, with a huge variety to choose from. I give 5 stars for quality of puzzles, but SHORTER ads would be appreciated.

Best Jigsaw game except for one thing....
As a jigsaw addict I love everything about this game but it is ruined by the adverts. I can ignore the strip along the bottom but every time I make any move at all outside each jigsaw up they come and go on, and on... In particular Royal Match is driving me nuts, it is on continually, is impossible to hurry up and I loathe it so much I wouldn't even play it if it was the last game in the world. I know you need ads for revenue but please try and consider players - cut them down, speed them up or at lease vary them. Or I will get so frustrated in the end I will delete the game as many others have apparently already done. Which is a great shame.

Last update has ruined game play
Ive played this game for a while now and up til now have really enjoyed it, definitely wouldve given it 5 stars, I didn’t mind the ads before or after each puzzle…but after the latest update i now get ads several times when I’m actually playing, it’s really off putting to the point where it’s annoying to play now, I’m pretty disappointed 😕

Good puzzles
This is a good puzzle app but The ad for Royal kingdom is ruining it for me, unlike what you’ve stated you cannot skip the ad after 5 seconds it just goes on forever and then it comes up with a little circle for the five seconds then it takes you to the App Store for you to get it and if you press cancel the ad carries on and quite often it freezes my app then I have to come out of it and reactivate my puzzles, now I am getting really frustrated with it, this does not happen with any other ad just the ROYAL KINGDOM one They may advertise “no ads” but their ad is driving me crazy

Jigsawscapes
Used to love the game but for some reason an ad comes up and blocks the bottom of the puzzle stopping me from being able to select puzzle pieces I can swipe it away but it comes back so quickly it is too annoying to play the game anymore. I could put up with the ads when they were at the bottom, the flashing was a bit annoying but it didn’t interfere with game play. Have to delete this now, such a same as the puzzles were great and easy to use.

Excellent App
I don’t normally write reviews, but I thought I would in this instance as I would highly recommend Jigsawscapes. Extremely easy to use with no adverts. I had a couple of issues and the customer service department were extremely helpful and replied promptly to my emails. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Far too many adverts
Like most others it has far far too many adverts. Not only are there too many, but they are also far too long. On other games some adverts are on for a few seconds, here most are on for 30seconds. Don’t bother with this one anymore. It’s amazing really, all these developers say they need the adverts to develop further games, I have been playing computer games for the best part of 30-40 years, starting back in the 80’s with a Commodore 64! Plenty of games around then and you weren’t bombarded with adverts.

Gems have no use
I am enjoying doing the puzzles but I have accumulated a lot of gems and they have no use! U can't use them to unlock puzzles, it just says 'watch video/ad' so what's the point of them? Does anyone know?
Also someone mentioned not being able to play offline - I've found that if u start a puzzle while online, (literally just move 2 or 3 pieces into the puzzle area) and then leave it. That puzzle will be there when you are offline for you to complete ad free. I did this with a few so I could play them on holiday where I didn't have any internet but good to avoid ads as well 😉

Great puzzle game… but!
Absolutely love this jigsaw game. Pictures are lovely and the challenge journey kept me engaged. Had this game for two days with no ads, played for four hours over the two days as a relaxant before bed. Opened it on third day to participate in new journey only to have ads after each puzzle. Tried playing offline but message kept saying no internet connection. This is not in itself a big deal but please don’t advertise ‘no annoying ads and offline play’ if this appears not to be the case.

What an absolute joy….. easy to understand and a puzzlers delight…. No more missing pieces and you can start easy or hard. the AP saves your puzzle for you to return to… the only thing which could be a problem is that you can’t put it down once you’ve started …..

Overall very good
I have only had this for 2 days and I already love it! What I am most happy about is there are not really any adverts what so ever. Like when I have done all of the edge pieces and when it says like thumbs up. Most games it would be an ad. It is amazing! Furthermore, there is a verity of colorful puzzles you can do. For me I love the bright ones and there is also a category page so you can find you one that you like easily. When you are on the puzzles it is also very good since it joins together very well and on long car rides it is quite easy to put in. Also, there are a shed load of puzzles on them I seems like it is endless. The only thing about this game which is why I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is that it can get a bit repetitive. But this is the game to make you relaxed and calm down after school or work. Overall I think you should get this game even if you don’t play it a lot because sometimes you just need a game to calm down to and this is the perfect game.

