Very greedy developers, nonestop ads
I had a jar that was unlocking soon and logged in one day to it just gone. Support tries to gaslight me and tell me to login with a different account. I don’t have any other account and the history in the account I’m using shows this is my account. It has all my previous data. I deleted the account and their support staff start emailing me after I asked them to stop so I blocked their email too.

Claiming broken
I cannot claim my coins, have updated to the latest version and the issue persists - loading never goes anywhere. Watching ads doesn’t help.

Haven’t saved up much but it’s saying they’ll start evaporating in 70 hours, since day one of having the app I’ve had the same error pop up and just can never claim almost seems pointless having the app at this point only got it because of sweat coin the walking app.

Disappointing decline.
When I first downloaded the Sweat app, it felt like a fresh, aspirational take on fitness and lifestyle—motivating and well designed. Fast forward a couple of years, and the experience has completely deteriorated. It now feels cheap and gimmicky, riddled with low-quality ads that seem aimed more at gamblers and the desperate than genuine fitness enthusiasts.
After the latest update, nothing seems to work properly. My coins are stuck in expired jars, I can’t enter reward draws, and customer service has been next to useless. What was once a motivational tool now feels like a broken, badly monetized shell of its former self. To top it off, the SWEAT coin has virtually no value anymore.

After years of using this, I am deleting my account.
Currently, you need over 7082 Sweatcoins to mint 1 Sweat… which seems extensive in my opinion considering the Sweat’s value is super low. I have 437 Sweats which equals to $1.02…
Also, there are just a tremendous amounts of advertising. In order to collect your Sweat with no fee, you must watch 2 advertisements and sometimes, there are glitches so need to watch even more.
The snake game, where you, again, earn so little, is super poor too.
I’ve been collecting sweatcoins for years and not a lot ever happened during the years. Starting not to see point of having either of the apps.

Used to be really good then the trade kept getting suspended (and has been for months upon months). Can’t transfer funds out no matter how many different people I’ve contacted at support… all the money earned (not significant) is just wasting away the more SWEAT drops through the floor. Too confusing
I have to say i only started using. This because the Sweatcoin app made me do it. But i dont understand how it works, and the interface is confusing. I keep being told that things are 'evaporating' and that I need to 'claim' things. But when I do these things nothing appears to change and I just get an eternal 'pending' message. All the nonsense about 'growth jars' things evaporating blah blah blah.... ive got better ways to spend my time than messing with something that is so complicated. To give you an example: I got an email today saying my sweat was evaporating and that I “HAVENT CLAIMED SINCE NOVEMBER 2024” ! So I click on the link saying ‘claim my sweat now’ and get taken to a page showing (from top to bottom: ‘claim all’ (which isn’t a link), ‘your earnings’, ‘your sweat is evaporating’ with a little arrow next to it, which IS a link but doesn’t seem to do anything, then ‘pending transaction’……. The problem, I did the same thing last week, and the week before etc. yet the email said I’d not claimed sweat. This app is RIDICULOUS and a WASTE OF EVERYONES TIME !!

It is not giving you anything and will bot give you anything for your walking. Coins are just there for the looks, you cant benefit from it nor transfer money to your account. Also, the rewards are fake. I have been participating since 7 years never won anything, my sweatcoin never increase significantly over this whole period nor have a true value in it. They are benefiting from us collecting data for free.

Can’t connect wallet
I have had the app for many years and both apps used to work fine for me. Since getting a new phone however, I’m unable to connect my wallet and the Sweatcoin app. I’ve tried via username(haven’t received any emails after multiple attempts) and I’ve tried to link directly through the Sweatcoin app. Really disappointed and I hope I haven’t lost my sweat. That is if I can ever login in to see if I still have any.

Terrible app if you swap phones
I recently upgraded to a iPhone 16 pro and can’t access this, 15 emails later and still can’t get access so decided to delete the app. I can’t see why after passing all my account details it can’t be unlocked for me to go in and setup new passcodes!
Update: contacted the customer services and was offered to start over again as they can’t unlock my account. So decided to delete both Sweatcoin and wallet as never going to be able to actually get anything back for years of use. Save yourself time and don’t bother to use either app, especially if you are not going to keep the same phone for the rest of your life!

