I like Trust Pilot
I hate the App. This an iPad. The text box is a silly little size, the keyboard is a few inches wide with keys the a giants hand. Am now deleting it and hope to use the normal website after this annoying experience.

change what I say. I have said my piece, it is finished, done. STOP THE CONSTANT EMAILS ABOUT THIS.

After submitting a review I was contacted a confirmed that my unfulfilled order has been cancelled & will be refunded in full.Also asked me if in light of their decision I will amend my review .I am not inclined to revise it as I believe that if I had not submitted the review I would not have been offered a refund .So make what you like of that .

I love using trust pilot as I can see if the reviewer has used the service or not so this helps to qualify if I use a service. Also being able to filter the reviews to more recent ones helps make my decision of who to spend my money with.

Always check with Trust Pilot when you are buying online with sites you haven’t used before. Trust Pilot has saved me from making silly purchases. It’s true what they say

Typical example is, Hypervolt, they let me down big time last year but, my polite review was removed and all over social media platforms, Hypervolt are not as good as listed on here. Why! I can only think a lot of reviews are fake!

Terrible customer support
I have been trying to reach them for over 5 weeks but they haven’t responded to my messages yet so I’m just waiting on them to respond back to my messages so that I can make sure that I will be able to review the companies that I want to review my review for them so I don’t know what to say about that but it’s just so frustrating to me that they can’t even get back to me with the situation that I’m trying to resolve with them so I’m not really happy about this customer service situation is terrible and very very frustrating to me because I work in a customer care company and I know what they are doing right this second

I used to trust them 100% but the amount of honest reviews they've deleted is unreal. No option to prove my communications. Just a straight delete because our algorithm blah blah. Shame on you trustpilot

Sadly, I’ve been using this site for over 10 years. Are you just noticed how many scammers are actually using it. I went to review a well-known site about a jab and 90% of the reviews have a discount code which I thought wasn’t allowed over 100. I have flagged up and they’re still there as sadly I have now seen this, I will stop reviewing and stop telling people to use the site because it’s a rubbish it’s fake like Amazon

I love this site, I always find the reviews are best advert for sales.
If they have more than 5 bad reviews, I know they’re not a good company.
The times I have problems, I find a review on here gets a quicker and better response than the company’s own customer service.

Octopus have two types of review category
Why can Octopus have a section of “invited” reviews that are obviously good and another normal section of reviews that are not invited and consequently a lot poorer surely this devalues the Trustpilot product

Such a great app to get information about companies Before you decide to do shopping with these companies. It’s also nice to leave reviews just to let people know if there is problems with a particular retailer or company. I highly recommend this app and I’ve never had problems with it.

Trust pilot
Reviews are great because they are independent from the company you are buying from. I mostly go to them to check out a company. On this occasion i didn’t when buying from appliances direct. I purchased a Bosch washing machine and the offer I saw was not given to me . And when I came to register my new washer , Bosch told me its 5 year warranty as per the advert . BUT when I had to speak to appliance’s direct they told me it was 2 years& I would have to pay to get the 5 years. So I consider this to be a way to get more money from me. Paying for something that was already included. Plus also appliances direct also did not carry out the free installation that was advertised . I wish I had just gone to a more honest company. I will never shop again with appliances direct . Being in our 70’s we were even left to unpack this really heavy machine. And plumb it in ourselves and at our age was extremely difficult.

Have used Trustpilot over a very period, their site is outstanding in terms of providing real client feedback and thus allowing informed decisions before making purchases for products or companies whom are unknown to buyers.

I think using this site has saved me thousands of pounds especially now in the days of online shopping and clever scams. I don’t buy anything online now without checking TrustPilot first. Do not respond or resolve matters
We would put Trustpilot in the negative category of companies. They have a very poor customer service ie when they do decide to correspond its in robot fashion but, 99.9% they just completely ignore your correspondence. We have emailed a multitude of times to ask why they have removed one of our reviews which, ironically is more or less the same as all the other reviews of this particular company. However they choose to not reply. Quite poor they you have to review a company as poor which asks the public to review other companies/services. Maybe they should get there own customer support sorted out before asking the public to question other businesses.

I would stay clear
Trustpilot has been a total nightmare! We are a small organisation and I had an email out of nowhere stating we were abusing the Trustpilot widget which is untrue as it is provided in our basic package. I have responded to their email twice and no reply. They have place a great big banner on our page which states this company has been dishonest etc which can affect our chances of funding, not to mention we work with vulnerable adults. I was assured over live chat this would be escalated and removed as he could see this was an error. Two weeks later no reply and I get a call regarding upgrading to a premium package. The advisor told me if I upgrade he can assure me that banner placed on our account would be removed automatically and almost instantly. It would seem that Trustpilot are a money making grabbing scammers as this is a terrible way to operate. If I pay over £200 it will get removed instantly but if I do not then he cannot help me and I just have to sit tight and await whilst our reputation goes downhill. I regret setting Trustpilot up as here is no number or email to contact besides a sale number of course .

