Used to be good
I got this app a few months ago, it started good, I enjoyed mixing things up with a song that I downloaded, and all the effects worked perfectly. Recently though my songs have been lagging/chopping up and it Dosent make it enjoyable to use. Not sure if an update is needed

I downloaded this app and deleted it straight away
How can they charge £8 and still make you need i tunes aswell they don’t have any of there own music on . Actually Thats a lie they have 6 songs that are so bad makes you wanna jist head but a wall don’t download this app it’s really not worth it go buy your self a real deck . I test music apps for a living so just read this and don’t waste your time 1/10

Decent app. Just a shame it’s not linked with Spotify. If you don’t use ITunes for Music pretty useless; as only have 11 demo songs that aren’t actual songs. For £7.99 pw - would expect to use music off Spotify and iTunes.

Poor app, even worse price
So it has built in copyright free music you can use, and those work as expected; almost as if it’s not AI tech that’s been used to separate the layers of sound to make the app seem worth it…
When you put your own music files in, it leaves half the vocal layer on the instrumental layer, meaning the instrumental has faint vocal sounds on it which sound bad, and the vocal only layer sounds horrific.
Even if it worked, it would still be stupidly priced at £7.99 a week, but the fact it doesn’t work makes it even worse. The business plan is clearly to hope people forget to cancel their free trial.
PRO TIP: activate your free trial, and cancel it on the App Store immediately. You’ll still get the free trial but won’t forget to cancel

Rubbish and no refund
So I recently bought the free trial and honestly it makes the instrumental audio sound absolutely horrendous so then couple days later I was charged as I forgot to cancel my free trial and they declined me even though I only used the app for like 5 minutes and I was just playing around with the app but honestly the sound quality is bad and if you are going to purchase cancel it because they won’t even give you a refund which feels like it goes against my consumer rights and if the app was actually good then yes I wouldn’t care but this app is so unbelievably bad I wouldn’t want my grandma using this app and it’s very buggy I wouldn’t give it 0 stars but the lowest is 1 star

This is a decent app and looked promising from the ad that I saw but when I went to use the app I added an audio and all was going good until the audio stopped and I had to pay to listen further. I was a little disappointed because I had to pay to listen to the full audio. I was 7 seconds in when it said I had to pay to listen to it all.

Why I gave this a one star and why I’m also deleting it
So basically I was happy at the start bc I could make better edits for TikTok but then I realised this wasn’t going to help me because I have to pay to see the entire thing and to save the vid

Marvellous idea
This is a great concept for a singer! However £5.49 per week is mega expensive per month/year. Solely for that reason, very sadly I cannot think about this app at this time.

Amazing but results can vary.
Clever app but because it strips out frequencies (not instruments) success is based on the degree of variation between instruments/vocals. For example, app may struggle to distinguish female singers from lead guitar and while vocals can be removed, much of the lead guitar part is also stripped out resulting in a very weird, fluctuating and inconsistent sound. Great for Karaoke backing tracks but trial it first using your songs would be my advice.

Impressive tech but poorly executed
Amazing tech to pull this off. Such a shame that the integration with streaming services is so weak but there might be limitations out of the App designers control there.
However, the model of payment they have gone for is in their control and is a major sticking point!
Very, very expensive for something that I imagine will be achieved by other app developers soon too.

Same old
As with all these AI applications they never completely separate the audio. There’s always a signature of the music or the vocals left behind so you don’t actually get a clean cut. If you use this to isolate lyrics for example you’ll still have to work to do externally on Cubase or reason. Or whatever program you use. There is add Ons for these programs though to allow you to do exactly the same thing the only difference is these programs do it properly. In my opinion apps like this aren’t worth the money. They are just as bad as online audio lyrics seps. Maybe ok to cut lyrics to make a basic personal ringtone but nothing more.
