Intense advertising aside, no game should exist where the game goes first and then plays and wins without you ever having a go.

Fantastic game but viewing adverts is required to progress for free and the adverts are frequently unavailable / buffering so it’s impossible to play. Tried to get support but there doesn’t appear to be any - just takes you to the main Facebook page. A shame cos this game is epic.

Game is good, but the constant scratching of the white ball is beyond annoying, even if you play slow the roll of the ball is insane, and the second is that your unable to change your name unless linked with a Facebook account… (No thanks), get with it Dev’s sort it out

Best fun pool game out there?
My go to game to relax !
Please can I just pay to remove ads forever nobody wants these!!! Then this would be a clear 4 stars…rising to five if….
The background music is a relaxing jazz number but I’ve now turned it off due to a repetition feeling of I’m on hold during a call.
Please introduce more tracks of a similar jazzy mellowness to mix it up, and the ability to play offline, then it’s all the stars from me.

Bots everywhere
The bots in the standard game spoil it. No interaction and painful to watch them play. Devs really need to do something about them.
Other than that it’s a good pool game with lots of modes and weird tables to play on.

Was a cool game at first, fun way to pass time but now there are constant pop ups and adverts. When you want to actually watch an advert to get a lucky reward or something they never load.

AN ADVERTISEMENT DREAM
Been playing this game for quite a while now. Used to be you had to play games and games of pool before you got to see a cool advert. But now hurrah, it’s now an ad dream.. every morning I open the app and am greeted by a wonderful plethora of adverts to watch.. so much so that everything you touch gives you a wonderful ad to watch. How cool is that…
My only issue is having my adverts interrupted by a pesky game of pool.

You can’t get far without spending
I’m like this app and am good at it but there is no way to get to the top rankings without spending a lot of money on extras - I suppose that’s how these things survive but don’t get down if you don’t get promoted without doling out cash - I’ve wasted too much on no return- just play and enjoy - the rankings are meaningless.

Buggy
The game itself is ok. You do get encouraged to watch huge amounts of videos to get rewards. And I am constantly getting “Failed to load” messages. Sometime have to try and play the advert 3 or 4 times before it loads. And sometimes I don’t even receive a reward.

A really good pool game that's as addictive as hell! Easy to play, made some friends along the way which is nice, a lot of fun. It's a good idea to go through the rules as I live in the U.K. & the rules differ a fair bit (I am sure certain people make them up along the way). And not an advert in sight. Don't dally, please just download it! Maybe we can have a game sometimes.

Good pool game: general ball movement is good enough and feels natural.

Big overhaul of star challenge, an aspect of the game that was fun and now requires too much spend to make it worthwhile. Shame, could be a good game but the requirement to watch ads or spend money is now too huge.

Good, but can be very annoying
I like the mechanics and most of the challenges. For a game of pool, it gives me what I want/need.
However, it smashes you around the head with so called offers that are just micro transactions for little tangible benefit and less value.
The NPC players are a nice way of keeping the game going, but it’s annoying how long they take to make shots, slowly spinning the cue 360 degrees before settling on a shot.
The worst is that you can watch the path of the cue ball physically bend on its way from a shot and drop into a pocket if it goes anywhere near it. That alone has me wishing I liked the alternatives better.

Addictive but win % inaccurate
Win rate algorithm is totally useless and can’t work out simple percentages. At a given point after a number of games, When I lose a game I lose 0.6% of my win rate. But when I win I only gain back 0.1% ensuring your win rate gets lower and lower unless you’re a master and never lose. Play this every day but getting increasingly frustrated by the win percentage being lower than it actually should be. Just reset it after 1,500 games. Have just won 16 out of 18 games which is an 89% win rate. Game shows only 82%. Graphics shown to promote the game are much better than in the actual game too. Misleading. Others seem to feel the same as there are a lot of good players that have only played 10 or 20 games for example. Clearly a lot of people delete and reset the data as the win rate get annoyingly low.

Quite an enjoyable game. Shooting is fairly accurate with lots of time to pot. Things I don’t like are, when you win a game your percentage doesn’t always go up, or maybe 0.1%. When you lose a game, the percentage goes down by 0.2%. Making it hard to increase your level. I’d like to see more wording and emojis for your
Opponents. Also, when you friend someone you haven’t got a clue who or where they are from. I shall carry on playing for the time being though.