Take some of the negative ones with a pinch of salt and read and think about what is said ! Honest and reliable
Trustpilot allows me to write honest reviews . However positive or negative. If a negative review is posted, a human from the supplier responds to my review very quickly. Much more effective resolving a issue than trying to get past a friendly Bot who can’t process the issue. I use trustpilot for honest reviews so I can purchase with confidence.

The gentleman I spoke to this morning was very considerate and explained every step along the way, which was really very good because sometimes I don’t grab it but he took his time and when he sorted it all out he then went through it step-by-step so I could write it all down and nowhere I was going. Not so impartial
I had a negative experience with a service provider and posted a review, which the Trust Pilot Integrity Team then deleted. There had been no response from the service provider, which reflected my experience regarding their service. I did contact the Trust Pilot Integrity Team as they requested to verify my review, but they simply ignored my response and did not reply. The circumstances made me realise that Trust Pilot are not so impartial as they would like Joe Public to believe, but a commercial enterprise that exists simply to make a living at the expense of the gullible.

Not brilliant.
I thought this would be good as I do like to leave reviews. If there good or bad I will be honest. I've given this 4 stars as everytime I click on. Review item they take me to this app and all I get is sorry something went wrong and can't do it. So now I have to search for the company I want to review and do it that way. But it would be so much easier if it would come up to review it and not keep saying something went wrong. So annoying. If it carries on I shall delete it and just go straight to Google.

Brilliant review platform
Trustpilot investigates reviews properly and doesn’t take the side of the business. I’ve had companies try to get my negative reviews removed and Trustpilot has looked into these and has accepted the reviews are valid. So finally the consumer has a voice and a right to defend their experience and share it with others. Trustpilot investigated thoroughly and asked me to provide evidence so it was completely fair for both sides. Thank you Trustpilot for not being bought out by big business.

Lots of fake reviews
They refuse legitimate reviews as if they have been bought out as the companies friends. It’s a corporate racket. Responding to you. I have proved I used the business I reviewed, you have refused notable times to allow it on the system due to, as you say, integrity. Silencing a legitimate review isn’t you having integrity. Something worse is going on. At best you have a ‘computer says no’ system that you refuse to acknowledge is not fit for purpose. At worst you have illegitimate, illicit practice. On both counts the ‘trust’ in your name is a mascaraed.

Essential app to check out companies
I recommend Trustpilot to anyone and everyone and of course frequent it myself when unsure of purchasing online from new companies I’ve never used before.
It’s important with most things online these days to have a heads up prior to choosing to spend money on a company that is badly run or worse, outright scammers.

Skybet bookmaker
Punters should be aware when opening an account with skybet. Leaves the account open to fraud, which happened in my case. No amount of correspondence to this bookmaker will facilitate in a reply . The so called live chat is useless. They reply with the ploy your details don’t match. Emails are never replied to , other than a template response stating we aim to reply within 72 hours .Which never happens . The amount of negative reviews on Trustpilot clearly demonstrates this bookmaker cannot be taken seriously or trusted with the truth. The only democracy we truly have
Trustpilot is the closest tool to a democracy that we truly have, as companies will do anything to extort as much as they can without caring for consequences, if there are any.
Unless we had a full time solicitor to address all our issue with modern days frantic capitalism, Trustpilot and similar companies are often the only voice we truly have.

Falsely suspended
Well 2 or 3 days ago I reviewed 3 websites and the next day I got suspended for spam on one review and first of all, my reviews are real, I’m real, I didn’t spam at all and they refused to unblock me so what the heck is the point of all this for me to get suspended, don’t even recommend Trustpilot after the false suspension, refused to tell me anything and removed all my reviews for no reason, disgraceful company. Trustpilot, you call yourself a review company and allow us to review other companies but falsely suspend your customer’s account’s for no reason, you don’t even give us a reason and you say you are sorry, but I bet it’s all a bunch of lies. I have given 5 star ratings to some companies and 1 to 3 star reviews for others so I don’t understand why you suspend me. Now I can’t trust you at all, useless company suspending me for no reason.

This platform is a good way for people to tell others what is going on with different services online or shopping , it also allows you to let off steam when you are being wrongly treated It’s a shame that when this happens the company in question writes robot responses and most don’t even bother to respond and don’t seem to feel guilty and refund the buyers for anything even with proof evidence

We are able to warn consumers/ customers about the true dangers and behaviours of these companies.
Before we could only use word of mouth now we can reach citizens in their thousands giving our experiences and advice.

Reliable
I always go to Trustpilot before purchasing goods as I find their reviews helpful in making a decision as to where to spend my hard earned money.
Of course anyone can leave a review but Trustpilot has verified reviewers and by clicking on their profiles you can read their other reviews and satisfy yourself if they only like complaining or giving credit where they think it is due! Ultimately the decision is ours alone, but it is nice to get others opinions about a company/service provider we are unsure of. Thank you Trustpilot.

