Really great

Loads of workout of different level and duration to choose from, so you never get bored of them! Coach Kel is an amazing barre instructor and offers the same workout quality than the professional barre studio I used to go to. She gives good technical advice and offers modifications throughout the workouts so you can adapt them to your own level or needs.
