Purchased this watched about 3 month now, stopped showing notifications about 1 month ago. I have tried to reset several times but to no avail. I was enjoying it until this happened, kindly assist please.

OK but..
For the first few month I had the watch it was fine
NOW the watch won’t connect to the app!!
I reset the watch and now it won’t turn on!!
I’m really mad and if this doesn’t get fixed, I will not buy from this company again

Some really good features but lacking some basics
Can’t see how to set up the woman’s health information, cannot find on the app anywhere and watch says to set up on app.
No idea how to turn notification volume off but keep vibrations on.

More Features Needed as well as English Translation in App Store
So far I’m liking my watch and the app is ‘ok’ .
I can’t see how to set phone calls to either ‘sound’ or ‘vibrate’?
Any easier way to review steps and health data on the watch itself would be great.
Also the ‘screen display’ options are very limited and need more adding. My eyesight is poor so I just want to see the time and step count with nice visual options.
The description of the app and any updates are not translated to English as well - it would be good to have a translation to read about any added features or fixes with each update.
In conclusion - a great watch for the price and an ok app but both, with a few tweaks/additions would make these both fantastic!