This app this definitely worth having and could save yourself a lot of time and hustle when visiting websites that set to scam people or steal their informations. Best reviews to look out for would come from verified people by trust pilot in my opinion because their experience is as real as the mention. Not Trustworthy
There are far too many fake reviews and genuine reviews can get taken down. I feel a bit naive for trusting TrustPilot in the past. Be particularly wary of reviews by people for whom it’s their only review and filter reviews by verified. Do doubt I’ll get a weasel words response that I’ll treat with the respect it deserves.
Received a developer response and they asked me if I wanted to update my review. Well here it it. They talk about integrity and the measures they take. I suppose just what I’d have expected. Perhaps the naive would be taken in by their words but I’m not. I’d suggest googling reviews of Trustpilot, which will prove quite an eye opener.

Don’t waste your time
You will leave a genuine review of a genuine experience, and if the company reviewed doesn’t like what you’ve said, TrustPilot will call you a liar and remove your review. Sadly, we cannot trust TrustPilot, they are biased toward the crooks. If you believe a company that has a high rating on TrustPilot is trustworthy, you could well be falling into a trap of deceit. Chances are the genuine bad reviews have been taken down by TrustPilot because the crooked company didn’t like the fact they have been called out. I have tried to warn people about crooks on TrustPilot, and had my warning removed on the say do of the crooks, and TrustPilot ignored everything I said on the matter, preferring to singularly side with the crooks. TrustPilot is therefore a scam.

Excellent app
I downloaded the app to make my feelings known to a company that didn’t listen and loved the experience.
Have now left many positive reviews to those companies that have been good to me in the recent past.
Really simple interface and highly recommend to get your voice heard., both good and bad.

Trustpilot
Never will i bother leaving a trustpilot review again, fact is i dont trust you, fake reviews. You try to bring advertising reviews to your attention by flagging reviews and you do nothing to remove reviews for other business. So this time goodbye for good.
Thank you developer for your response but the staff do not read the flagged items which relating to my reports are clearly unrelated to the company being reviewed. The actual company on trustpilot is fake and i think only reviews related to that company should be listed. I lost £169 due to your mixed up reviews, you also list a third genuine company with a similar name. No doubt trustpilot does not check its sites named reviews, wish you luck in future but do not trust a mixed up review site get more staff as your site is a shambles.

No good to me
I wanted to be able to copy parts of my review text from the app but this simple feature available in just about every other app is yet again not available on Trustpilot.
As an example a response to one of my reviews from a company has provided an important link for me, but typical of Trustpilot failings on both their review system overall and the app, I can’t copy a simple bit of text from my review in the App. Totally stupid.
The app provides less functionality than I get on the website, so has been duly consigned to the recycle nbin.

I Am 85 And love TRUST-PILOT.
There’s something exquisite about returning home after shopping when an assistant has gone out of their way to help, and I can then give good feedback on Trust-pilot.
Trust-Pilot is also so respected within all areas of service, i.e. Airports, Trains, Buses, Hotels, Cafes, the list is endless, and we as old young-at-hearts have the blest time to give feedback, don’t you think?
Yes I agree, this platform also helps when something’s unfair, or disappointing, and you feel powerless, sometimes someone listens to your view about things.

Helps but could do better
This helps but you need to look into the place your going to in more detail. I see places say they have 4,4.5 star reviews but it’s as a whole. As I went to f1 autos showing 4.5 star but when I actually went to write my own review and selected the place I used it was 3.8! If I knew this I would of stayed away or traveled a bit further to one of there good preforming garages. Good tool but need to check in more detail 😊

Trustpilot feedback
I find writing reviews on Trustpilot can be helpful to the companies I order my products from, it’s helpful for them and for me to know when your happy with the service you’ve received and it’s quite important to be able to leave that feedback on a site that is reputable, I also can look back on all my reviews, and check for verification so anyone reading the review know that I have purchased the item and can be trusted that I am 100% kosher.
Companies can only do better if you give honest feedback, but also that you will go back for repeat business, that’s what the customer wants the companies need 👌🏽

Great idea
Giving feedback and fight fraud and reviews is a sign of the times that a company that try’s to build trust with genuine feedback has to moderate the reviews to ensure they are genuine. An awesome idea to give feed back to companies to help maintain quality or services, products and experience and for customers to get impartial experience from past consumers. As let us face it when you receive bad customer service it is also good to vent and likewise when you receive amazing experiences you naturally want to share them with people and the world. I hope the platform can remain genuine for all users. It only seems fair. In trust pilot we trust

Apps good Trustpilot not so
I put a bad review on a company that had about 10 reviews. Suddenly I was attacked by the owners and then about six 5 star reviews came after mine from people with only one review which was that company. Obvious it was employees. I contacted Trustpilot but they didn’t do anything. What’s the point!

I sent a rough estimate of what I had said to them about getting a couple of pairs of supposedly goretex water proof trainers which after I got them I went for a walk and offcource started to rain and we’ll the great named trainers Aasics goretex trainers and they just returned to trainers not doing what it said on the box , they were actually really useless for what I got them for and were called, the company were to tell me about returns but Iv never received any thing back as yet from them ,
