The Studio by Jamie Kinkeade is a virtual fitness experience that encourages finding freedom and fun through your movement to reignite your spark so you can live your very best life! We stream a variety of classes live from our headquarters every day and have hundreds of on demand workout you can access 24/7/365! *If you have a current membership, you can use those credentials to log into the app to access all content.
We are unlike any other fitness program you will find anywhere online or in person. We won't try to entice you with promises of sexy legs or a smaller waistline; we recognize how detrimental those thoughts are to our mental health and progress in truly living our lives to the fullest. Our classes are designed with the intention of giving you back pieces of yourself we all tend to lose as we experience different stages of life. Whether that missing thing is confidence after years of negative self-talk and poor body-image or freedom to dance wildly and just be exactly who we are without the fear of judgment, we are here for YOU!
Each class provides something different, and NONE of it has anything to do with taking up less space in this world. Classes range from 15 minutes when all you have time for is a quickie to full 60 minutes for days when you just need a little more.
* JAM - A nightclub dance fitness experience featuring our dance format that went viral on YouTube
* IGNITION - A mind-shifting experience that focuses on changing detrimental patterns of negative self-talk
as we grow stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally through the use of motivational
speaking and the movement of our bodies.
* LIFTED - An invigorating fitness experience that combines our favorite elements of all of our classes
(dance, toning, yoga, and freedom).
* LEVEL UP - A choreographed strengthening experience that makes lifting weights feel like dancing!
* BARRE HIGH - A barre fitness experience without the barre plus a whole lot of adrenaline
* L.I.T. - A low-impact, high-energy toning experience set to music everyone knows and loves!
* BEATS - A HIIT HOP experience like no other that uses interval training and heavy old school beats to keep you motivated and moving so you can get what you need in just 30 minutes!
* The HOT Seat - A toning experience to bring the sexy back (not that you ever lost it, babe) using a chair, a sequence of intense toning moves, and one sexy dance per month so you can release your alter ego in a safe space.
* REBEL STEP - Not your mother's step aerobics experience (that's all we have to say).
* The MASH-UP - A fly girl dance experience where you learn a legit dance to the hottest tracks in just 60 minutes so you can own that living room like J-Lo and Paula!
* FEEL ME FLOW - A hip hop yoga experience for those who "don't like yoga." Twerking in yoga class? Yes, please!
* IN THE FLOW- A vinyasa yoga experience for a greater connection to your breath and that beautiful body of yours.
To access all features and content you can subscribe to The Studio by Jamie Kinkeade on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.
* All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.