The idea was good..
The idea for this whole product was good. And I was on board. But years later and nothing to show for it but 5,000 sweat (says its worth $38, which is a-lot lower then the value it had when this app started) and honestly what can i do with it? Nothing from what i can see, as i cant cash it out. So why do I persist daily racking up my points for them? I believe it is now time I delete both apps and move on to other apps that actually reward you for movement.
Good idea, but with no actual return there’s no reason to proceed.

Sweat disappeared and customer service was appalling
I was an early adopter of this app and accrued a high amount of sweat. I then transferred it within the timeframe to the new Sweat app and it was in my wallet, then after a few months it suddenly disappeared. When I contacted customer Sevi e multiple times trying to explain they responded with irrelevant answers claiming I didn’t mine the sweat in time, which I did as I had it in my Sweat (not in Sweatcoin). I have now deleted the apps and will encourage others to do this now that it has lost it’s original concept and become more corporate and less relevant to its original ethos. A shame as it was a great idea initially, but greed has taken over.

Used to be great but now…Very frustrating and disappointing
I have been using Sweatcoin for several years and previously found it a fantastic app for exercise and incentives for rewards. However, recently I purchased an offer for exchanging my coins for an Amazon voucher. This has taken me a very long time to gather such coins and when I purchased the voucher it said it had been used immediately at purchase. I have sent several emails with no response. This makes me to not trust the app anymore and all my savings gathered have disappeared in one move.
UPDATE- in response to the reply to my review. Yes, I did contact support and each time I got fobbed off with someone telling me to contact a different email address. This is done to make me give up on my complaint. This confirmation is telling me it’s a complete SCAM

The concept started out ok but then rewards started having ridiculously greedy entry fees. Now people are expected to watch a bunch of advertisements to save ever-increasing 'gas fees' that themselves require ever-increasing steps to acquire.
The whole ecosystem to the Sweat economy was around physical activity, but now it revolves around watching advertisements to avoid activity. Well done on ruining a good idea and well done on not thinking it through so that everything in the ecosystem is attainable and accessible to everyone.
Now there is such a ridiculous mining rate with the value of existing Sweat rapidly and continually falling, the whole thing is a waste of time.

Massive shame
I actually really like this app and love the concept. The reason however I gave it 2 stars is because I’ve put money into it to participate in the reward draws for the past 8 months and never once received a result email to say if I have won or lost the draw like it said it would. I have been emailing the support team for the past 5/6 weeks and still nothing has been done. I hate to say it but it’s got me to the point where I want to stop using the app or at least this feature. Big shame and hope this isn’t the case for other users.

Just a little advice, don’t use the words ‘phrase’ and ‘seed’ to describe the twelve words people set up when they start using SweatCoin/Sweat Wallet, just tell them that it’s twelve random words. 👌🏼

The Truth - Scam App
Been with both sweat and sweat coin since day one, at first it was great! Generating crypto by being active. Then the more updates the more the greed! You cannot do anything with sweat without owning NEAR a.k.a another crypto that’s used as gas fee (currency). So long story short you can’t vote without NEAR! You cannot claim prizes or enter prize draws without NEAR! You cannot Stake, Trade, Transfer or even Buy NEAR without NEAR! Which can only be bought through MOONPAY! There was no warning to say in order to buy NEAR you need NEAR! Therefore you stuck and must spend money to use the app! Very disappointing and misleading. There should be disclaimers to all users in great detail regarding this! And even though users were gifted some near to begin with! All users should be gifted with more to help before/after disclaimer is issued warning users! With this simple gesture I would consider re-evaluating my rating and giving a higher score but only with honesty and generosity! To add to this review I have messaged sweat several times regarding possible goodwill gesture of Near no matter how small to allow me to transfer or collect my earnings. Sweat Team are not interested and palm you off.

No longer earning sweat!
You can no longer collect your well earned sweat coins because even when you watch an advert (specifically stating you can watch it to remove the ‘gas fee’) they tell you that you must use ‘near’ to pay for the transaction!! So it’s not free for watching an advert is it! Oh and to make it worse, if you buy some ‘near’ it’ll cost you more than the sweat coins will ever be worth!!
What a waste of time and effort, all they are interested in is to get you to exercise and earn them money, no benefit to the user anymore.

