Too slow

You have to wait for the location to be detected before you can scan your bar code to enter. Someone must be genius who had this idea of letting people wait, while your APIs confirm location before you can scan the bar code and enter. Really frustrating, and what’s the point...
Worst thing is you cannot use your PIN code to enter, it’s just the app scan option. What if someone has an old phone or if you forget your phone at home?

Error Messages

Could the login / account-related error messages please be updated to something more helpful than a generic “something went wrong”?
It’s incredibly unhelpful for your members, and unfair to your staff at the gyms who are having to deal with the fallout every time the login system collapses and the app provides no useful information.

This app is making me cancel my membership

Not sure why they decided you needed to scan for entry, when the code system was perfectly fine. I’ve now got to buy a new phone if I want to use the gym? Get a grip

Terrible!

Worst app, changed password several times, removed the app reinstalled but still couldn’t access. Waste of money!!!

Device not recognised

I downloaded this app, paid for my monthly subscription but could not get access to the gym through this app. I was told to uninstall and try again. Initially, I had issues regarding the location tracking but now I have been facing this issue “device not recognised” even though I’ve downloaded and logged in on same device. I have tried reaching out the customer service but could not get any resolution. Could you please help. My device is iPhone XR.
