App doesn’t work!

The app doesn’t work. After I’ve logged in I just get a grey screen. No loading page or anything. Very disappointing, especially when the ticket confirmation emails don’t seem to come with the option of adding tickets to your wallet now either.

Terrible

Grey screen

As others have said the app doesn’t recognise an existing account. Even when you make a new one for the app using the same email address you think you are in and end up with just a blank grey screen. Useless

This could be a great app but…

problem 1 - had to make a new account, despite already having one to book the tickets online
problem 2 -the app simply doesn’t work for me. I went onto the app made a new account even though I had one and then it took me to a blank screen and wouldn’t move from there.
this has so much potential to be great and useful app, but he just doesn’t work, it’s a shame

I couldn’t log in with my existing account info. Created a new account using existing account details. Now I just have a blank grey screen. Completely useless app. Don’t wast time downloading

Terrible. Does not work

This app would not let me log in, it tells me i already have an account, reset password, still not able to log in. Does not load to see my tickets or anything. Remove this app or fix the problem!

Is it even linked to the online account

App doesn’t show purchased tickets.

This would not let me log in with my existing Ticket Factory account. It said it did not exist despite me logging into it in a browser a minute beforehand.
It looks like you have to create a whole new Ticket Factory account for just the app, but make sure you set the email address to the same one you used for the web Ticket Factory account. A really poor end user experience that the web and mobile applications don’t work from a single Ticket Factory account and the log in screen doesn’t highlight this.
Despite using the same email address the tickets never showed in the app, so it doesn’t work at all.