Need to rate 1 stars, a limited amount of NEAR and once you run out…
It’s too easy to run out of NEAR, which is needed for literally everything in this app. You can’t claim SWEAT without it, you can’t participate in rewards without it, you can’t claim your grown Growth Jar SWEAT without it either.
Now because the community voted that any unclaimed SWEAT evaporates after 30 days (which they would obviously want because it reduces the available SWEAT supply and should result in increased value, except the value has tanked since launch), I’m about to lose my generated SWEAT solely because of the lack of NEAR. They want you to buy NEAR then transfer it to the wallet, so if you think your SWEAT is free, it’s not.

Can’t do anything without NEAR
Unable to redeem anything without a fee charged in NEAR but you can’t buy NEAR with SWEAT or real money either as it charges a fee in NEAR!
Even after watching an ad to make it free to collect my earned SWEAT, it won’t work as it still asks for NEAR.
My hard earned SWEAT created over several years is now just sat there and you can’t use it for anything 🙈 and I can’t grow it either without NEAR.
I don’t understand why they don’t just charge the day to day fees in SWEAT 🤷♀️ Super frustrating and now a totally useless app and wallet 😩

The app
The idea is great the app works well but I do not like the serperation of the wallet would much rather it all be streamlined into one place I also do not like the fact the tokens are on the ETH network and you have to pay gas fees that are very high in comparison to the amount of sweat you can earn , I have never won a competition but have entered many , the game is also a great touch and the little quizzes really good but the exchange is limited I want low fees an fast transactions and more things to use my coins on I do think it would be better on the BSV network very low fees and large blocks which makes far more sense if you want a peer to peer cash reward system also there are lots of different apps you could use the coins for - so although sweat is a wonderful concept it does have some downsides but not many but yes ETH is a terrible network and a really bad idea to put your application on it ! You could literally in one click change your entire network over from ETH to BSV !
Shame you didn’t take the technical aspects of BSV into consideration before building ok ETH. crypto fights moved over to BSV and they are doing great

Great app until 5000 coins went missing
I have been using sweatcoin for over 5 years and I’m a premium customer. I’ve also been using SWEAT since it first came out. I had accumulated over 20,000 SWEAT, 23,886 to be exact and just recently 5000 went missing reducing my portfolio by $100, on top of this, no one will respond to me, I had one reply to check my transactions in which I did and nothing shows so the only other explanation is that they burned my coins, i’m not inactive as I check the app everyday or other day but this is genuinely a p*** take. No response in over a week either. Poor from you guys considering I pay for your services.

I have been using this app since day one, and since then many things have changed, unfortunately not in a better way. The only reason why I have used this app is to collect coins and the growing feature was great for that. Unfortunately, now I can't even collect my coins from the jar because I need to have other coins called Near just to pay for the gas fee. To be more complicated I can't just change my sweet coins to buy other coins, I have to buy them with money from a separate payment provider site. This is a big no-no, and definitely, I won't pay for something I am already paying. I have to pay for sweet coins, I have to pay for other coins, etc., because there is no way to earn coins anymore. It's a shame that this app went this way, I thought it would be great to promote walking but now is more about money.

Used to be brilliant but has stopped working
I tried logging back in after a while of growing my sweat and the log activation email would never come through like ever. So I logged back in using my phrase and it worked, but it wouldn’t let me move the screen it would just freeze on the home page with my balance and not let me scroll or anything. Please help if you can but if not this is my review.

When are we going to actually be able to spend our SWEAT? I honestly don’t believe these 5 star reviews are real - the app has literally no use, as you cannot use your SWEAT for anything other than earning more SWEAT, and they have been saying they’ll add the ability to transfer to other crypto for over a year now with zero progress. I’ve been entering every competition both Sweatcoin and SWEAT have hosted since January 2018, with zero success. I’m not surprised at that, but I am surprised with the amount of “winners” you see in the reviews. I think this is just another crypto scam, started by a company that was initially a neat idea for getting cool deals for walking, but morphed into a “nothing app” that provides zero benefit or gain, whilst harvesting your data and generating useless crypto that benefits only themselves.

