Written abroad or by AI
Was excited to see what this would allow me to learn with my new air fryer - sadly I’ve taught myself as I cannot get anything out of this app at all - would love to know where the hundreds of recipes are as I’ve sat down and really tried with this app a few times. The few I can find are worded in a very odd manner - which leads me to believe they are either AI generated or written abroad and translated. I had hoped this as a Tefal app would directly direct the use of all the functions the air fryer has - but can’t even see it saying that.
The latest email refers to roasting coffee beans in the air fryer - where do you learn more about this as there were extreamly sketchy instructions with the air fryer - and even less on this app - I’ve searched coffee and comes up zero. Will now unsubscribe from the recipe emails as not helping at all.

Where are the recipes?
The first recipe using the app went quite well, but then I wanted to use up an aubergine. A recipe came up, “aubergine caviar…” but when I clicked on it that particular recipe wasn’t there.
Keyword’s don’t seem to work either. “Mushroom “ brought up nothing, yet there is a mushroom risotto on it. “ risotto “ brings up nothing too. Can anyone help?

Great product rubbish app
Why you need to log into the app to see and favourite recipes? Why does the process have to be so complicated? All I want to do is see the recipe I want to cook and get on with it, (that’s not too much to ask for)
Instead I have to remember passwords or reset password!! It’s tedious and an overkill. I don’t need all this nonsense to use an appliance that is supposed to be simple and easy to use.

Unable to login
I purchased a Tefal multi cooker in September. Eventually managed to register it despite very faulty IT at Tefal when needed to change my password. This App won’t accept the email address/ password so have not been able to login. Customer service Uk admitted others having problems with the IT but no improvement in situation. It seems I should have bought a Ninja Mulicooker!!!!!

What a hassle
I put my product names in the requested fields and then it wanted me to create an account, I don’t want an account, only recipes for my products! Too much hassle, You have just lost a customer.

Good but not perfect
Really handy for browsing inspiration. Over 500 recipes at time of writing, but if you know where to look Moulinex also sell this product in France with THOUSANDS of recipes. Be good to have some of those translated over here.

Dinner ruined
This app is a great accompaniment to my Tefal Cook4me… but so annoying that you need an account to read the recipes, especially when the ‘forgot your password’ link doesn’t work and you’re in the middle of making dinner and your password isn’t stored on your new phone…

Seriously lacking
Tefal’s initial setup and basic recipe provision is very sadly lacking in all departments. If you want a complex recipe for a full meal it provides a few. If you just want the basics, forget it. This is a dreadful app.

The app promises 10,000 recipes but I see only 21. Most of my searches are met with a result of Oops. Disappointing.

Airfryre
How come you download the app but in the product section it has everything but Airfryre s from Tefal .l used the QR Code and tried the App Store but the app from Tefal which downloaded does not have any of the Airfryre products on the app

Rubbish
This app will not accept my login no matter what I do, just keeps going round in circles. I try to connect my cook 4 me touch to it, by associating the cook 4 me, it takes me to my login, accepts my email and password then takes me straight back to the same screen to login in, over and over again. So after a week of having the appliance still not able to associate it with the app, absolute rubbish. And to add insult to injury, I rang the help line and it has taken them 7 days to get back to me about the problem and just asking me to do all the things I have already tried to resolve the problem, well done Tefal customer service, worst I have ever experienced to date.

Regal product not included
I’ve just purchase the Tefal Sphericook and downloaded the app to browse whilst I wait for delivery but the product isn’t listed so I can even see what’s in the app.

Disappointed as the air fryer that I bought boasted this app to help with recipes and cooking.
When you click on, for example, Healthy Comfort Foods, the heading comes up but no content. This applies to all the titles in the app.

I have the cake factory and on the old app there were loads of recipes to choose from. Where the hell have they all gone? Why have they not been transferred over to this app? Tefal sort it out!!!!

App stopped working on iPhone iOS 16.6
App back working after update. I like how easy it is to register more than one Tefal product, search recipes by ingredients what’s in fridge and up pops the choice of appliance and recipes. Recipes are in stages but recommend reading through first before starting first stage. Haven’t awarded 5 stars as have found errors in recipes but easy to report.

After latest update, app doesn't work
After downloading an opening this app, it does not work. The app opens, showing a white background with 'Tefal' displayed in red, but then the error message 'Error: Sorry, an unknown error occurred, please try later.' appears with a 'Retry' button. If I press the 'Retry' button I get the same result. I have tried restarting my iPhone and the app etc, but it makes no difference. Very disappointing!

Killed the offline app Cook4Me only to collect personal data on customers. Recipe book only works online. Better to stay with a company that value your privacy.

Email links to app
Getting rather fed up of the app never displaying the recipes which are featured in your emails. The link sends you to the app then fails to load as it doesn’t think you have the device. Maybe you want to see the recipe and how easy it will be to then buy the device?!? Plus recipes I have saved have vanished. Or keep being disconnected and having to login again.

Not the most user friendly app
I have an Easy Fry Oven and Grill. Given how poor the instruction booklet is, it is basically unintelligible as it is full of unexplained symbols, I had hoped that I could select my device and then find recipes tailored to that. I don’t find the navigation of the app very good either. Disappointing, but fortunately I love the Air Fryer.

The multitude of old apps for each Tefal product were atrocious but this latest all in one thing is even worse, which I didn’t think was possible. Much of the recipe steps are missing or repeated. Garbage.

Unable to connect
I’m from uk. Purchased this product brand new from Curry’s. It is impossible to pair the device with my Tefal application. When starting the pairing process, I’m getting a notice that there is no available appliance near me even if I am less than 5 cm from the device. Cook4Me application does not work at all, and it just redirects me to the Tefal application that is impossible to pair it using my Bluetooth. I think it is broken, I’ll apply for a full refund. Shame on you. Wasting people time.

I had the old app with lots of recipes on turned it on to make some soup new app down load now. Wish I hadn’t lost som recipes can’t even get the carrot recipe as it is no longer working. So why is the recipe still showing. I thing the app developers need changing to some who understand the the appliances and how they work. Modest disgruntled what was a good machine is now obsolete as it cannot find my Bluetooth on my phone.

As people have said a lot of the recipes haven’t got the connectivity function or comes up recipe no longer available. No point having it really.

Cook4me - ‘connect functionality missing’
What used to be the USP of this cooker (compared with Ninja) was the bluetooth connect. But having updated the app, I find that most of the recipes have ‘no connect functionality’. Value destruction! I might as well have bought the Ninja!

I’ve repeatedly tried to log in to unlock the “padlocked” recipes but I’m getting nowhere. Qu’est-ce qui se passe,nom de Dieu?! And when I try to reset my password or re-register,I get nowhere again!!

Oh dear….
I have a Cook 4 Me, a Cake Factory and an OptiGrill. I have an app for each, and while the apps leave a huge amount to be desired, downloaded this ‘all in one’ app on the assumption that it might be an improvement. Quite the opposite. I’d thought it impossible that it could be worse but it is. There seems to be a theoretical choice of which device you are using which doesn’t work - so I just go back to the individual apps. Surely it should be possible to choose ‘cake factory’ if I just want to make a cake?? Tefal goods are ok - their app developers need to gain some skills - and that is putting it mildly since I don’t think the words I wish to use will be published. This app is c**p (clue - it rhymes)…

Not all appliances covered
I recently purchased an EY4018 Easy Fry air fryer. The instructions are basically nonexistent. I cannot even register my appliance as the web site has a fault. This is the only app that includes cooking instructions, unfortunately non of them are for my air fryer. I am beginning to wish I had bought a different brand. What a waste of my time and money!