Helping my mental health
I can really stressed sometimes, and I’ve never been great at puzzles, but you get to choose the amount of pieces in the adds! Speaking of adds, there aren’t any! So if you dislike adds, I would totes, recommend it. When your in the app, there’s no instructions or guide, which I like, because I like going rogue. This is a rly good game!

Great fun
I have been really enjoying this app, the ads aren't too intrusive with the main ones just popping up before you play. There is a great choice of pictures and it's very relaxing. Just taking off one star atm because the new layout where the pieces circle round the board has put me off playing a bit as it takes up space to the side where I like to construct parts of the puzzle. Would it be possible to have the original layout with the pieces underneath restored as an option?

Misleading ad
The ad for the game promises “no annoying ads” and “wifi not needed”.
These claims are not true. There are fewer ads than other games, but having been promised no annoying ads, the ads in this game actually feel more annoying! Without a wifi connection the game simply displays an error and a request for me to connect my iPad to wifi.
Having said all that the implementation of the game is pretty good with lots of colourful pictures - just a pity about the misleading ad.

Love this app, but don’t like the changes to the updated version
Used this app for quite a while now and think it was exceptionally good. One of the recent updates had the facility to hide fixed pieces, which I thought was a huge improvement. However the recent update has removed this facility and is now showing the available pieces in a u shape around the board, instead of just the bottom, I find this very distracting and is why I have only rated 4 stars. Bring back the hide facility please and put the available pieces back to the bottom and I would be more than happy to go back to 5 stars.

Why the change?
Hi, it was a great game I played daily but not anymore. The pieces now have some sort of move to themselves, making it unpleasant and unnecessarily harder to put down. It was really one of the best. I have tried to see if is was a setting I could change but it seems not.
Amanded on July 22nd, it is all back to normal. Thank you to your team. I am enjoying this again 😃

Finished puzzles move to ‘in progress'
Really enjoyed this game as it has a good level of difficulty especially with the 'rotate' feature on. Unfortunately it keeps moving random puzzles to the 'in progress' tab afternthey were 100% finished, points were awarded, sense of achievement ticked, and the final advert watched. It only happens randomly so most puzzles are in the completed folder but it's still super annoying when you've spent time to get the puzzle done and then get told you're only 23% along, I have reported this to the makers but I now have 3 'unfinished' finished puzzles in progress and it keeps prompting me to finish them, again. 2 stars unfortunately.
Update: The issue seems to have been resolved! 5 stars!

Enormous catalogue
That makes it really hard to find an individual puzzle. I recently did a puzzle of an abstract cat with whirls and curly bits and colour colour colour! I thoroughly enjoyed it. Then I saw an advert (in another game) of more pictures of the same style, an elephant, a lion etc etc BUT I cannot find those pictures anywhere. Apart from that, if you enjoy a jigsaw, get this app. You won’t regret it. I don’t.
Update: I really wish you would add a search function.

Well made and plenty of content
I’ve had this for a few months and play daily. There’s a really good selection of puzzles to complete, catering for all tastes. You can decide how many pieces there are (I stick with 144 as I like to have a quick blast, and find that number is good for that), and you can filter edge pieces to start off - just like you would with a real jigsaw.
There are 5 daily points for opening the app, and you get 25 points for completing a puzzle. I’ve found it’s easy enough to earn enough points to unlock collections but there are so many puzzle choices without needing to do this, and new ones are added daily. I only unlocked collections because I liked the images.
Ads are minimal, which is much welcomed these days. I understand developers might need to include ads but there are some apps which I’ve deleted in the past because of the frequency of ads! Jigsawscapes has got the balance right in this regard.
All in all, a good fun game. I’m really enjoying it.

