Fun but impossible to play without spending money!

The game itself is a lot of fun for the first 10-20 levels but once you’ve used up your free boosts you get to a stage where you literally can’t progress without using boosts as the items on the screen don’t match. Such a shame as it would be a great little game otherwise

Am I doing something wrong?

I constantly have to quit the game as there are no possible moves whatsoever so quitting is the only option. Am I missing something here or is it just poor programming. There is just no matches at all with one space so quitting is the only option. Don’t get this with closet sort.

The amount of ads is beyond daft too and I’ve even had an ad pop up in the middle of play. Are so many really necessary especially as they are SO long. Spend more time watching ads then have to quit game, watch another ad, quit game, win one, watch ads, quit, watch, quit, watch, watch watch. Ugh.

Glitches

Love the game but it thinks there are no moves when I can see there are and time still on the timer. Eg there are 2 ice creams with a space and an ice cream on another shelf so the game could continue but it finishes and cuts off the game.

Also should be more opportunities to win time bonuses or fill up extra time as some levels cannot be completed without boosters or additional time.

Bad concept - NEED to spend proper money to progress

It’s bad you can’t actually ‘get out’ of the level without using coins to reshuffle the items, which means you can’t actually complete the level without spending actual money to buy more in game coins. Very poor design. And it’s a shame because it’s a good game other than this.

Now deleting, shame it’s a great game.

This was such an enjoyable game I payed (for the first time EVER) to remove ad’s. Then I loved it so much I even CHOSE to watch the odd advert or two to get help on the harder levels etc. But now, I feel a bit cheated as I have to watch ads to get to play the little tournaments which I didn’t have to…..they were one of the main reasons I bought it. I have a strict rule….too many enforced adverts spoiling the fun mean I say goodbye.

This is a company that obviously is hellbent on making money though ads than customer enjoyment. I appreciate revenue through ads helps the developers to continue kicking out crap games. When will the general public stand up and say we are not enduring this any longer!

There are some amazing games out there with limited ads where the game is worth the occasional ad.

Gameplay issues

Not enough time to fill all of the boxes especially on harder levels. When you run out of space or items to match it doesn’t auto rotate everything, like other games. You end up having to waste special moves for nothing. This would be a very addictive game if these two things were sorted. Otherwise it makes it pretty much unplayable.

It’s strangely addictive and good game with good graphics, although it has lots of bugs, games suddenly ending when there is still room, goods “hanging” in between shelves etc. I paid for no ads and it was good then after the last update had to watch ads for joining tournament. QA in need here.

Bloody thieves

I paid for no ads a while ago, when the game was simple & fairly new. They happily took my money on the understanding that I would see no ads. Then recently, they added harder levels (almost impossible - I'm FAST, but not THAT bloody fast!). In order to buy the special powers for more time etc, I used to run through a few of the tournaments, earn some coins & beat the levels. I've also paid for a few of the packs of powers, coins, etc. And now they've slapped ads all over it again. Restore purchases doesn't work, the ad walls are still there. If the developers are short of cash, STOP adding new features, don't rip off your existing customers!

I will be complaining to Apple, coz you've basically broken a contract & stolen my money. NO ADS MEANS NO BLOODY ADS!

Not worth the frustration

Never enough time. Once I reached lv 70 it was nearly impossible to play. There’s not enough lives, I have to wait between 4 to 11 minutes for it to refresh with only one life. And soooo many adverts it’s really ridiculous. I’m going to delete this. So annoying. Only 2 stars for the first 50/60 levels when it wasn’t frustrating.

Impossible to progress past level 40 without in-app purchases

The game is fun. That said, there are way too many ads, extremely tight timers without the option to try again by choosing to watch an ad, and boosters are pushed hard. Difficulty ramps up quickly until level 40 which is fully impossible without buying power ups. The free ones will not cut it. Exploitative and shameful.

