Beware! No longer works with Skoda Superb iV hybrid

The latest update has disconnected my Skoda Superb iV hybrid from the 2 paid for remote services that I’ve subscribed to. A few days ago I was able to connect to my car and get lots of details, such as be able to remote charge and change heating settings. Skoda has taken my money and stolen my paid for services which we needed. If you have a Skoda Superb iV, make sure you don’t buy online service subscriptions from Skoda as this is a scam or poor software and a dreadful service from Skoda.
