This is by far the easiest and most user friendly finance company I have used to date , interest free , quick decisions, excellent customer service and overall a great experience, app is absolutely brilliant to to keep track on the balance , would defo items recommend

You can make one payment straight away with no problems but if you make another one on a different agreement it will freeze and not do anything.

Onboarding
Signed up offline and was emailed a link to app. Signup requires them sending an SMS that just doesn’t happen. Changed it to call and entered the code just to have a permanent blue circle.

It’s a good job the finance is interest free!
Tried previously to register my account that I’ve held for around 18 months just for it t to constantly say my details are incorrect…. Errr I think I know my email address and DOB!

When i first downloaded the app it was working perfectly now it wont let me sign in but can on line with same details i dont get why this is such an issue for many people other than my self

Face ID doesn't work with this app. The app doesn't generate a settlement quote when asked.

App does let me in but is constantly buffering (despite having wifi and sat next to the route with everything else working) so ca’t see my account! Then throws an error message with an email on - which I have used (no response) 👎

This app constantly does not work, the constant changing of log in options makes it not with the bother, set up face login it will work for a few days then delete and go back to password, try setup again and it will delete all information, waste of time app

I’m an existing customer of V12. This app is terrible. Buggy as hell and keeps freezing and insisting on sending an SMS code every 30 seconds. Really poorly coded. Must try better!