I’ve been using sweatcoin for many years before they transitioned to a crypto currency last September. Very easy to use app where you can literally win prizes by entering prize draws. Entering draws depends on how much “sweat” tokens you have locked up earning interest and you earn these by the steps you take daily. I’ve already won multiple prizes with sweat wallet, no brainier app to have!

Simple and effective
The concept of earning rewards from exercise provides a great incentive to walk even further. Providing the ability to invest earned Sweatcoin in growth pots means you can earn even more Sweatcoin. The only downside is having to have your phone in your pocket when you walk as it doesn’t interact with other Heath apps like Strava or FitBit.

Well worth it
Well designed, straight forward and easy to use. Super chuffed too because I have won a couple of the prizes! Per other reviews, I agree, it’s frustrating not to be able to exchange sweat for cash yet but I’m totally on board with this. I’m glad they are taking their time to do all of this properly and avoiding rushing the app. The launch has been a great achievement for all involved, and it’s only getting better - I’m excited for the future.

It’s the best passive way of earning some coins without having to do much. I earn all while doing what I enjoy. It’s a WIN-WIN for everyone. Great wee app
This is a great wee app. Walking is helping me with my weight and my cardio - and now I’m up to 4.3 miles per hour - that’s faster than a brisk walk! So my steps are logged in the Sweatcoin app and I get sweat crypto transferred into my Sweat wallet. Every month I throw them into a Jar that earns 12%, so they’re growing. I also get opportunities to get prizes (Rewards) - and I won a Gift Card so it works.
In the future the sweat crypto may be worth something but at the moment I’m staying healthier and having a bit of fun. Thanks for making life a little bit better.

Amazing
It is a really good app! I’ve won two prizes so far and they both came within a couple of days of winning them! Once you build your steps up you can afford to win bigger prizes. I highly recommend, it helps to track your steps too.

Amazing initiative to walk more and it’s FREE
I’ve been using both Sweatcoin for a few years now and SWEAT wallet since the start! I think this is a great app, well designed and straight forward… an amazing initiative which has got me walking more since downloading. Although still in its infancy with new features being updated regularly, however at the moment you’re limited to what you can do with the coins (but watch this space) you can either save them in a “pot” and let them grow or spend them on competitions (of which I’ve won several times including, ear buds and £100 voucher) it’s easy to use and easy to accumulate SWEAT crypto….. just by walking! It doesn’t cost anything so you might as well download it and accumulate steps in the background.

Really Fun Idea
So, I walk a lot. For work, for fun, all of it, I know it isn’t exactly an efficient side hustle but as someone becoming more and more interested in the crypto space an idea like this really interests me and so far have been having loads of fun earning sweat and entering giveaways for literally just walking. The app runs smooth, looks nice, doesn’t crash, and I have just won my first giveaway which has gotten me really excited for the future of sweat.

Great project!
I think its a fantastic project because on the one hand they motivate me to walk more day by day to earn crypto tokens (and sweatcoins) so it helps me to improve my health, on the other hand this project is a good way to introduce me to the ,,crypto world” and teaching me about the basics of crypto without the expectation to invest a lot of money! At the same time there are a lots of chance to win fabulous rewards and soon to play game eith each other thanks to Sweat Hero! Its a long term project, so its not bothering me that the price is keep falling at the moment (same as in the whole crypto world), I can wait years and grow my Sweats in the Jar and when there will be bull market I can sell them with high profit!

Have used Sweatcoin pretty much from it’s launch and it quickly got me into the habit of walking for health.
It’s a great way to “gamify” your activity, and you can actually earn some interest (known as yield) AND enter prize draws for some cool prizes.

Well it’s not looking good….
I’ve been using sweat wallet since day one, and Sweatcoin for a long time before that, I have only a few sweat but last month my coins where said to be worth around 5 dollars, now I have even more this month and they are worth less than 3…I get that values rise and fall but at this rate I will have thousands of sweat and it will be worth even less than what my current amount is worth now!
And what’s more, I still see no way to actually cash this “currency” out into a spendable form of money, yet it’s been teased here and there since the begging. It’s all starting to seem a little scammie, just using our data and tracking our movements with no real rewards (not the earnable rewards that we’re all sort of promised but not really).
I’m a big believer in bitcoin being a huge scandal as well, since you can buy it easy enough yet you can’t actually cash it out anywhere so….what gives? Empty promises and preying on the desperate people of the world who are struggling financially due to the greed of the already rich and powerful! Yeah that’s likely the case with pretty much everything these days, we all need Jesus

