Great game until the update , game has lost a lot of past play

The game itself seems ok but it feels like the developers have abandoned the game. There is no recent activity on their Facebook page which is unusual for apps. Today there is an offer on the screen which says “while the magic is on you can use coins instead of diamonds” no further info than that. I went to buy an item in the shop and it took my diamonds!
All the info buttons seem to just say “helps to get more friends” rather than tell you about that specific item. If it seemed like the developers were actually interested in the game I’d be more tempted to pay for items but it feels like they are doing very little other than taking money.

Very good for soothing mental health problems.
I am currently suffering with my mental health. This game is helping me cope with that. It has kept me focused and the game itself is easy to do but there are plenty of tasks to keep you and your mind busy.

Merge Miracle
It is a great game but the only problem is that the game ( mostly the characters) is too babyish. I’m giving it a 4 star but it’s too babyish for a 5 star.

Great game, very poor support
Easy and pleasant game to play, suitable for 5 years and up (just make sure the younger ones don’t tap the in-house purchases).
I enjoy playing merging games and I really enjoyed playing this until I hit a problem (getting free energy). Tap the energy bar and you get a pop up with 3 choices, watch an ad, purchase with the coins you earn for playing (not own cash) or FREE energy (every 5 hours). I got my free energy but several hours later I can’t get it, I thought it’s probably a glitch but obviously not as I kept trying for several hours with no luck. I contacted support (via email) but I have been ignored. They’ve recently done an update on the game but still the problem exists.
Come on support team fix the bug, ignoring your players (whether they spend real money or not) is not the way to do things.
If you want a 5* review then fix things and communicate with players when they have problems. This game is worthy of 5*

I spent £8.99 on an in game purchase. The payment is showing on my bank account but I haven’t received it. Tried to lodge a complaint but it didn’t work. Not happy.