Love it
I really love this jigsaw puzzle app, and find it so relaxing.
But just yesterday it started annoying me slightly as when trying to place a piece of puzzle, and if it’s in the wrong place it flashes red a few times and the piece jumps away a bit. A slight irritation which hopefully will go away as quickly as it arrived!

A Good App - well supported
My initial review was favorable but tempered with concerns about Ads. To their credit, the dev and positively with helpful support on Ad handling which has been extremely valuable . Having resolved my “issue” I’m happy to rephrase my review in the most positive terms. This is a really good suite of jigsaw puzzle games, well-written, well-supported and well-deserving of its five-star rating!

The best jigsaw app
I’ve tried a few, this one suits me better because the pieces are larger than others and more importantly can be zoomed in, especially good on the eyes when doing 400 pc. Also the pic reference is a pop out pic rather than a background watermark meaning it’s a reference not a guide. I would like an option for more pieces though, some apps have higher option. Extremely disappointing is the cost to upgrade, I’d happily pay £5 one off to chuck the ads but no way the monthly cost one one simple game :(

Puzzlelover
I love the classy pictures and the wide variety of choice. Have tried several other puzzle apps and I find this one the best and with few adverts. It’s great that it has an option to view all the pieces laid out together so that I can just choose all the pieces related to a specific object within the puzzle. The pieces normally laid out along the bottom edge are magnified slightly larger than when within the actual puzzle so the details are easy to see for marching together. If it was possible to improve to perfection, I would like it to be possible for multiple chosen pieces to be lined up along the top of the screen (like they are at the bottom) ready for placing in the puzzle, instead of being dumped in the center on top of other pieces. I’m using a MacBook Pro and the screen has frozen 3 times in the last month, caused by ads, so I just delete and reload the app as it’s so good. Definitely the best jigsaw puzzle game.

Amazing!
It’s really nice especially when you’ve got anxiety like me its a nice chill place we’re you can sit relax and do a puzzle but they can get quite hard but once you’ve started to get going your ok although when you have finished a puzzle it will give you an add so to them people out there like me who hate adds I would recommend the 400 piece it’s really hard but keeps you going it’s really nice when you have relaxing music on it takes you into a whole new world.

Good game
I thought the puzzles were really good and really fun to do and are really pretty. The only annoying thing I found was that there are adverts when the the games ad said ‘there are no annoying ads’ which really annoyed me because when I was scrolling to find a new puzzle to do an ad pops up. But other than that it’s a really fun enjoyable little game.

First day, seems excellent
I’ve tried several jigsaw apps, my favourite that I’ve had for 4+ years has deteriorated really badly - too cartoony, very few puzzles to buy with points- so, here goes with this one. Good selection of puzzles, and, so far, a choice as to whether to watch ads, to collect points. Great idea - good collections, I’m accumulating points for the St. Patrick’s Day collection which looks lovely. It seems really good so far, fingers crossed it stays good.

Premier Jigsaw
I have several jigsaw app but on the other sites most of the ones I really like you have to buy and I'm a penniless 64 yr old. I'm not sure I'll use any of the others again as there are so many images I've found that are perfect for me. I'm an artist so I only like "uncheesy" images and I love jigsaw both material and online but this site beats them all. Well done Jigsawscapes. I haven't found the ones in the advert yet but I'm sure I will, just finished number two on this site. Magical!!!!!!!!

Great puzzles
I think this is a good jigsaw puzzle app as I am enjoying this app. The puzzles are easier to do than bought puzzles as you don’t have to find space to do them. The puzzles are very colourful and I like the fact that you can choose the number of pieces that you want to do because if you are a beginner, you can start with easier puzzles then work your way up to more difficult ones if you want. I would recommend the app to those that like doing jigsaw puzzle you would enjoy doing digital puzzles like this app

I have never been a fan of jigsaw puzzles but I thought I would give them a go on my iPad and I’m so glad that I did, I find them very relaxing, and the fact that you can choose how many pieces you want in the jigsaw means you can start at a beginners mode and work your way up so I have given them a five star rating.
