Love the idea/when will I get my money !

This app is a great idea, and it’s a good source of income as well as my onlyfans, but I’m still waiting for my money I’ve received to be deposited into my bank !, also if you could make it so people can see the title of the content, as customers are having to ask what the content is ! Also if there could be different title groups for content that would be good to, makes everything so much more organised. Love that the cuts aren’t a big percentage too, so if you could do this it would would help THANKS

This app is just a scam, I’ve read into them and found out they block your account without any reasoning whatsoever once you exceed a certain amount on your account just to keep the funds all to themselves. Don’t bother trying with this app whatsoever, they don’t look to reason or want to hear anything you have to say, they just want to take your money once you start earning on their platform!

I’ve been using this for a year or more I’ve never had a problem withdrawing money until now it’s saying suspended and every time I’m emailing I’m not receiving and feedback I got 1 email back asking for my ID for verification yet I already verified my account and as I said I never had a problem withdrawing my money until now the moneys been sitting in the account for 3-4 weeks I’ve been emailing none stop and not getting any help regarding the issue was great at the start but now seems everyone is having the same problem.. I would recommend not using this app bad services if I could give no stars I would but unfortunately had to give 1 to leave the review!!

Just got a message saying I can now withdraw, went to withdraw and guess what it’s say error occurred. So yet again nothing is working with this app. I wouldn’t recommend because of this reason. There was no reason to change the transfer times or pending times. All the changes have caused is just pure hassle. Why change something that doesn’t need changing? I will be opening a law suit as the company is holding money that is classed as theft.

I have not received my funds it’s been over 2 weeks

I received 2 app notifications in the past 2 days, The first was saying to me to withdraw my funds, and so I clicked onto it and it took me to the app where it showed my funds are still pending. The second notification I got today said my funds are ready to be withdrawn, So i clicked onto it and still it was a lie again, Why send me notifications that I can withdraw my money, when its still pending, It’s been a long time now I don’t understand, I’ve tried getting in contact through the app, via email, and had no luck. I am fuming, I hope I receive my money soon. I do not recommend this app at all

I used this app for months with no issues, BUT

Since their update in July it’s given me nothing but issues. Im unable to actually upload content anymore in order to sell and earn money, it loads to about 85-95% and then stops and gives me an error message, every single time.

Also when I click on the tabs “Bank Account” or “personal information” nothing ever actually loads, which means I’m unable to access my own personal information :/

Used to be great

Used this for months and it was great, weekly cash out, money always on time no bugs etc.

Since last month July 2024 I’ve had nothing but problems, I’ve had money sitting in available that I can’t take out, as in the withdraw button literally doesn’t work for me, they changed payment provider and now have to wait 2-3 weeks to cash out, there’s bugs in the app and contacting them doesn’t work as I’ve made multiple tickets and got no reply. Not sure what’s up but if it’s not fixed I won’t be using them anymore.

App is a complete scam, wont allow you to add any bank details it claims there is a “maintenance operation and to try again shortly” i have been trying for a WEEK to withdraw my funds with no luck, i have contacted customer support multiple times just to get a copy paste email starting with “Dear customer” they dont even use your name when communicating, After getting a generic “just wait” reply i asked how long i was expected to wait as it had been multiple days and the reply was “we noticed you deleted your account” which no i did NOT, i emailed them from my account again to show the account was still active and they had better not delete it themselves without paying what they owe me because if you look on trust pilot it seems like thats what they do to a lot of their users, delete accounts before paying them. Customer service did not help at all and dodged the question entirely and i have yet to receive a reply to my emails proving my account hasnt been deleted and asking why did they not answer my question at all. Complete scam beware of this app.

It’s got potential, it just needs some tweaks!

So far I haven’t used it too much, saw an ad for it and thought it was an interesting concept (less for sending dodgy pics to people and more on the side of monetising art I make without running the risk of not getting paid). My first issue is that it needs folders to organise your photos. I’d love to have my photos sorted out into folders so that if I’m just putting them all in the app to use for later that I don’t have to scroll endlessly to find the one I’m looking for. If putting in folders is too tricky to add then at least put in a search feature. You can name your photos (with VERY limited characters), so why can’t we search for our photos that way?? Additionally, allow us to change the prices once they’ve been set. Just warn the user that the link that the photo was originally under was going to change and check if they were ok with it before changing the price. This can allow people such as myself to alter the prices for things such as sales without having to create copies of the same photos just with reduced prices (and again the folders would come in handy for this to be able to organise the sale prices to regular sale prices). So to the creators of Unlockt, please take this into consideration when updating the app in future. This app may be used for a variety of different reasons but the idea of only viewing the image once you’ve bought it could save smaller artists a lot of hassle in future against potential scammers.
