We want to take a straightforward and relatable approach to self-care offering you the chance to explore high quality expert created wellbeing practices and tools inspired by conversations Fearne Cotton has had on the Happy Place Podcast including meditation, breathwork, sleep stories and advice, tapping and yoga.

Taking guidance from Fearne’s Happy Place portfolio - which include her award-winning podcast and festival - and listening closely to her tight-knit Happy Place community, the content has been carefully chosen so it offers an array of practices and techniques that can help in your everyday.

No iPad version
Disappointing that there is no iPad version. Would be much better for following yoga sessions rather than on a tiny square on the screen.

disappointing!
subscribed and tried all sections but already cancelled. the visuals are quite basic and not even in high res. personally colour choice not very nice . not relaxing for me . music is only nature sounds and basic sound bath available free anywhere else. I am not into yoga but if I was I would go to a specialised app. breathwork only 8 sessions and meditation are the same as any other app . some with music some without randomly and music is not balanced with voice . I did like the focus section and podcast but not worth the price

Absolutely fantastic!
I use Fearnes books to help with periods of anxiety but to now have an app that will remind me to meditate, journal, make time for me is just fab! The app is beautifully designed and will send me notifications to make me time, it’s like your own P/A for self care 💜⭐️