Level 40 is not possible

I have managed to get to level 40 without dying once. I am good at the game and I’ve never ran out of time, so when I say this I mean it sincerely. level 40 is genuinely impossible. I’m not just saying this because I cannot complete it but there is no feasible next move without spending a ton of money. The only way I can think of to win it for free is to save EVERY single boost, watch the ads and complete all the possibly daily challenges. That or claim the daily log in award every day for a few weeks. This is genuinely terrible as someone who has invested a long time into this game. I enjoy hard levels, but impossible ones will just scare off players.

Level 40 frustration

This was a really addictive and fun game until level 40. Both the tournaments and game levels present puzzles which have no solution without using additional bonus features which cost coins. I like that the levels get increasingly more difficult but impossible levels are a complete waste of time. Will stop playing for now and come back to the game in a few months. All was good, some hard levels but now on level 56 there’s a glitch. Some items are suspended mid air and not moving. I cleared everything else several times and nothing happens. Tried tapping, swiping, watching an advert - nothing works.

This one looked fun but I deleted the app almost immediately as soon as I started as my experience was the Privacy notice screen (fine), the quick demo of what to do (also fine) the open screen for the game showing all the options (very confusing) and then the first advert which was for the very game I was attempting to play … sorry that is just idiotic - delete!

Great game but rarely enough time allowed

This is a great matching game, different to others as it has moving shelves which make it more challenging. However there just isn’t enough time to complete the levels. Just when you’ve started to make some headway and are on a roll, the timer runs out and other than using (earned) coins to extend the timer, this is only for an extra minute which isn’t enough. Love the game but considering deleting it as it’s just getting frustrating. Adding another few minutes to the original timer would make it more enjoyable…

So glitchy

I love this game so much. However for the last month or so there’s this really annoying glitch where it won’t let you complete a match as if there’s some sort of invisible item in the place which means you can’t unlock what’s underneath. I really like this game a lot but few things I don’t understand, it keeps closing me out game saying it’s ended as there are no matches but I was in middle of doing one!? Great game, too many rubbish feature

I love playing this game, but cannot change the name to be my own and I don’t want to be Braylee, Kayleigh or whatever name you choose for me, not quite sure why these games think they need a name anyway. Also why is it that if I leave the game overnight, maybe with one life left, they don’t replenish overnight, oh no, get up the next day, play a game and time out, I then have to wait hours for the lives to replenish

I loved this game and could happily sit and play for ages. I am up to level 100! Now the update has made it horrid and tacky looking. It feels super childish and I hate it. Also made it way too easy!

Don’t waste your money. The game was fun at first and I got into so thought it was worth paying to remove ads only to get stuck on level 40 like everyone else. You have to watch ads to unlock some of the shelves anyway to have any chance of getting somewhere through the level and then you just end up stuck and out of moves anyway. Complete scam!

I loved this game. It was challenging enough to keep me interested but since the new update they’ve changed the images to tacky cartoons which are hard to distinguish from each other and it’s near impossible to actually play without having to use your extra add ons. Was great until level 40...

I was really enjoying this game until Level 40. I’ve put up with INSANE amounts of adverts, alongside fun ‘frustration’ when I got one wrong and had to try again. I’d managed to get to this level WITHOUT the need to spend money on it via in app purchases (let’s face it, current times mean tighter purses!). However, I seriously must have tried 100+ times on this level, watching those silly, repeating (including the game for the game I’m playing, as well as NOTHING like the actual games) extra ads to get some free extras at the start, but as soon as I make one or two moves, it hints to use one of the boosts (I don’t have because I’m not paying for them…) which means I’m already pretty screwed and have no chance of solving… I’m completely unable to progress past level 39, with my only reasonable playability via the mini challenge based ones, (the lightning one is pretty unwinnable as well..) so about to delete this. Pretty dismaying after investing the time and patience to get to this level.

The fun has gone

Used to play this game frequently, mainly during breaks at work to keep me occupied. However items have been added and it is too colourful, it has got very difficult where it is almost impossible to complete levels and is just no fun to play anymore. Poor

The first few levels are very simple, only take a few seconds to complete. But a 30 sec ad after each level. When one of these ads crashed and couldn’t return to the game, that was enough for me.