Very Disappointing
This app is awful as it is now not adding any of the daily steps I am doing onto my totals, so I am not getting any coins at all 😫 Even though the steps I am doing show. It just showing zero v my friends, not adding anything onto my monthly total , weekly total , or daily total. This means I cannot achieve any of your targets for the month so I have deleted them. It is just wasting my time. Even worse I have emailed the company twice and they don’t even bother responding. I can track my steps a lot better on my Fitbit, so only joined this to get the coins and enter the challenges that I can’t do them ! Don’t bother wasting your time there are far better apps out there.

A load of rubbish
I get a network error when I add my exchange sweat address into the wallet transfer screen. I have 30k coins which took me 3 years to accumulate which I can’t
Use, unless funnily enough I grow my sweat by locking them away. Strangely it also shows my balance perfectly when on the grow page yet shows nothing on the Home Screen or transfer page. Spoke to customer service who told me to do what I was already doing and it would work, it doesn't. Seems a con to me utter rubbish crypto wallet and company.

I accidentally deleted my sweat wallet email ages ago and now I’m trying to log back in but there is no other way. I am already logged in to Sweatcoin but there are also some issues there(you can check my review on there). It asks me to log in with Sweatcoin and when I do it it says open email for my important email thing and when I do it’s not there. I don’t want to quit this app so please help me fix this.

Prize won
I have won a prize more than a month ago, I received the tracking details but something happened and it never got delivered I contact DPD multiple times and they always told me to contact the seller. I have tried to contact the person that contacted me through email, I also emailed their customer support but no answer from anyone. If you get this problem fixes I will take off my review cuz if this gets fixed I have no problem with the actual app.

Have my original email but can’t log in
I have my email but am unable to log in. Still getting error; Account not found (network is mainnet). The help section states this is because I’ve got two emails, but I definitely don’t.
Update: contacted support, they said they couldn’t help. Offered to reset my account but would lose all my steps which I’ve been gathering for years. Uninstalled the app and Stepcoin main too. Am done. Basically support response was “sorry we couldn’t create a system that works properly, how about we reset it so you also lose everything?”
The problem is I have my original email, no further ones sent but it just doesn’t work and the alternative is lose everything. Utterly awful response to your own problem.

As someone that walks a lot, it’s worth it considering I’ve had sweatcoin for a while now but I’d also prefer to be able to have the option of linking my wallet directly with my bank as it’d make it a lot more simple straight forward and simple to not only top up my balance but eventually transfer funds back into my bank when I need it

Understandable and easy to use despite the hate from others
I wouldn’t even bother to write this now. But I’ve just came to update my app in order to deposit with card, and seeing the reviews from people make me feel so sad.

I would like to know how is this sweat problem that you don’t know to use a wallet ?
Like people complaining they don’t get no email…HELLLLOOOOOOO the email is probably 6 months old, it said something like DO NOT DELETE “ They don’t send you a new one now. Go find that one, the instructions are on the app guys.
P.S. READ T&C too. Don’t just sign up on apps and come back later with bad reviews.
They’re doing a great job in my opinion, despite evrything. Don’t forget they are only a small team and at the end of the day what everyone forgets is that those people probably have families too , they go home to see their loved ones. While you’re expecting to get an answer asap.

Can’t login to wallet
Have the main app, no real issues with it. Download the wallet it now says they are missing info to login. All my profile details should be correct.
Update: upgraded from a 1 start to a 3 star. Took 2-3 days to login as it took someone on twitter to tell me you need your original setup email (mine was 6 months ago on sweatcoin) the app is a little clunky but hopefully will improve over time.

App looks smooth
Launch went without a hitch, which is a MASSIVE achievement for an ecosystem of this scale. App looks lovely, and unlike all the moonboys complaining about the supply being released gradually, I think it’s a very, very good thing. You don’t want people selling off all their SWEAT before the token has had a chance to flourish. Gradual is better, and at the end of the day… YOU GET PAID FOR WALKING 🤩
