The app is not usable. I paid for 1 year subscription but it is still saying the features are subscription only. I have logged out and logged back in but still no feature is working. Money wasted..

Readiculous brings award-winning characters, pedagogy, and stories into the digital world. Players join a cast of out-of-control characters designed by Craig Kellman (Madagascar, Hotel Transylvania) on a reading adventure. Each character's fully-animated storyline is written by a team of children’s writers and animated by Hollywood artists and are revealed as rewards through play.

Confusing for Children
Confuses children with teaching the letter name and the letter sound at the same time. Also doesn’t hold the sounds to help blending later. Pace is also very slow.

Help!
My daughter loves this but it kept freezing on the 4th game so i deleted the app and downloaded again but now there is only an option to start a free trail and when I put my details in I get a message saying account already exists - but nowhere to actually sign in. Please help!

Buggy
Haven’t been able to progress, when trying to add a user white screen appears

App is promising but buggy
My son is 6 and very much enjoys playing the games and I feel it will help to develop his phonics skills over time but we get a white screen whenever we try to change characters and the only solution to this appears to be an iPad reboot. We’ve only had it for a short time so it’s unclear whether this is the only bug but it’s caused some frustration so it would be great if this could be looked at.