This is one of the best pool games out there, they just need to sort a couple of bugs Firstly, the game sometimes freezes when you are playing which causes you to lose whatever game you’re plating. Then when you get a chance to watch a video sometimes it says no video available which again makes you lose the game. If they fix these problems it’s a 5⭐️

This game is just what we all were waiting for. It has excellent graphics and perfect accuracy via coding (for the geeks) but overall an enjoyable addition that does not harm anyone. No one dies and the comments are limited to niceties or sarcasm. Just up my street. You can go far and rank up the tables without too much effort. All down to skill. Enjoy this game. Complete scam
Money making scam, nothing more nothing less.
To get upgrade parts in the game you need to either spin the wheel for a chance to earn an epic piece, I've been playing for months and haven't hit the prize once yet. Or you can spend 80,000 buying the pieces, which is a joke the only way to do it is too save the small amounts of money you get from chests and challenges or spend £7 to around £50 quid.
Absolute joke of a game but if you wanna waste your time playing a stupid app for no reason work away.

Ruined with pathetic ads
The gameplay and design are actually decent (apart from the star challenge when the shots defy physics), however, the game is absolutely ruined with the worst kind of ads. Not only do you have to endure the stupid ads that I think absolutely no one looks at, but it takes 4, 5, even 6 clicks to get rid of after the initial ad has finished its awful intrusion into your life. Some of the clicks are on a timer meaning minutes after you close the ad, you’re still interacting with it.
I’m not even sure this is legal (if it is, it shouldn’t be). Anyway a generous 2 stars - 1 for design and the other for gameplay. Unfortunately a minus 200 stars for the pathetic advertising model.
Save yourself the heartache and don’t bother to download, you will only be frustrated.

This game is completely rng / random and they use the slowest in game tables known to man kind and the “players” (which are actually just bots) are really bot like as out of the 10-20 games I have played they never pot the black as this can happen frequently irl and whenever the bot has to hit a wall shot 99.9% of the time it goes in even if you may think that the angle is way off go play on a real pool table trust me the shock will get to you.

My only criticism, I don’t seem it fair that when you cannot afford to spend gems to continue your round on the challenges, it punishes your for having to quit your round by deducting a huge proportion of your stars/trophies you had otherwise previously earned…
At least let players retain what they actually earn in the round.
For this reason alone it’s 4 star… change the structure of star/trophy award as mentioned above and it becomes at least a 7 out of 5 stars 💯

First of all the game play is enjoyable and glitch free. It’s pretty smooth.
Unfortunately, it is so slow to progress beyond a certain level without spending money.

This game is boring, American 8-ball is not a game of skill in the first place because it allows potting of opponents ball without penalty - that should be a foul stroke. This particular game removes any skill by calculating and plotting the angles. Many players still lose purely because they have no finesse and slam every shot with full cue power thus losing any accuracy 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Very nice pool play. Yes. But. Progress is so slow, you will get old. You’ll spend most of your time endlessly opening chests of useless rewards which , maybe in the 100th year, will give you enough to upgrade to next table. Or you can pay real money. Progress is not based on quality of your play. It’s easy to win. But that will bring you close to nothing. So it gets boring very quickly. Game is literally plagued by enormous complications of utterly useless junk…gems, stars, trophies, whatever. Deleted.

This pool game is basically quite good, but it does seem to suffer from locking up repeatedly or a screen message says trying to reconnect. I don’t have any of these problems with any other game apps I use that plays against opponents. I also think it it way to complex.

I’ve played this game for quite a while and paid for a few in app payments for stars to carry out through the games.I want to find the next day that I was back to the very beginning how to pot a ball.I have lost all my points stars and my varying classes I think I was up to pro 2.So please do not play this game as it will rip you off I sent a message to the game designers and heard nothing back.I would advise you to steer clear of this game as it will waste your time and money. I couldn’t leave a minus Star if possible but it would not let me as it is not worth 1 star !!!

Like some of their other games you will not get beyond the basic courses / Tables without paying for the privilege. No chance on progress on merit alone. When I was playing this experience I realised that you need to do something about the openers first go because a random person won the game by not missing a single shot which meant I didn’t get a go this can make players get very frustrated not doing anything about it but overall a very enjoyable game

I was really getting into this game and enjoying it but now I cannot access the game at all. Everything is updated and my phone is more than capable. I invested “a lot” of money buying chalks, upgrades etc that I’m sure could be traced by the developers!

Developers: Pay attention to detail. The TV crews that cover these events don’t have the camera on a fixed or static tripod. TV camera crews will have a camera either on a tripod with a moveable base known as a ‘dolly’ or what is known as a pedestal, some pedestals are robotic operation, so that the cameras can be moved around the table for closer shots.

Really great graphics and gameplay but please change the aim, it ruins the game, just covers everything and spoils it!!!!! Just a simple line off of the ball your aiming at would be sufficient!
