Rubbish App

Absolutely terrible app! Server down most of time can’t book an appointment. After hours of booking one appointment don’t appear on the profile, no way of contacting the service provider. No email confirmation either. Absolutely useless. If only business using the app would know how many customers they lost due to becoming frustrated with this absolutely useless app!

Cannot open consultation forms, and also cannot submit request for help within the app as it doesn’t allow you to press send! Pointless

I would highly recommend this app I use it with all my beauty treatments. I first heard about this app through my hair dresser it’s so easy to book especially with me I have a really busy schedule and I hate calling to book appointments I just like to do it in my own time using the app and honestly it’s the best thing my hairdresser has done is join this app.

Can so quickly and easily book in, manage my booking and I even get clever notifications when he’s got a free slot during the day and I haven’t had a haircut in a while.

So Simple!

I wish I found this app sooner! It gives me everything I need an more. When my salon told me they started using this I was hesitant at first but it is sooo SIMPLE and the whatsapp reminders are a nice touch. I used to have to keep calling the salon to remind me when my appointment was

GDPR not being adhered to

Why when I sign up must I opt in for marketing alongside the T&C’s? Under law this isn’t allowed. So what else are they doing with that data? I tried to raise an in-app query but ironically it froze. So it’s a dud all round.

Ripping off clients with fees

I wish my cosmeticians didn't change over to this horrible booking app with their marketplace fees rip off. Now I will change cosmetician, someone with a user friendly app or booking website.

don't use this app

Be very careful because they are listing businesses that are miles away from you location as they are in town and you pay deposit to find out that you booked a no-refunded service ar 3h away from you. The contact page is not working so is impossible to contact the admin or anyone to help you sort the issue. Not recommended at all!!!

Best booking app

My barber just go on this, he created a package of 12 haircuts and i was able to pay using Klarna, my years haircuts all sorted and i got to pay it over three months. Ive also managed to find my self a personal trainer. Would deffo recommend this app for those looking for a easy booking journey.
