When I joined it’s seemed alright paid a little out but after the start of February, pow won’t give anyone their money and now turning withdraw-able money into bonus money (I’m pretty sure they are not allowed to do this) I have read the reviews from jungle bet saying they will take legal action against peoples reviews but they messed up by not having money to pay the winnings and I say good luck to jungle bet, you can’t even pay the winnings out how are you gonna take legal action, you guys are in the wrong and I do have screen shots and videos of my account having withdraw-able monies, I am approaching the correct teams to get that money back, I also may take things public by showing what they are doing. So we were given the £150 bonus thing which could be converted into cash but then after a few days the withdrawals go down for a month, then when it’s miraculously fixed, they decide that the bonus can no longer be converted, and any existing bonus that was converted to cash, will be reverted back to bonus, unable to be converted, they robbed £160 off me, this company has been reported to all gambling authorities and should be shut down

I don’t think this app is a scam like others say. I think it was a few people who got too big for their boots trying to promote with a £50 bonus when registering and then realised they wouldn’t be able to afford paying out winnings. Hence why the £40 I won has now been made non-withdrawable. Me and my partner set up accounts with this company using the referral bonus. Luckily she won £237. Been trying to withdraw ever since and it’s all just a big farce. Needs reporting to the UK gambling commission
This app is not adhering to the gambling commission rules, do not deposit any funds. Customers are unable to withdraw their funds.
Funds available have now become non withdrawal as they have been converted to bonus cash. Gambling commission case will now be initiated which will be my legal action against you. I hope the company is liquidised and forced to close. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

Funds removed

THE OWNER IS A CONVICTED CON ARTIST
Biggest Scam going. They have lots of id and bank details from registered customers to which they are planning to sell on. The company is broke and has stolen deposits from UK citizens. They don’t reply to any problems and have not allowed withdrawals for over 6 weeks. They are being investigated by the gambling commission aswell as ibas who hopefully fine them and withdraw there licence. They are also being investigated by the fraud prevention squad within the British forces. Hopefully they get there respectful karma due to them. Would love to see the owner behind bars again for robbing me of my deposit. Would love to see him face to face on that matter.

Edit: got a developer response which is so farcical it is actually funny! Apparently the reason for them keeping my £155 is because I apparently need to ‘take a break from gambling’ 🤦🏻♀️😂I bet twice a year, £5 on Grand National and £5 on Cheltenham so thanks for the advice but I think I am good! Zero progress on withdrawal issue with no communication from developers
Whilst the concept seemed interesting and rewarding initially there has been absolutely no progress on the withdrawal issue.
Many others, like myself, have now been waiting on their withdrawal for over a month with little to zero contact from the developers. Fortunately, I did not deposit any of my own funds, but really do feel for those who have.
I have since contacted IBAS and the gambling commission, who have also been provided with false promises from Jungle X to no avail. Unfortunately, IBAS cannot open an investigation until 8 weeks have passed from the initial contact, in hope that Jungle X will resolve the issue.
I really hope this will be resolved and everyone receives their withdrawals.

No responses - withdrawal not working
I’ve been trying to withdraw for over a month and nothing has come through. I appreciate there are issues but seems highly unlikely that these issues are still ongoing despite over a month passing.
What’s worst is I’ve contacted support 3/4 times and got a response at the beginning to say they were having issues with withdrawals and that was that. My further messages didn’t even appear to have been read and now through the app you can’t use the contact us or help option.

Like many others, I received a referral bonus and won some money on this app. Since then, it has not been possible to withdraw my winnings. The team keeps saying they are keeping everyone up to date, but this is not true as the only update given was they are working on withdrawals and will sort this out as soon as possible. This app and their service is awful. Been waiting since 3rd of February to withdraw. More than a month to sort an issue they say they have with withdrawals lol last Friday the app opened the withdrawals and everyone thought we would receive the funds however nothing happened and funds were reversed back to the amount available. Unable to log in
The app seemed like a good incentive when initially launched and I was invited by one of my friends. I then invited others with the hope to win some money. The app had then crashed with the overwhelming response and since stopped races to rectify issues. Since the races were meant to relaunch on the 27th of February I can not gain access to my account. Whenever I try and log in, the app just closes. I have no idea when the races next launch and I have no way of using the money on my account.

Turn off background app refresh!
This app absolutely hammers your battery even when not in use. Seriously, over the last 24 hours I’ve opened the app once for a few seconds however it’s accounted for 50% of my whole battery usage. No idea what it’s doing but it’s sucking all your battery and data.

Doesn’t seem legit.
I have over £100 in withdrawable winnings. I have been trying for almost two weeks to withdraw this. Everytime I try it says ‘withdrawal requested’ and doesn’t do anything. Money still sat there. I’ve tried to withdraw to a Visa account and a master. Neither work.
Contacted support on multiple occasions they send me the same generic ‘notification message’ from the 5th of February that explains they know withdrawals aren’t working for some people and are working on it. (Initially claiming this issue would be resolved 12th February.. it is now the 16th)

Been waiting for 10 days to withdraw my money. They said they’ll have the problem fixed between the 10th and the 14th of February. They put all of their socials on private so nobody can message or ask them anything. Looks alright have not played anything yet as there still not ready to do anymore betting at this moment of time. However I was told I would get £150 bonus for using a referral and I did not get this. Seems like a good enough app, I will be posting an update when I can actually play a game of atleast something!!

Scam. Be aware!
It is a scam. They give you a bonus and ask you to deposit. You cannot withdraw your money back. They ask you for your card and not bank details before you submit your withdrawal. It will be reported and I will demand for my account closure and deletion of all data they used for verification.

Closed my account?
I downloaded it 24 hours ago, everything was fine. I had money in my withdrawals but went on to the app todya and it’s logged me out now not letting me log in? I tried to sign up again and still not letting me? What’s going on?
