[What inspired us to make this App]
In Yatsugatake highland where we live, we listen to the pleasant sounds of nature everyday. It is enormous how much such sounds heal us in our daily life. We hope that this App with carefully selected recordings from Yatsugatake helps you relax and relieve your daily stress as well.
[How to use this App]
First, click the “Select Soundscapes" button to move to the sound selection screen.
Pick your favorite sound.
You might pick a button by color depending on your mood of the day.
Press the “Play” button to start the sound.
It is also recommended to meditate a little longer using the repeat function.
