Templates are basic with nothing special for the cost. Music selection is poor!

Free Trial Misleading!!!
As with any app, free trial allows us to try the app before committing to a subscription. I clicked start 3-day free trial and when authentication came through, I received an email that I was charged for the whole year!!!

Overheats my phone!
This app was good but I ended up cancelling my subscription because over the past month, every time I went to make a reel, within 5 minutes, my phone overheated. I couldn’t even watch my videos once I had selected my clips. This has been happening over and over again. I can’t make a reel so why am I paying for this app? This is the only app on my phone that causes overheating and I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max. It shouldn’t do that. It’s rendered the app useless to me.

Low quality and poor customer service
The reels that this app promises in its ads it cannot deliver. They are very basic and extremely limited. You’re better off just editing any reel yourself on instagram/ snapchat/ TikTok. It offers nothing new. On top of that they have very poor customer service. I tried to contact them several times about my subscription but they do not reply.

All lies just like similar Apps (tried about 4 of them) instagram sponsored adds make them look amazing turns out absolute basic editing tools just music and a quick flick of your vids and pics.

Is definitely not worth the subscription
They don’t even bother to have a link to a website with the terms and conditions! They just put a PDF.

No search function. Rarely updated with trending music. Very good idea but slow to keep up.

Good but bad
I enjoyed this app at first. It made making reels fun and easy. But it’s very restrictive on the length of a clip you crop depending on how long it was originally.
A 6min clip can be cropped as short as 4.8sec minimum, but a 30 sec clip can be cropped to below a second. Creating content with 5sec clips can put off an audience especially if it’s not your usual style. It’s slow moving and loses people’s focus. Kind of renders the entire thing pointless and I’m halfway towards deleting the app now.
What a pity.
