App not letting me make an account
I tried to order from the app as it seems to work out cheaper than ordering from Uber or just eat, to checkout you have to create an account, I’ve put in all my details and it’s asking me to verify my email address, it keeps stating that a code has been sent but there is literally nothing in my inbox and it will not let you continue your order as a guest, you have to make an account. So I can’t even make an order

I live next to a store. Wanted to get better ordering deal ordering directly, but the app claims I do not live near a store.

So far, so ordinary.
I arrive. No order received.
I leave, annoyed.
This has happened before, but - giving the benefit of the doubt - I assumed I’d done something wrong.

The app crashes when putting in my address. It is cheaper to order through than uber but the app is unusable so there is no way of ordering food home.

Tried to order trick offer, while choosing drinks it says all sold out hence can’t go any further with offer, as it don’t let you proceed without choosing a drink . Just shows you really don’t want to give out any deal

Doesn’t really function
When choosing to have an order delivered, it prompts you to search a postcode and then says no branches found. This even happens when you type in the postcode of an Oodles store. So effectively doesn’t do anything unless you’re collecting.

Can’t order- rude staff
After spending half an hour trying to get this app to work- it just doesn’t. When in informing staff that there’s an issue and asking if they could report it I was met with rudeness and patronisation and told the app does work. Clearly all of the other reviewers here are lying about it not working too then…

Doesn’t recognise any post codes I enter even the branch one!
Told Oodles and they didn’t even acknowledge and started talking about how to download the app.
Delete and start again.

Basically useless, can’t order through app. I can find my nearest store with my postcode, less than half a mile away. Go to order and it doesn’t recognise postcode. 🤦♂️

Flawed app
Didn’t receive the loyalty points for downloading the app and also cannot recognise my postcode for ordering via app. Also says no locations near me when in fact there is one branch 1 mile from me. Ordered via deliveroo in the end which is a shame because wherever possible I like to order directly with restaurants so they don’t pay the fees to these big delivery companies. This will be my first time trying Oodles … let’s wait and see if I’ll order again!

Created account, didn’t receive the points and keep getting told there are no branches in my area. I know for a fact there is. I can order from JustEat here no problem but the app won’t find it. Ordered from elsewhere. Shame really because we love this place. Certainly won’t bother again.

Could not log in, create new account, change password or order anything. And the website just kept redirecting to the app. Used Uber eats this time, but there mark up on there prob last time ordering from here.

Perfect app
Downloaded the app and received 200 points straight away. It was so straight forward. My local branch is only less than 10 minutes drive away. Food is alot cheaper price than ordering from just eat, uber and deliveroo.

It took ages for the phone number verification code to come through, so I nearly gave up with the sign-up.
The postcode / location search to find a branch to order from then wouldn’t work, so couldn’t proceed with an order.
